It s a little intimidating when you first walk in since it was very full but the girls move quickly. I went in to get 2 car registrations and a copy of a title for 1 and everything went smoothly.

I usually come to this place because is closer to me and the girls are pretty fast and knowledgeable. But they will skip people in front of you that were not in line because or either they know them or because they get their tips under the counter. Thats really unprofessional and and they have no value of your time. If you come to this place make sure you know someone because you will have to wait some time before getting assisted. They were not dealerships because they specifically said to the ladies " I need you to help me with my son" or another one saying "I need you to do a transfer to a friend". I can recognize when is a dealership because I also have a transport company and I go there really often. This review was posted before I was even assisted and I requested to be helped as the othe that were skipped because I'm 8 months pregnant.

Horrible service they refused service to a florida licensed dealer , the manager was extremely rude, denied service and refused to register a vehicle for me when i had all required documents, while being there 2 customers as well were complaining about them turning in license plates and them selling them to a third party and collecting tow bills, as well over heard them in Spanish say que le pasa el ne**o este que yo soy la que manda refused to accept my paper work and kept screaming profusely very disappointed to say the least

Very impressed with the performance of one of the employee . Her name is Nicole, her work ethics. Are amazing very informative very professional, and very fast. We need more people LIKE HER with this kind of work ethics today to attend to customers. If I could give Nicole 11 stars out of 10 I would she s a great asset to this establishment. I HOPE OWNERS READ THIS !!! And give recognition to Nicole for her work performance

The line moved quickly, staff was friendly- No complaints. Only $8 for duplicate registration. I needed duplicate registration with current address. Even though the address updates with the driver s license I can t chance getting busted for not carrying the correct piece of paper. God bless America- Land of the free.

Terrible customer service and very unprofessional, I had to explain to them the procedure that is given to them by the State of Florida on how to renew a recreational vessel registration that is equipped with an Emergency Radio Beacon, Even after the documentation was presented to them they are clueless and want to turn you away, not the first time this has happened. The Registration was renewed after they finally agreed to review the info I had given them. Totally unacceptable. To the lady that said she's been there 40 years please train your employees on how to speak to customers in a professional manner. ***Response to the reply below: The lady that attended me has been working there for over 5 years and she was the one that was frustrated and she tried to turned me away and only after I insisted multiple times for her to review the documentation and asked her to get manager involved was I able to get this done.

I'm glad that others have had a positive experience here. In my case, however, a little understanding of the modern world would have gone a long way. Originals can be original and not be printed on parchment and ablaze with scarlet ribbons. The manager who reviewed my paperwork was not very attentive to detail and didn't seem committed to helping me get to the desired outcome. She insisted that one of the documents I presented was different from what I had in electronic format and, embarrassingly, had to reverse herself when a clerk compared the two in detail and confirmed that they were the same. She refused a certified translation, not recognizing that the certification doc was standard. I went somewhere else the next day and got what I needed. Two stars instead of one because of the polite intake clerk.

After many years of experience from a young adult to almost a senior citizen in requesting their services I highly recommend Cowart Auto Tag Agency for their swift service, wide selection of license plates on display, even auto insurance, always friendly and courteous attitude staff with attention to detail, empathy and willingness to help solve any problem that might arise. Highly experienced with the Florida Department of Highway and Motor Vehicles and their laws. the importance of being bilingual, representing and being culturally sensitive and culture competent to Hialeah residents. A visit to their office in a few minutes helps solving any issues with the Florida DHSMV. I commend Cowart Auto tag agency for their experience, the convenient service they provide without going online and having to wait for weeks otherwise. I reiterate of all the tag agencies in Hialeah Cowart Auto Tag Agency is truly cultural competent as English our national language is spoken and they provide the services to individuals who need the Spanish language. Truly remarkable business adapting to the needs of the changing times as our population changes, yet remain with it's Americana values yet accommodating to all. True societal empathy.

I had a great experience here, overall the staff was friendly I was in and out the prices were reasonable , and I was able to resolve my renewal in the SPOT , without any trouble or stress. The manager is a very nice lady who helped me with some questions I needed regarding my issue with a nice attitude and attentive. I do not know her name sadly. but I appreciate these ladies at this Agency. I had a horrible experience some where else so this made me write the review Thank you !! :)

In and out in 30 minutes!I went to renew my handicap cardnet this morning at 8:30am. They opened right on time. The staff was very professional and organized. The lady who took care of my case was very attentive. I believed she started about a month ago. Employees seen very comfortable with the management.Thank you for a job well don and keep it up!

WOW----What a difference from Beach tag , very polite, professional and fast service. Office was very busy but also gave quick service, Lady I dealt with was wonderful, answered all questions and fun to deal with.High recommendation.Thank YouMikeTo Owner...... I did not get her name, but she has shoulder length greyishhair if I recall correctly, very nice and helpfull.

The parking area is small and a bit tight (if there are parking spaces available) and the inside it isn't the most comforting place for waiting but they often work fairly fast. Service doesn't always come with a friendly smile but the majority of the time, they do take care of everything fairly quick. I give it three stars because it feels like you're at the DMV but paying a little more.

Terrible customer service! Their phone is a voicemail that tells you the location and hours with NO option to speak to a person. You can't even ask a simple question without going in person or submitting online. And when you go in there, don't expect a warm reception or someone that speaks to you without constantly getting sidetracked by 3 things at once. Make sure you know the tags you may have available because they won't volunteer any information and charge you lots of money needlessly.

I've been there twice even during the pandemic and it's really fast. The wait time is minimal. I was there again today 10/1/2022 and I was out in less than 20 minutes.

The ladies here are great, very helpful. I was in and out in about an hour after waiting in line. Office is packed, but they work hard to keep it moving. Will be my go-to for tag needs now. Thank you cowart!

I understand the Covid - 19 situation has made everyone's lives a little more complicated but due to the world we live in we still have to register our vehicles, tags , etc. I've come 2 days in a row and the first day they closed early. After opening at almost 9 they were closed before 1. I tried calling multiple times before coming but they only have an automated machine no humans to speak to. The next day I showed up and they keep the doors locked. You have to stand in a crowd (so much for social distancing) in the drive way of the parking lot so you have to keep avoiding cars. You get called by a speaker only to have to yell through the door to the workers and slide through the crack your paper work. They're picky about what they accept and they attend multiple people at once so picture 3 people yelling through the same crack bumping into each other. They also take your credit card or debit card through the crack to somewhere so they can charge you (hope you trust them). They were no help and I wasted 2 days driving from so far wasting my gas. If you can go anywhere else please.

I've registered and renewed multiple cars here. Never a single issue. If there was an issue it was on my end, not thiers. (sunpass tickets outstanding balance didn't allow for tag renew). Once I paid the outstanding balance and/or resolved the tickets everything was fine. Sometimes there is a alot of people but they move rather quickly. I've never been there more than 1 hour or so. Everytime I go though there is someone making a show because the girls at the counter can't help them. But since most customers that for these "shows" are loud you quickly realize the customer is asking for the girls at the counter to break the law just for them! If you have all your ducks in a row when you come here you shouldn't have an issue!
