Our family has been using high line auto sales for the past 7 years. We're big fans of shopping small and local. When we found high line we knew we would be return customers. We never buy new off the lot vehicles due to the immediate depreciation in value. At high line they allow you to shop comfortablyw/o harassment. If your searching for a specific type of vehicle, they will go out of their way to find it. Due to new drivers in our home we've purchased 5 cars over the years. Every car we purchase has been reliable and mechanically evaluated before purchase. And last but not least the best part of high line is the customer service. Its always a fun, laid back car buying experience. If you need them, they respond to you and work with you in all ways possible to help you get in a car. Definitely a business worthy of 5 stars!

You tried to scam me in 2021 I came all the way from ga 3 hr to look at a truck you said was road worth it had a oil leak that had literally oil running out of it not dripping rust was horrible seat tore work bed was not anything you said. Also had less than an 1/8 tank of gas in it because you didn't want folks to drive it that far and hoped that the gas would deter them from doing so but it didn't me and when I got back to your place you said oh yeah it's got a small leak and acted like you didn't know it was a "waterfall".. what type of P.O.S let's someone drive 3hrs for a lie and just to screw them! You knew that it wouldve blown up most likely otw home and for 4500$ you didn't care and wasn't gonna be your issue because it would be been cash and sold as is where is and then take the 20$ I offered because I'm a decent person and couldn't find the gas station to put some in it. It's crazy to think you actually took my money for the gas. The guy who ever he is either I hope you were fired or bankruptcy isn't far off . That's low down crooked and if I didn't have the sense to drive it like I would my own and like I would for the work truck it was supposed to be I would've been you next victim but fortunately I knew better. And Incase this is the wrong folks I'm sorry and I'll remove but isn't this in or around St Augustine area If so it was some taller gentleman with short close cut darker hair taller medium build. I'm almost certain this is them. I drove 171 miles from shoddy scammy Facebook marketplace post and a guarantee it was a good truck with one owner" who took really good care of it but he died so.... " they said.

My wife bought a 2005 Subaru forester here last month. It's been in the shop since we bought it until now. Check engine light came on the same night we bought it, and it stopped running three days later. Multiple large leaks (and other problems not visible to our eyes when we test drove) and over 2k later its almost out of the shop. We are going to be spending over 1/3 of the car's total price in repairs right off the bat. What's frustrating is the leaks were very obviously known. We checked all the fluids upon buying it and within 3 days the power-steering fluid was bone dry and the oil was low. We picked this spot because they had overall good reviews. Big bummer.

I thought I had a decent car and a decent deal when I bought my car there in December.They SOLD ME A CAR WITH VICE GRIPS ZIP TIED TO MY BRAKE LINE! The minute I found this issue I called and spoke with the new guy who then told me to get an estimate on having it fixed. Fast forward a week and they ve informed me they sold my loan, no big deal, i then inquired about my car being fixed and now I ll being Told it s up to me to fix it!Everything has gone wrong on my account with them since Mark left, he is better off I m sure.

We bought a pickup from Rick & Kelly and we can't say enough good things about Highline Auto. They never pressured us during the buying process and were there to answer all of our questions. We walked away with a Ford Ranger that we are very happy with.

I would have loved to recommend Highline Auto because they were genuinely nice people. They came highly recommended around St Augustine. The buying process was easier than expected. They even took the time to ease my anxiety. Or so I thought. I bought the car knowing it needed a fuel sensor. I had no problem with replacing that. Nor the broken taillight. However two weeks after I got the car, more issues started. The car overheated. I replaced a fan, two solenoid cylinders, as well as the fuel sensor. Next the fuel pump went out. Okay fine, continue with the repairs figuring it s a 2014, maybe it just needed some maintenance. After making only one payment, I was $2,000 deep in repairs. Well now the car is throwing off three more engine codes, as well as two ABS codes. I was assured over and over the car was in good condition, when clearly that wasn t the case. Or maybe they re just ignorant to what they re really selling. Either way, I wouldn t recommend this place, solely because if you re looking to buy a reliable vehicle, this is anything but.

These peolple are amazing! When my father could no longer drive because of dementia, they not only gave him an outstanding price for his car, but personally delivered a check and picked up the car to make it easier for our family. Rick and Kelly were so kind to my Dad and made him feel comfortable about giving up his car an a confused state. Thank you for excellent customer service! I would recommend them to anyone!

I have never ever had any kinda good luck when it came to buying from used car lots. All of my past experiences were horrible. I found this little gem by freak accident. I had eye-balled this little blue car for a few weeks and fought with myself because of past experiences with used cars/car lotsMrs Kelly is the most amazing lady! She was so helpful and very informative on the vehicle & paperwork. Her husband Mr. Rick awesome guy very helpful, down to earth. They made my experience purchasing my 2011 Ford Fiesta super easy! I absolutely love my car. Thank you so much guys! Sorry I waited to write my review but I wanted to give a honest opinion of my experience with your business and would recommend Highline in Elkton to anyone that is looking for an affordable, reliable vehicle!

Place was great to deal with in person staff is very friendly and the vehicle was decent however do not finance from these people 3 months after getting the car they sold my loan to a high interest credit company and informed me i would be dealing with them and not the car lot it self well needless to say this credit company they sold my loan to is terrible tacked on extra fees and interest rates now i am stuck dealing with a big corporate lean holder the whole point of buying from a buy here pay here is to avoid these scummy credit company's i am very disappointed

Highline has great deals on cars that are ready to travel cross country right off the lot. It s not a high pressure auto sales experience. They only have cars that they would put their own family in 5 plus stars!

Don t get me wrong, they re nice people. Sold me an okay car. Turns out they can t seem to prepare the paperwork properly though because now my loan interest has skyrocketed because not once but TWICE homeboy has filled out the wrong lien holder. Literally with two separate banks that I have never even had an account with. Tried to call him the first time and he didn t understand what happened so I got permission to have the bank call him directly and eradicate the situation. I get informed today that I have to sign over power of attourney to my bank allowing them to change the main lien holder name because he. Did. It. Again.

Very knowledgable and honest familiy. Great selection and no pressure sales tactics. I have sent 3 or 4 customers their way and recieved the same feedback. My next used truck will definately come from Highline Auto.
