Luis is amazing detail oriented and extremely professional individual!I was able to get work done on my e90 BMW in less then 48 hours not to mention extra things that his technicians did for me!All my friends are be going to this shop!

Simply Wow! Luis and his staff's workmanship and customer service is of the highest quality. I brought my vehicle to him and within the day he provided me with a fair quote and timeline. Upon picking up my car the work spoke for itself. I highly recommend anyone who needs their car repaired to take it to Luis.

Really great service from The Car Factory! Every step of the process was so quick and easy. They called me when they said they will call me. They gave regular updates during the whole process. They did a great job with my car!They gave me an extremely competitive price for my repair, and completed the job faster than any of their competitors offered. I did a lot of shopping around before running into these guys, and they offered me easily the best price out of anyone and did an amazing job replacing/painting my front bumper.Easiest 5 stars I ever gaveP.S. It only took them 30 minutes too. Fast AND quality work

Worst place I've ever been to the people are terrible ,they're going to rob you they're going to do a bad job, they're going to leave your car as it is and worst of all they're going to keep your car for a very very long time. Cheap paints and bad labor . My 3000GT was literally there from before the hurricane last year and I have receipts to show that they kept my car over a year for a paint job because I wasn't getting it done through insurance and I'm a regular person paying it through pocket that's what the guy that was painting my car Luis told me. My suggestion before you go to this place just try and paint your car yourself at least if it doesn't work out you'll take it to somewhere else and they'll get it done within a month not a year . Also mysteriously when I went to go pick up my car today it wouldn't start but I drove it there mmmhhmmm.

I would definitely recommend the car factory,to take care of work to be done on any vehicle you want work done,Luis the best no running around with you ,when the work is done trust me its like getting a brand new car from that repair body shop,my car was in on out less than a week, on everybody at work keep asking me why my car looking bright on shiny, give them a try on see for your self.Service: Body & Trim
