A real nightmare! My experience with this place couldn t be worse . My car was eventually total lost ( last year s April flood), but the body s shop owner decided to replace engine ( which didn t work) and charge the insurance. ( the insurance supposedly covers only effective repairs) .Since then I ve had to hear lots of excuses, lies ,personal issues , accusations to the insurance procedures , false promises, for months .I ve expected responsibility and clarity on their actions and services.. And unfortunately I ve noticed a Totally lack of professionalism and incompetence in all areas ( specially in owners costumer service)!My time( lot of calls with no answer, lots of useless visits to the shop) , patience ,waste of money ( rental car for 6 months) , insurance s rapport, financial bank .., nothing left without being affected by the horrible decision of taking my car to this place.Of course, the owner kept the car ..It took time to write a review, but I don t forget all the headaches! Damage is done!!I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!( letter and review officially reported to department of costumer support)

This place was excellent! I had some ugly scratches on the back of my car bumper & on each side, these workers had those scratches removed & my car looked brand new! They really did an incredible job, particularly Ben, the owner who was the one who attended me was so kind & helpful, very hospitable, promised me it would be ready by Saturday, he called me as soon as it was ready to pick up, had it done on their day off too! That level of commitment & promise I found very admirable, you can t beat that level of excellent service, I highly recommend them :).Service: Body & Trim

Ben Aviv and his automotive team are excellent! Ben makes every customer a priority and is detailed in his work. He provides excellent customer service which is hard to find and I would highly recommend Skylake Collision and Service Center for anything your vehicle needs. Don t waste time with some dealerships that rip you off and take advantage.

Owner went above and beyond for my car repair. I honestly did not believe he would be able to fix it well enough to make it look like new. He was confident he could. I thought it was a line. In the end it looks identical to new. Small perfections he did himself that I asked for. Most other owners would not go above and beyond like this. He even let me borrow his personal car when the car wasn t ready yet and I had to pick up my kid at school. Hard to find good people and perfectionists like him in this area. By far the most professional auto body shop I have ever been too. To start off the service manager Roy handled the entire process very smoothly and swiftly. The owner Ben is absolutely incredible with his passion towards this profession. By far the best price you could find and the best expertise in the repairs. I was having transmission problems with my car and beyond frustrated since no one in South Florida picks up the phone for customer service or price quotes. So happy I found this shop, I saved so much money and hassle with secondary places claiming to be the best around. Was having issues with paint chipping on certain parts my 2016 Sorento. They did a great job fixing it and the car looks brand new for what was a good price based on other estimates I got. The owner Ben was professional and honest with what the best plan to fix it was unlike some other places I went to that just seemed to tell me what I wanted to hear to get my business even though it meant sacrificing the quality of the job and finish of car. These guys are great! They do top class body work repair/paint job for reasonable price! They repaired my bumper after somebody hit my car from the back. It was like brand new car afterwards. They also did a paint job on a friend car and it was flawless/like new. As long as they are around I will be going to them for any body work repairs and definitely referring friends and family!

Skylake did an excellent job buffing and sanding my car door. I have a lot of super glue that was spilled on the door, and for a very low price, they manage to remove everything. Also Ben, the owner, is an incredibly honest and knowledgeable guy. He explained all the repair options very concisely & thoroughly . I d recommend this place to everyone because of their honesty, skilled technicians, immaculate workmanship, and fair prices.

My Cadillac was a disaster .i was in a bit and run and just out of options to find a dealership that can work with me and timewise get things done. I am new to South Florida and pretty lucky Ben and his team helped through the entire process!!I will be referring him to everyone, ThankYou again!

at first i was nervous, i didnt realize that this place had changed hands from my old and trusted mechanics to a new younger owner. But my concern was unfounded. Ben, the new owner, is a really great guy. He took care of me pretty quickly, he found the trouble in moments. That honestly impressed me as i expected it would take time. Hes working on the car now, the price was right and ill have it back in hands by the end of the day.. honest, fast, decent price.. what more can you ask.. oh yeah and he totally redid the waiting area!ill miss my old mechanics(one still works there) but i think Ben is going to be an even better replacement!

The amount of complicated situations that were resolved working with Ben and his Team at SkyLake collision & service center are unbelievable! His work is at levels that pass any in this service! They actually performed no services. I brought 2 cars there on Monday morning 8/8. Today is Friday eve 8/12. I still don t have an estimate for either car and yes, I called them also.I have to assume they either don t want or need the business.Service: Body & Trim

When my pregnant wife was in a collision, Ben, the owner-operator of the business, took very good care of everything from promptly taking in the car, getting all the paperwork and procedures with the insurance company straightened out for her, called ahead for a rental from Enterprise and even paid for an Uber/Lyft to take her to the rental car establishment. He is a gracious business owner committed to customer service and has a passion for American Muscle Cars as well. We highly recommend this business!

Amazing service, amazing quality, and incredible rates. They have worked on my Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, C63, and more. Wouldn't use or trust anyone else except for Ben and his team.

Having a fleet of over 35 exotic cars, Skylake is the only brand a trust. Whether it s repair a bumper my Lamborghini or fixing a blown tire on my Rolls-Royce. Skylake always repairs quick, properly, and professionally. I couldn t run my business without Skylake, thank you Skylake. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!...I went there to get my shocks fixed and not only did they install my shocks incorrectly they caused thousand in further damage. Extremely unprofessional, when confronted after taking the car to my dealership who determined the shocks were installed incorrectly they did not refund me or take responsibility. BEWARE place is ran by young irresponsible children!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
