I had issues with my old 150 drift Diablo motercycle when I found this place here.. they are the most reliable, KEEP you upto date with what's going on with bike. ON THE SAME PAGE with all.And let you know how long it would take.very professional and friendly people I RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL SCOOTER AND MOTERCYCLE COMMUNITY.. I KNOW ILL BE BACK with new bike ..

Bought a 150cc scooter last year and it s been running good since then. I like their financing program, was easy to get approved and build some credit with it. The staff is nice as well, had a friend who by accidentally crashed my moped one time, and they fixed it right back to normal. Will always recommend them to anyone interested in buying a scooter.

This place was fantastic. Super friendly and professional staff. They were able to accommodate me within the hour and Xavier did an amazing job on my bike. I ll definitely be returning here for future service!

Of u want dishonest scooter store just go to us1 scooter in Broward total b.s artest charged me for title tag ect..they told me title would be sent in mail...hummm I paid 225$ no title was sent to my house !!already at told the guy I'll sit hear all day and tell your customers what a scum bag u are ..ok fast fforward had go to tag agency and pay 40$ do not fall 4 us1 scooters !!!as for scooter city bought a scooter from them got title in mail just like they said. Plus Javier always takes care of me you roll in and if there's not much mechanic work going on they will do what you need ...use scooter city ..thnx guys Ron polansky

Very nice people, they walked me through the differences of the models, speeds and other details to find the best fit.Plus they have a lot of inventory in the back to pick from and will be opening an on site repair shop which gives me more security.Hablan espa�ol igual

Took my Scooter to SC for a new rear tire replacement perfect price perfect Took my Scooter for Tune up one hour later Scooter runs perfect! If you have an issue with your Scooter the staff will find the issue and solve it for a far price

I have no words to describe I came with the big problem I ordered a brand new bike 125 cc from Amazon what a nightmare . These guys so professionals never mind extremely nice and respectful highly recommended six starall day!!!

The owner Alberto was real cool, nice dude not in a rush and answers all your questions. I just bought my first scooter today and his staff was also very helpful. Told me everything I needed to know before I left. Definitely recommend this guys place.

I feel very happy to be a client of a company like scotter city, 4 months ago I bought a 150cc scooter and it has worked incredible, I have not had any inconvenience, any doubt and question is answered instantly and they give me the best solution. My friends from work have been excited and they have also come for his motorcycle and they are very happy with the service, the quality of the product and the excellent prices. I recommend scooter city as many times as necessary to any person.

Alberto the owner, Natalia office administrator and the mechanic are extremely helpful and pleasant individuals.The mechanic(fI ailed to get his name) is the best scooter mechanic I have encountered.I have been riding a scooter for over 15 years and have worked with many mechanics on various problems, but none have been as thorough or knowledgeable as Scooter City. I explained that had intermittent problems starting scooter when on the road, but have had no success identifying cause. Mechanic took my scooter apart and found I had problem with brake sensor and battery cable had the wrong screw and on a bump would loosen and I would not have power to start. He fixed both issues, changed oil, transmission fluid and spark plug in less than 90 minutes at a very fair price.My scooter now rides like new and I feel comfortable going on a long ride with my wife without fear of getting stuck on road.

Literally the best scooter shop I have ever been to. Alberto is kind and attentive. Xavier the mechanic is intuitive and hard working. They are honest, respectful and professional. I was quoted great prices and given complete transparency about what I needed worked on. While undergoing chemotherapy treatment my scooter was stolen. It was eventually recovered with some damage and parts missing. They went above and beyond to make sure it was working properly and that I was a satisfied customer. Se habla espa�ol!

For some reason the business hours say open but when I arrived to get my tire fixed the guy said they were unavailable for two or three days. That makes me think this business is run by liars. Don t waste your time or money.

I had just gotten my driver s licenses and I didn t quite have the funds to buy a car quite yet, but I was itching for the road. I decided maybe I ll buy a moped so I googled where to buy a moped, Scooter City popped up and it was just walking distance. I went in, instantly fell in love with one of the scooters, and bought it. It was admittedly impulsive but I got lucky because Scooter City is an honest and reliable place that has helped me with any issues I had and answered any questions I asked. I highly recommend this place if your interested in buying a new and quality scooter or just need to resolve any problems you may have with your ride. WONDERFUL experience! My son and I checked many scooter shops within a 20 mile radius. He ended buying a new 150cc scooter from Scooter City USA in Hollywood because the service was consistent, informative and efficient. HIGHLY recommend. Makes my life easier now that I don't have to drive him everywhere.

A few months ago I went to a scooter store and had such a bad experience that I decided not to buy a scooter. It wasn t until a few weeks ago when a friend had recommended Scooter City to me that I decided to try scooter shopping again. I am so pleased with my experience I had at Scooter City. Not only did they have a large selection but the staff (Alberto) was so nice and helpful! I never write reviews but I felt I needed to after such an awesome experience! I 100% recommend going here!
