I used their service a few times. I would say that it was a great experience since customer service with manager Tyler and worker Maksim was a pleasure. They were very attentive to me, explained me all the issues that my car had in details, provided me resolutions, best prices. I could afford to repair my car there. I appreciate this place so much. Great quality of job and incredible customer service! Will recommend! Thank you guys!

I can t say enough great things about this place. It s so hard finding honest services places especially as a woman. Tyler is true professional and businessman. They explain everything they are doing. Communicate at all times and their prices are unbeatable! I m glad I found this service shop I will return for any future maintenance or repairs! Thank you for taking care of me :) only note is parking is tight/minimal but he can t control that

WOW! Had brakes replaced but they were noisy I thought that s now it supposed to be when they are new, stoped by to check a month later to see if it s ok. Tyler found me in a system so I didn t had to look for a receipt and replaced defective brake pads. Thank You, I wish all mechanics would same professional.

In MY OPINION the worst ever. Tyler yells and screams lack of expertise. Nick the owner is great but he's never there. Andrea was great but he sadly passed away. Tyler had my MB Convertible for 4 months to fix the top going up and down. He returned it in the pouring rain so it could not be checked. He charged $600 to fix it but it was NOT fixed. Now he says screaming bring it in if it's the part we replaced... That part did not fix the top. It did not need to be replaced in fact he never returned the old part that's what is customarily done. Previously black smoke was coming out of the front window air vents. He replaced an oil gasket $300. Two other mechanics told me white smoke freon, black smoke your AC is frying. $350 later a brand new AC installed artic cold. For 1 1/2 years I was complaining about a major noise when I went over a speed bump. He had it up on the lift 3 times nothing wrong. Broken Spring easily diagnosed except Tyler says it's easy to miss like a doctor looking at an xray and doesn't see a broken bone. In my opinion go anywhere else this place has gone downhill. I had extensive work done elsewhere at a fair and reasonable price that they did not want to do - its too complicated he said. In My Opinion I was ripped off a number of times but not anymore. Professionalism is Not Yelling and Screaming. In My Opinion go elsewhere.

My service advisor Tyler was extremely hostile and unprofessional towards me. I left this business in tears, he cursed and yelled at me. He quoted me one price then charged me another ! When I told him I was going to leave a bad review that s when he became very aggressive towards me and even THREATENED me he threw my car keys across the parking lot I had to hunt for my keys frantically. He charged me $1289 for automotive work that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE, he did not perform the work I paid for!! Not only that but he refused to provided my parts nor a sample of the oil that was drained from my engine which I paid for. As a woman this is not a safe environment for us, the mechanic was very disrespectful and made me very uncomfortable the entire time.

I read the previous reviews when this place was recommended to me. Seemed very fair. Took me 2 weeks to get them on the phone. I wanted to make sure of their hours before I drive that far. Well I made it there for an AC filter to be replaced on the Benz. Tyler was pleasant and professional. He said it would take ET 1 hour and he had me in/ out. The location is okay. Tight parking as the plaza is narrow with other car shops. I believe I will give them future business based on today's visit.

Honest and trustworthy services.Repairs all make and models.One stop for all car services.Collision shop as well.At Hallandale and Martin Luther or 15th.Next to McDonald's too if you need to wait.Early drop off and there's a car service to your job. BB: These guys are pros. They really know the business and give you the best decisions up front which is most important. Unlike a lot of service stations that tell you we have to take apart the car to see how much it will cost before you are given a price. These guys tell you up front what the deal is which is the way business should be conducted. With these pros, you will be in good hands.Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance, Battery

Too bad there was not an option for more stars!To come across a business who prides themselves on integrity, honesty & service is a rarity! The owner Nick went above and beyond to ensure my repair needs were done efficiently, timely and at a competitive price. In fact, he beat the cost of what was quoted by both the dealership and neighboring independent service centers. Along with providing an experience that far exceeded my expectation, Nick ensured that I encountered no down-time with work. He provided shuttle service to and from my office at no charge (can't begin to speak highly enough of Greg who runs the shuttle service). During the time my car was being repaired, Nick remained in constant communication with me by informing me of what the technician was finding along with providing pictures so I would have a clear understanding of what was taking place (what mechanic you know does that!)Once the repair was completed, my car was returned to me cleaned and detailed. What a bonus! In addition, check out was fast and efficient!At the end of the day, your search for the right service center has just been filled! Thank you Nick & Team for making this a great experience!

Hands down the best auto service shop in town!! I have been a long standing customer of Mercedes Service Centers. Nick and his team have had the opportunity to service all of my vehicles including many family and friends that I have sent to them. They have done an amazing job every time. It is a real pleasure to have an auto repair shop you can really trust. Nick has been in the business a long time and truly knows what EXCELLENT customer service is all about. I met Nicholas back in 2005 when I first purchased my Mercedes where he was working a service advisor. We became friends right away and I didn t hesitate to follow and support him when he left to start his own business. I took my car here a few years back what a disaster. We paid over $1000 for the diagnostic in which after paying turned out that they were going to charge us an additional. $3500 to service the engine without being completely sure what the issue was. Although the cost were outrageous we still wanted to continue however due to lack of their communication and no returned phone calls we chose to go elsewhere with our vehicle.

Nick & his team are a pleasure to work with and make bringing your car in for service a much more enjoyable experience! They're upfront when it comes to pricing and will even take you into the shop to help you to understand what's going on with your car, if anything. Amazing, honest , true, reliable and quick!I believe Tyler was my auto specialist and he was just fantastic.They took in my car right before closing, and the next day, when it was ready they explained everything in detail and really were professional!Thank you!

I have a 2008 Range Rover Sport. It s an older car but I still love it. Thankfully Nick has taken care of any service or repairs it s needed and it runs like new. He is very affordable too. Highly recommend.

I went to Mercedes Service Center located on West Hallandale Beach Blvd in Hallandale Beach last week. My reason was because of the striking, positive reviews that I read on the Internet, and that my car issue could not be fixed, even by the dealer after several attempts over the last few months. I m not a person to write reviews, but felt so compelled to write this one. Nick who is the owner, and his team of professionals treated me so kindly, and had superior knowledge of my car (2011 E350 Mercedes), even more than the Fort Lauderdale Mercedes Benz Dealer where I purchased my car years ago. I had issue after issue with my car that even the dealership was perplexed on, until I brought it to them. Nick knew right away how to remedy my car repair, as it related to an electrical issue with my motor fan. His price was lower than any other car shop, even outside of dealer pricing, but it was his knowledge that supersedes all. His team fixed my car so quickly, and was back on the road without a dent in my wallet.I ll be back, and want to give anyone like me with a car issue the confidence to go see them for your car needs, without the worry of being taken advantage of, or lied to.Sincerely, Mario Orcini

This business is nothing but a thieves they will steal your belongings from inside your car so make sure you don't leave nothing valuable inside .They will take you for a ride .I would stay away from this business. I wouldn't recommend it to nobody !!!!! They don't even know how to fix cars !!!!!!

Thorough, professional, quick and kind. I was referred here when my regular shop was too busy; MSC took care of my 10-year-old econobox as if it were one of the costlier cars they're used to. Showed me problem parts and carefully explained everything. Amazing shop! Nick handles all my cars and auto body work. He is a straight shooter and does a great job! I highly recommend Mercedes Service Centers for anyone looking for quality work.

Nick and staff are a class act. They not only proved themselves more knowledgeable in the intricacies of German engineering than dealership techs, but were also very reasonable in a less than ideal scenario for out of state visitors with very fast service.Upon Nick learning the reason for our extended stay was due to a hospitalization of one of the travelers, he and his staff sent flowers and a get well card to the hospital as if we were family.

Nicky and the whole team are AMAZING!!! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else, they are honest and go out of their way to make sure that you're taken of. I would 1000% recommend them to ANYONE!!!

It s very simple , doesn t meter where I move I ll send them the car and they will send me the car back fixed. Straight up front pricing , no guessing diagnosing problem on spot . Great people!

My experience with this mechanic was terrible. I wouldn t recommend it to anyone. Not reliable and over charging their customers for the service.
