Had a fantastic experience with this towing company! Swift service they picked up my car within 30 minutes and delivered it promptly. Great prices and a client-friendly approach. Highly recommend! They came through for my heavy Jeep Wrangler JL on 37-inch wheels twice in one day.

Julian towed a pos rental moped that broke down on me, helped out alot very cool guy let me ride with him to the spot i got the moped and even gave me a ride home cause he was going that way and didnt charge anything extra for that. Great guy, great business anyone who needs a tow should come to these guys

Called because my car wouldn't start in the middle of a busy Sunday. Out of about 15 tow companies I called, Julian was one of two companies who actually picked up the phone. Got a great quote that was far lower than the other company. Julian came out within 15 minutes and despite some difficulties, went out of his way to get my car to the mechanic. Great guy. These guys are amazing. The owner, Julian, showed up to pick up the car himself within 30 minutes. Even though my car was in a parking garage, which made it difficult for him to get my car on his truck, he was able to get the job done without a problem. My SUV wouldn t start up even though the battery was good and there was enough oil. I contacted Julmar the following morning and when he arrived, he d found out that the timing chain had broken. He towed my vehicle back to where I was staying for a reasonable fee. We even had a great conversation along the way. Thank you, Julian at Julmar Towing Service: Car towing

No receipt provided at time of service and when requested later, he stated it s against the law to provide afterwards. When I asked why a receipt wasn t provided, he said he only does if the customer requests it. I did my research and it s actually against the law to NOT provide a receipt at time of service. $100 to tow 3 miles and no way to be reimbursed by my extended warranty.Service: Car towing

My car suddenly stopped working while I was out and and we tried everything to get the battery up and running again but it d work. When we called them late at night they were there to attend to us and made it in the exact time they said they would. The charge was much lower than many places will charge you which was a great plus. Great service and great towing 5/5 StarsServices: Car towing, Long distance hauling

I was in a stressful situation and while other towing companies tried to take advantage of that, Julian did not. His rates were very reasonable and took care of me as if we did business before. Julian helped me when my e-bike carrier failed on the i95 north highway due to ratchet strap breakage. He got it to a safe location and then made sure it was properly and securely strapped to my bike rack before I left. The bike is roughly the size of a small motorcycle and weighed 200lbs, yet had to trouble thereafter with it. Thanks much Julian!!!Service: Motorcycle towing

This is a great company. When the tow truck was running behind schedule to get to my Jeep they texted me, apologized, and gave me a new ETA. The employee who showed up was very patient and kind (something you want on a frustrating day). I did not go with the vehicle but they sent me a picture of my parked Jeep safe and sound where I asked them to leave it! Highly recommend!Service: Car towing

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!This was the BEST customer service I have seen in my 17 years living in South Florida. From the gentleman that answered the phone to the tow truck driver that came to my house, They were professional, on time, efficient and friendly.! Julian was my tow truck driver. He explained everything in detail to put me at ease, as it was a complicated process due to my having a Toyota Prius. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE IN SOUTH FLORIDA!!!!
