Very disappointed by the way the manager try to take advantage of me not knowing much about cars while trying to be charming about it and asking to leave a good review which was all he was concerned about. After doing my own research on google on the price he was given me, I decided just to do oil change and leave. Apart from that all the other employees were super helpful and very friendly.I will not be returning, I save more at tires plus and they seemed to more trustworthy.

I m new to the neighborhood and decided to give this location a try after receiving a coupon in the mail. The full service I received was great and done in a timely manner. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and informative. Ivette was the main one assisting me and was such a big help. I have basic knowledge of cars and their engines and had questions and asked for explanations. She was patient, answered all of my questions, and explained everything thoroughly. Even when I forgot to add my coupon at checkout I was able to come right back and receive the credit. Great place! I ll be back.

Service was great. Went on a sunday. Extremely quick (I was in a big hurry), kind and friendly. Communication between each other seemed great. David, Ivette and Roberto. Great team!!!

I went on Saturday. I forgot the lady s name, but she was very helpful. I was amazed by her service.She s at the Hallandale beach location. Aye lol! She will show keep you coming back. Thanks you so much for hiring her.

Really cool team at the location I used today. I was there early and a cool looking ol'timer on a motorcycle pulled up before opening. He saw me, waved me down and while being very friendly directed me to the oil change bay even though they hadn't opened just yet. Then the service/mechanic lady was really nice as were the other mechanics/team memebers. I ended up chatting with the leader on duty as he was also working with the team. He was very friendly and professional. Some how sitting in my vehicle while my oil was changed I pretty much had some interaction with the majority of the staff. It was quick too. Overall the service & staff were top tier.

My experience at Jiffy Lube today was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the incredible service provided by Manager Wendell and his team. Wendell took the time to patiently walk me through all the services I needed and even broke down the discounts available, ensuring I got the best value for my money. But it didn t stop there. The entire team at Jiffy Lube worked like a well-oiled machine (pun intended), swiftly and efficiently handling my oil change and coolant fluid change without sacrificing quality. I was in and out in no time, all with a smile on my face thanks to their top-notch service. Huge thanks to Wendell and the fantastic staff at Jiffy Lube for exceeding my expectations. Five stars all around!

I came here to get an oil change no one paid attention to me to say anything i was waiting for 20 minutes. I had to get out of the car to ask questions and my son to go in and tell them. When Mr. Windell came to the scene everything start moving he was extremely polite spoke to everyone that came in and apologize for the wait. He is a prime example of true customer service. For this reason I provide the 5 star he turn everything around with cheerful attitude. It seems that he love his job and care about the customers. Jiffy lube we need more employees like him. Thank you he made my visit pleasant.

I love this jiffylube!! As a young woman, unfortunately, it can be hard to find somewhere to get your car serviced that you can trust. Both my experiences here have been very positive and the staff has treated me with respect and shown honesty about my cars needs. Thank you

Sunday I went To get an oil change with my audi Q3 When I pulled up the line was long, I was greeted by the Manager Jay he Recommended the service I would need. I asked him what was the wait time He said the wait would not be long. When I arrived inside I get to waited in my vehicle while the service was being done. I was very impressed with the Manager. Jay give great and quick service. I recommend to visit this place.

Very well organized store and team. Ivette was knowledgeable on the repairs and required maintenance for my vehicle. I was in and out in less than an hour! I highly recommend you come and experience this excellent service yourself. 5 Star service!!!

Came for an oil change only and was quoted $99 for "full service" (which they claimed was discounted from their regular price), however once they started servicing they quickly told me that my air filters and wiper blades would need replacing and started the process to do so. No pricing was quoted for these services and by the end they hit me with a bill of $258 without warning. While they did knock down the price slightly after expressing frustration I still ended up paying $203 for a service I did not ask for. I left feeling like I had not been communicated with clearly and they had taken advantage of me as a customer. This is a very expensive oil change already compared to other local options i would recommend finding a neighborhood auto shop instead for more integrity of customer care.EDIT: looking at their other negative reviews, it looks like this has happened before. Steer clear of this place.

I was charged $119 vs the $109 on your website and wasn't offered the $30 off coupon. Some of the itemized things were done-some not. I.E. windshield not cleaned as I was in the car the entire time. Unhappy to over pay $40 as a retired person. Staff friendly but not sure services offered were really necessary. I'll go elsewhere next time I need an oil change. This was most I ever paid in my life

I typically come to Jiffy Lube to change my oil. This time I had to wait over two hours to get my oil changed. They kept switching between cars. Even though for me it was an easy oil transfer. I don t recommend it unless you want to be sitting around and pay 100 dollars for an oil change that typically takes at most 20 minutes.

I come to this jiffy lube for every oil change and every experience I have here over exceeds my expectations!!! Service is 100% and I always leave faster than I expect. Jay helped me find the best deal and service that I needed and was so helpful addressing all my concerns and questions. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Incredible !!!

Words can explain the experience that I had with this place Larry and Wendell are the worst and all the staffs Here are the worst,They charge you for service that they you didn t, even they didn t even do on top of that they messed up Your car, and then not expect To do anything to fix it. They are thief from the girl to the back that s coming to your car she charge you for she tell you it s one prize then she charge you for another price do not go over there. If you need your car to be OK do not go over there I will be complaining to corporate because this is unacceptable I cannot This is thief I don t know what they did to my coolant holes I went in there. I had no issue with my coolant hose. I left There and there was an issue with my coolant hose, which makes no sense!!!

Had an oil change at 830am for my company vehicle. Paid with a company credit card. I asked for a receipt. I was told they could not give me one. The reason they gave was only the manager can input a vehicle that has not be n serviced at this Jiffy Lube before. One of the employees overheard the conversation and jumped in. He told me he can give me a receipt. After about 10 minutes of waiting I asked if everything thing was alright. He said he was having issues. He asked for the credit card and TOOK A PICTURE of it. Told me he needed about 20 minutes to process everything and then I will get a receipt. I am working today so asked him to email the receipt to me. Didn t hear from him. Called back after an hour. Told me he could not give me a receipt but the manager can and he would be in at 3pm. Called at 10 after 3. He told me the manager is still not in. And he told me the issue is that the first employee put the information wrong so only the manager can fix it. He also told there were 3 other customers waiting for the manager to come in so they could get their receipts. So it s 330pm now, I still don t have a receipt and wondering ..what is going on at this place where getting a receipt requires over 7 hours .and counting

Jay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helped me out a lot, when most other people would've gotten annoyed he was very polite. I don't know anything about cars and he informed me on all my questions. Recommended 100%

I stopped by this location for an oil change I was greeted by Jay who went above and beyond to service me. It was such a pleasant experience. All the stuff was very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend. Jay is exceptional with his knowledge and service

I came here to get an oil change for my girl s car, and the mechanics were super friendly. They were also immensely efficient and timely, which is the quality of service I expect from Jiffy Lube. Thank you to Marvin, David, Henry, Ivette, and Theor. You guys looked out for me and we had a good time even if it was brief. Happy Holidays :)

Jay was super efficient getting me in out in literally 15 minutes, not to mention the deal he gave me for my fuel injectors. Would definitely recommend this location whole team was phenomenal and if you can get in contact with Jay beforehand it will be a smooth AND quick sail

Came to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and radiator flush. Jay what a great guy, super sweet and helped me out so much. I was very worried about my car, he reassured me and took my car right away. Jay got all the workers helping out, and is doing the most!! Jay is clearly a hard worker and everyone should know that!!!

We were met and advised by Yvette. She was the most profesional person we have had experience with over the years of visiting that location.My only disappointment is that the 50% coupon was not accepted for our Mercedes GLE350. I thought that to be unfair. We are good returning and loyal customers, especially now that Yvette is the manager. Larry was also informative and helpful in explaining thge services. Thankk you.

Went in today for an oil change which I usually dread but the staff made it to easy fast and an overall great experience! They were very helpful and kind and I very much appreciate the guy who helped me reset my oil change mileage on my car :)

I had always took my car to the dealership where I purchased my car to get service, but it became expensive I was pretty skeptical about coming in jiffy lube. When I tell you everything went great and Jay made the experience even more better he was understanding and knowledgeable.. loved it.
