I will never visit another mechanic so long as I live in Florida. These lovely individuals are an amazing breath of fresh air from the normal confusion that attaches to car repairs. Walter made everything as easy as 1, 2, 3 and I love the quality of the work. Stephanie, the front desk associate, is an absolute joy to work with. From her smile to her amazing disposition she helps to ensure everything goes smoothly.If you need auto repair, you d be hard pressed to find anywhere better than Hallandale Auto

Dropped off my dodge Dakota for an electrical diagnostic for an electrical draw. They took my truck and had very poor communication for over 9 months! Left me stranded without a vechicle and kept making excuses. Bought parts and did work I didn t need and charged me for it. Gave me an estimate and doubled the invoice when I tried to pick up. When I finally got my truck back almost a year later, I still had the same issue I came in with . Thier response was it may be a wiring issue and that s not our forte, we can send you somewhere else why not give me back my truck sooner and admit you couldn t figure it out instead of effortlessly trying and increasing my bill? Then forced me to pay over $1,000 to have my truck back to be fixed somewhere else. Don t let Walter work on your truck unless you want surprise parts and bill. Spoke to Todd as well. All he did was complain about all the work rather than understand my hardships of paying for costs of a vechicle that has the same issues it came in with plus additional costs of not having my truck for almost a year.

Super nice guy, Todd. I haven t taken my car in yet but he was so straightforward and let me know a realistic time frame for what repairs I need. My car will need to be kept for a while so I ll update the review once I ve had the services. But I ll definitely go back.FYI they were referred to me by GoodYear as one of the only companies in the city who can fix the electrical issues I m having. My Subaru headlights have a major glitch that the dealership and Goodyear are not able to fix.

The lady in the office started yelling at me because I was short on just 50 bucks in cash (from a much larger amount), even after telling her I could pay the difference with debit card. Still, she got so angry at me that I realized I should have never taken my car to this shop.I had to take an Uber to an ATM and come back. My car engine was fixed making much more noises than before. The mechanic/owner got SO angry when I asked for the warranty proof that he offered me in the first place.I then realized that they were on the news for scamming customers.

They had my Truck for a week, and didn't fix it. Eddie told me Car Sheild won't pay for it. But when Todd call Car Sheild said the can only pay for one thing and I have to pay the rest. Todd said it was 3 things that needed to be Fix.

Unprofessional they are all about the money and not fixing the correct problem!! THEY HAVE NO LOYALTY TO PAST CUSTOMERS NOR RESPECT For relationships! They just want your money!!

I took my Mustang in to them after being told by the dealership that it was a worthless write-off. They checked everything, fixed the broken wiring and found each and every problem. They kept me informed every step of the way and even had photos to show me what they found and fixed. My car is now running perfectly. They really know their stuff and I would recommend them any day.Service: Electrical

Don t waste your time or money!! They will charge you for things you don t need.. and treat you as if they don t need your business!!I would suggest don t bring your car here unless you don t have another choice or have money to burn!! Thanks - BAD ATTITUDE

Very nice people, you get the feeling they are shaking your hand while the other one is stabbing you in the back!! Be careful with over pricing. Don t make the mistake I made out of desperation and just told them to do it and I don t want to get in to prices but I found the parts and labor for less than half what they charged me. Just do research before agreeing. Please

This establishment is amazing. Extremely honest people who do very good work. Ive had terrible experiences with dishonest mechanics and im so happy i finally found honest people who do good work. If you re looking for a trust worthy mechanic this is the place for you.

I got recommended by a family friend and it was the biggest mistake of my life my 2003 Chevy Tahoe. Came back in worst condition then I gave it. Went there for electric and I left with a broke rear view mirror and dent on on my driver side . I will never recommend this place to any one in Florida . Nice guy but terrible business practice !!!!Services: Electrical repair, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Body & Trim, Oil change

Just moved to south Fl & some evil person damaged the back bumper of my BMW while it was parked & disappeared. So I had to eat the cost. Thankfully I found this shop on Google search . They did a fantastic job . Every dig & scratch completely gone. My car looks as good as new.They're so reasonably priced ,i didn't have to file insurance claim. They gave me ride home and even deep cleaned my car. I highly recommend them . thank you so much!Service: Body & Trim

After checking numerous shops & not happy with service, knowledge, price, I found Hallandale Auto Electric. Todd is extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue with my Land Rover and fixed my car in a timely manner at a competitive rate. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they even washed my car. What great service. Even though it is a bit of a drive for me from where I live, I will continue to go here whenever needed.. Thanks Todd and your staff!

Moche and son are true professionals. i was tefer to them by a auto tech from tire plus. Definitely the place to get service on your used car . The only caveat would be is depending on the service it can taje longer then initially stated. But besides that good service at an affordable price and rate.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I called 3 mechanics in Canada to see if this garage was ripping me off and indeed they were charging me way more than it costs in Canada for the parts and labor (more repair time) which should be the opposite. I confronted the mechanic with my info and he ended up reducing the price on some items and not charging me labor on one of the parts. That made me happy but if I hadn't spoken I would've been charged way too much. On a positive note, I dropped off my car yesterday and got it back today at noon and they had it washed (exterior and interior). I would recommend it if you know about car repairs and how to deal your price. And always ask for an estimate before they do the work.

!! SCAM ALERT !!Be careful about this place, ask the WRITTEN estimate before they start the job, never trust on their verbal bullsxxx. They started to fix a very simple electrical problem on my car, agreed price was $300 and end up $1,300 with no prior consent asked. They tried to find the problem on very wrong spots and end up with the small pinched cable which should be the first place to check. They intentionally wasted time, then overnighted my car, removed door panels, engine bay plastic trims, center console and drive seat. They charged me CRAZY amount, even more then Mercedes Benz official prices, denies to give me an hourly rate because they love to rip off clients with foggy sentences on workshop order. They also changed the airbag control unit knowing that the existing one was OK! When I got my car back, all I wanted to do is to get away from that horrible place and rude people. Then I realized the lost key slot trim (found under the passenger seat later), forgotten carpet trim supposedly sitting under the center console, a huge gap between center console and floor rug due to poor R&I, wiggling door panel with loose and missing screws. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR WALLET AND PEACE OF MINDServices: Electrical repair, Body & Trim

I came over to change the rear bumper and fix the front one.Moshe told me than he can fix both of them, it will be nice but not perfect. The 2 bumpers have been fixed and it's absolutely perfect.For a very reasonable price AND the car was clean outside and inside.Looks brand new!
