i took my car for a second opinion and was charged $166 for a diagnostic check. A fee is expected but $166 is a bit much, also I was not advised upon dropping off my vehicle otherwise I would not have agreed. Very disappointed

Excellent and Professional Service! They provide excellent and honest service. Definitely if I have another problem with tires or some mechanical problem I will come to the Repair Point.

I had an incident where I needed body work and a tire. 2 months and both front tires are bad !! This is a brand new car , my back tires are good so how is it my front 2 tires a bold and look years old. I truly believe they swapped my good tire for their used tire. Now I have to buy 2 new tires. They are not good or honest. Beware do not leave your vehicle you may need more repairs sooner due to swapped out parts on your car. Body work was sloppy and left me disappointed to say the least. I made a poor decision picking this place and will never return.!!!Service: Tires

Great Service but a bit overpriced just to Patch a Tire! $39.99 plus tax but if you pay with a Credit/Debit Card they penalize you with an Extra charged so at the End of the Day you paid $44.74!!!

Great service! There are very helpful in explaining some very serious damages that happened to my car's front left axle. But I didn't feel pressured or otherwise forced to make a decision right then and there to have it fixed. They just simply explained everything going on with my car, above and beyond what I had requested them to do, and explained and estimated how much it would cost to have everything fixed and repaired correctly. They are super nice, very efficient and I definitely recommend them for anyone trying to have any regular maintenance done or serious operations to your car. Great group of guys!

Wonderful team! Brought my car in for a pretty substantial amount of body work. Excellent communication and they did they did a fantastic job overall. Cannot say enough nice things. I will be coming back and sending all of my family and friends here moving forward. Thank you!

My son and I have been blessed to acquaint ourselves with the guys at the shop for the last year or so. They've helped us tremendously with our cars. Their prices are fair and the service is even better. The shop owner, Neil is an amazing guy. My son and I will be using the, for years to come.

You must go to this place to get anything you need for your vehicle fixed it changed! The manager Josh is so amazing, professional & super sweet. They always look out & take care of what needs to be done & the prices are amazingly fare. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend. Great hard workers here too. All other places scam you out of your money, time & never fix the problem. I never have any issues here & I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years.

Goodyear location. They lie a lot!!! I went there to alignment. First they told me that two rear shock absorbers and one at front it has to by replaced. They lined up the car. I took the car to the street for a test drive, and the car was pulling to the right. So I went back to tell them. I did recived bad faces of the emploees. They took the car for a test drive, and in fact the car was pulling to the right. Then they told me that both shock absorbers has to be replaed at front, now it was not only one. So they did repleced both shock absorbers at front. Now the car was shaking when i go over 70 miles per hour and pulling to the left now. Horible service! Sloppy job! As the sloppy workshop! Before you go to this place, just look at it from the out side. You'll get an sloppy job here. If the can fix your car the same day when you go. That is because people don't go there! Just go across the street. Or to the corner, they maybe dont have time to fix your car in the same day. But that is because people prefer them. SLOPPY EVERYTHING AT THIS GOOD YEAR LOCATION!!! Save your time and mony, just go with the others.Service: Wheel alignment

I trusted them to help me decide if a car I had inspected was worth the buy. The customer service was good but I m disappointed with the inspection. I was under the impression that a FULL inspection meant a full inspection. Evidently a full inspection does not include noticing that the front bumper had been replaced. A few days after I purchased the car, another shop informed me that the bumper was replaced most likely because the car had been in an accident. UPDATE: I ve had the car for a few years and have not had any issues.

Got a quote on the phone which was an ok deal. Brought car in and then got quoted higher price. This was the second time I gave them a chance to compete on my repairs and they are just over priced. You can find better deals down the block. Sad part is you think they would help a long time customer but they don't care. Take your car any where cause that's how they will treat you like if you are a no body after a decade of being a loyal customer. Good Luck!!

Took my truck to them to get the Ac system checked for leaks and filled with freon. Took 5 hours, then when they were done they told me the compressor wasn't working and offered to "diagnose it" for $100. When I got the truck home I discovered they had pulled the fuse for the compressor. 3 weeks later all of the freon leaked out, so I take it back and they tell me it's leaking in 3 places. I explain to them that they need to fix it for free because I JUST PAID THEM to do this 3 weeks ago. They tell me that my truck spontaneously developed 3 new leaks within the 3 weeks since they had the truck and that I'll have to pay them $80/hr to fix it. Both times I went to this shop there was a line of people all the way out the door complaining about getting screwed one way or another. This is not a mom and pop shop they don't care if they screw you over. You can expect a McDonald's employee level of customer service from the people who work here. I highly recommend you take your car somewhere else.

Excellent service. I have been taking my toyota yaris 2007 for the last 2 years, and have no complaints. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very responsible people. I have no idea about car stuff and they haven't take advantage of that, they are very honest people and know what they are doing, which are two things difficult to find, so I totally recommend it.

Pricing is excellent but customer service isn't up to par. I would be the least person they expect to leave a review. No greeting. Guy sits on his phone texting and looks up at me like I'm interrupting. Dead atmosphere. Went up the street to jiffy lube, price higher but you'll get treated like you're wanted there.

Got a flat tire patched here and the tire sensor never worked again; I waited to have the pressure readings showing up before I left fortunately, and then walked back to make the claim. Brought the car the next day as they suggested and they replaced it for free, but still it costed me time and unnecessary stress. They said the sensor wasn't there, meaning the guy who patched the tire stole it or broke it. If you value your time, car and honesty, don't go here; you'll regret it as I do now.

For the past three years; this is the only shop in Broward I would trust will all of my cars mechanical needs and upgrades. Amazing people, exceptional service, great place to take your car to have its repairs, performance and cosmetic upgrades done and they also are very fair with their pricing.

They are NOT Goodyear, only using the name. Do not provide good service and will definitely rip you off. Promised me the car I bought from them would have a tune-up, oil change and checked out completely. No tune-up given, no oil change, nothing. They even lied about the service to my car. Had to go elsewhere where they verified and showed me that nothing was done. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

I went to get an oil change and it was done quite quickly. I was in and out in less then an hour and it was inexpensive. I've also had my brakes replaced and now my car works beautifully! I would recommend this place to everyone I know!

Another shop that rips off women.went in for new tires. This is NOT a Goodyear shop. They didnt have Goodyear tires so they upsold me on perrelli scorpions gave me an 80.00 alignment i didnt need marked up my rims and charged me 3.99 each to supposedly theow my tires away? I kept one of the tires for a . then had the nerve to charge me 79.00 for labor? I will be disputing the charges with my bank. Do not go here. Might be ok if you have a flat.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

They are scammers! They lied that they are state farm assigned bodyshop so I had my car fixed there. They got paid to change new tailgate but they pasted the old part back.They painted my car and after two weeks, the pain bubbled and fell off.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I went in for a routine oil change and the mechanic told me I needed to rebuild the automatic transmission within a few days. I did not believe him since I just purchased the car from Carmax 6 months prior. 4 years have passed, and so far the transmission is working fine. Several different mechanics have been telling me the transmission is running well. Although this event has been awhile ago, I decided to report this on Google to let the public know. This Goodyear is dishonest and I don't recommend it.

I can honestly say that this is the only place that won't scam you!! They are super nice! They treat you so well and won't cost a arm and leg like in other places!! I trust them completely!! And they do a really good job!!

I absolutely love Ned he is the best. He's extremely nice, patient with you , and he gives you really great prices. I tell everybody about him when they are having car problems. I can definatly say he's a true lifesaver and a wallet saver lol. I never write reviews this is honestly my first time but my experience was so amazing I just had to share it. Ask for Ned if you ever come here he will take GREAT care of you. Thanks so much Ned!

I'm very disappointed. I took my car for allignment, they carged me 100, even thoug anyone who understands the procedure would know it's an easy and quick job. The labor rates here are just comically high. After 2500mi it went off. Whenever i went there to get it fixed @ first the guy assured me that they would take care of it, but on the other day they started to bullshit me that the procedure was done more than six mounth ago. Even though the car hasn't driven that much it was long time ago)Oh what a shitplace! The crew along with their manager (which showed absolutely no respect and courtesy to resolve this "15 min fix") were at their best in yelling, interrupting, and laughing in my face. "It happened a long time ago so we need to charge you"My car was sitting because of an engine rebuild, and now after just 2500mi of regular driving I need to allign something which was alligned by "professionally skilled technitians".
