THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. A REAL DISASTER.Let me be super clear about this: I took my car for a max 2 week repair (they needed to change a door that got damage in an accident) and they had my car 4 MONTHS in the carshop, and the didnt fix it well, on top of that insane amount of time.JOE (general manager) is a piece of sh- it. He literally laughed about my situation saying I was being "too picky" and that my car was not of the quality I was demanding (my car is a 2023 Mazda CX9, mid trim. I know this is not a Rolls Royce but is a $45,000 car tho.).Also ISAAC (executive who took my car), a recovered addict or something and totally disorganized person, totally disappear from my radar and never answered the phone again. He never took responsibility of the damage they did on my car.I got here as a referral from Progressive, they had this shi tty place as a "recommended" carshop. I left the car, they called me the first time after 4 weeks, and the paint job was a crying scene. Paint drops all over the thing. Left the car again. They told me they called me in a week and they took 2 more weeks. When I went back for second time, the paint was fixed poorly, and on top THEY HIT MY CAR REALLY HARD ON ANOTHER PLACE INSIDE THE CARSHOP. That was it for me. I spoke with the insurance to take off my car from that hole asap. They told me I had to leave the car there because the shop had to finish what they started. So i was kinda locked with them unfortunately. 3 days later I had to call again (they never called me for status or anything, ever) and they WERE PAINTING THE WHOLE CAR, a brand new lease 2023 car with 1500 miles. They painted all over. (photos attached) with no approval from me nor the insurance. This make the price and value of the car drop drasticaly so that was it for me. I called the insurante , and finally, after days of arguing with them and losing my time, they were okay with taking the car out of there. I took to another shop and they tried to fix the mess they did in Classic Collision, they made a decent job but the damage was done a pretty irreversible.If you dont want to waste your time, car value, money and good state of mind DONT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE.Here photos of the original hit and damage. Nothing too serious as you can see. Then after when they painted the whole truck for that. (The white spot on the companion door was the hit they did inside the carshop, was pretty hard)

My experience at this shop was great. I would recommend this place to anyone. The front desk was both professional and quick in handling things. I was very happy with the work they did on my truck. I was even happier with the professionalism in which everything was handled. Jose was the person handling my truck. He was great. He answered and kept me up to date. He did made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle here. I would definitely use this place again.

Staff very friendly, recommended by established first rate insurance companies, repairs were completed 4-5 days ahead of schedule...Jose called me and kept me updated on the status of my car during the repairs..The reception area has friendly... And I guess most importantly... They did a great job on my car !!

Classic Collision exceeded my expectations! First Class Service! The entire staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Thank you, Jose, you made everything so easy, you were great! I m grateful to the Repair and Painter Team, they did an extraordinary job on my Hyundai, Tucson! My car is like brand new! They even cleaned my car inside completely. It was a great experience! I would highly recommend the Classic Collision to my family and friends!

It was the best service I ever had. Sasha was absolutely magnificent in keeping in touch and letting me know that he ordered certain parts and when my car will b e ready. My encounter with "Classic Collision" was incredibly disheartening. The managers are dishonest, and the paint job was subpar my car ended up dirtier, plus they somehow misplaced my old headlight, showcasing their lack of competence. I strongly discourage anyone from using this service and intend to take legal action to recover compensation.

I intended on leaving a raving five star review, because of the awesome customer service by Jason, and some of the other staff. However, after a complete waste of time by Classic Collision, they wouldn t be deserving. They couldn t work on my car because the title was rebuilt. This is not the issue, it s after me making an appointment last week, them rescheduling my appt, me honoring the new appointment, signing my life away in paperwork, going through the inspection, dropping my car off, when I am at the rental car place that I receive this information. Maybe, make the title status one of your first questions. To save people hours of their time.

I went multiple times due to damage on my vehicle. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE job on all repairs, disconnected the lights of the interior of my vehicle (they no longer work), ripped the carpet in the trunk of my vehicle, did an extremely janky job on my Mercedes sunroof repair (flew right off TWICE!!). Told them about it and Jose said he would help do the repairs over, literally lied to me and the staff started ignoring my calls. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I don't always write reviews, however, the service here was very professional and timely. I did is threw Allstate and worked with Julian. He was extremely professional and diligent. I would 100% come back here, however, let's hope I dont get into any more accidents and have to come back!

I am very disappointed and starting to feel disrespected as well. I brought my car in for left side front bumper repairs due to an accident insurance claim. I picked up the vehicle after the repairs was completed. A couple of days later while detailing my vehicle which is a 2013 BMW 528i I notice that the front bumper wws not aligned properly. I brought the car back and they kept it for additional 4 days. When I returned to pick it up the second time , not only was the bumper still not aligned correctly the hood is now aligned correctly as well. I spoke wth Joe ( Manager). and he told me that the repairs was done correctly. This was the first time that repairs was performed on my vehicle and the way it looks now is not way it looks prior to the accident. Now they are asking me to get an analysis from a certified BMW technician. Now it seem like they are trying to give me the run around. Now it look like I need to take Legal action against Classic Collision. I will not recommend this place to anyone that love or hate!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Classic Collision far exceeded my expectations! Their professional, prompt courteous staff was amazing...... From start to finish. There were no hidden extras or surprises along the way. I was told what was wrong, what was needed to correct the issues and the cost upfront. When I picked up my car, I was greeted with a smile and a total explanation of what was done to my car.The issue with my car was corrected at a fair price, on time! This is not common these days!I raise my glass to Classic Collision and I am happy to say that I will use this shop for all of my car repairs in the future. A few months ago I went to this repair store and the repair quality was very good. The repair took a few weeks too and they were kind enough to notify me of every step they have completed. They even offered rental cars on the same day too. Overall I loved my experience here and I would come back if needed.

When I came to pick up my car after repair, I noticed a scratch that wasn t there before. I had to drop off the car again and they fixed it with no cost to me. But nobody apologised for what they did. I had to spend 2 hours waiting to get rental car. Also, I had to pay for parking at my work for a few days from my own pocket. My original car is registered and paid for at that parking lot, so I could not change it for rental. And when I asked Classic Collision supervisor Joseph for reimbursement, he told me it s my responsibility. MY RESPONSIBILITY FOR CLASSIC COLLISIONS MISTAKE! So not only I had to spend my time the scratch that they did, but also my money. Very unprofessional management!Services: Auto detailing, Paint repair

I seems a very good place and till now everything is in charge by Damon an incredible worker who is working as hard as the pieces are in the garage misdingbonly a couple of them!He said that by august 25 as planned will be ok! Let s see what s happening next

Very courteous service from the time of first contact. The gentleman stayed back past his office hours on a Saturday as I was kind of lost (am new to the area) and then stayed on the phone with me to help me get to the shop. I was kept informed about the job being done that turned out to be fabulous btw!Richard (my service advisor - different person than check in) was very nice and easy to deal with. He went way beyond his call of duty and made it convenient for me to get the car back and ended up delivering the car to me early morning! Very nice people and everyone was very professional.I hope I never have to use a body shop again but if I do this would be it!Thank you for a great service!!

Seamless, timely experience from start to finish. I didn t spend more than 30 minutes either dropping off or picking up my car. Enterprise had my rental waiting before I arrived. Jose, my estimator, was fantastic! The girl at front desk, Melina was very helpful and punctual in letting me know when my car was ready for pickup, and Carmen provided the best colada I ve had in a while, which everyone knows is an essential part of the morning. My car was finished in just 3 days! All in all an enjoyable experience! I highly recommend Carolina Auto Body!

Amazing experience! Dropping off my car was hassle free! They said that it would take 3 days to repair but it only took 2! The repair was top notch and my car looks exactly how it did before the crash. They even cleaned my car completely!

Carolina auto body has been incredible. They made the process of an insurance claim, repair, and rental car actually pleasant. Jose and Carmen are amazing. Very courteous and communicative. My car looks great and the entire process from start to finish was fast, easy, and relieving. They took care of everything!

After coming to Carolina Auto Body for my geico estimate I knew the friendly staff and clean environment was a perfect fit for my car repairs. Everyone there was prompt in replies and eager to answer questions, specifically Richard. Richard went above and beyond to answer all my questions, make me feel comfortable in leaving my vehicle for repairs, and even was willing to allow me to come in for a follow up after I had a small concern and wanted to get it checked out. They were also very quick and got the repairs done in only 2 days. I definitely recommend this location for your next vehicle repair!

My insurance set up repairs for my vehicle at this location - and from the first phone call to having my vehicle returned, everything was beyond my expectations. I was updated any time there was new information, the repairs were done early, the car was detailed when I picked it up, and I was even able to leave my rental car at the body shop and they closed out the rental for me. I will definitely continue to take my car there and I highly recommend. Special thanks to Carmen, Moises, and Mike, as well as Cle from Enterprise and Matt from Geico. They took what is normally a stressful experience and made it not only easy, but actually pleasant.

Stellar service from drop off to pick up! Very well organized, staff work as a team, great workmanship and good communication. I highly recommend Carolina Auto Body for any of your body shop repair needs. And if you have the chance to work with Jose Garcia, you are in very good hands.
