I went shopping store #9294 and my friend made 3 purchases at the same time, forgetting his car coolant. He asked me for the favor of looking for it. I brought the receipt. The very kind Spanish-speaking lady confirmed that she had forgotten it since my friend also called to confirm and The Spanish-speaking lady kindly went to the computer herself, pointed it out to the other salesperson, the manager has very little education, she yelled at me as a customer and asked that English be spoken in a very low-class way, horrible, someone better than her would do better with this one. location. She made me feel like she is racist when I speak 4 languages.

Amazing service very fast and efficient. The employees are very knowledgeable and kind. I recommend this place 100 percent I always get my battery here and they give you a warranty and always take care of you. Julian is amazing he deserves a big raise. Thank you

Went to change a small light for the tag, light cost 7$. I ask if they can show me how to put it and he said " yeah no problem" after he show us he ask 15$ for doing that and that its not possible to pay by card or have a invoice. Went in some competitor that were much more nicer and help for free but of course I gave a large tips. Last time in Advance Auto Part, its not the competitor's that missing...

I was coming to ask if they have a part to my bmw x1 2015 . Part of the window, Annie, the lady working there, told me right away to go to bmw for part that she didn't hear it yet .I told her why she told me to go there without to hear what part I needed,She didn't answer.

The Store on 117 N Federal Hwy, Hallandale Beach, FL is Displaying the wrong prices on the products. Mr Rodriguez store managers notice the mistake and didn t want to overwrite the price! He wanted me to pay full price or take the green containers because those were 2 for 6 !And the green containers didn t have the 2 for 6 sign!

Excellent Service and Helpful Staff!!! I bought a pair of Windshield Wipers and While getting some Tire Shine Foam the Gentleman went out of his way to replaced them and by the time I came back to the counter to pay for it he told me what he just did. Definitely Recommend!!!

Every time I go in here, it don't matter which one it is, They are always extremely friendly. I love them all. My boyfriend's cousin's wife works in there and I get her discount. Can't get better , other than decorations or something

Management and employees let Rex TRIPLE RRR O AUTOMOTIVE work in parking lot on customers cars.He agreed to change 3 hoses For $25.00 each total of $75.00 . Upon completion I gave him $100.00 He was insulted and belittled me said I owed him $75.00 per hose. After arguing with him he said give me another $50.00 . Avoid this mechanic .Does not honor his word. Totally dishonest. Code enforcement issue.

I rarely give negative feedback, but this is one store that deserves a one star. I gave it two stars simply because they had in-stock what I went for. However, when I asked the fat man at the cash register if he could help me find what I needed, he looked at me as if I was interrupting him while was texting on his cell phone. He could barely understand me since he clearly spoke little English. I took him to the shelf to show him the Invisible Glass on the shelf; I then asked him if they had the applicator---a device with a handle on which you attach a specially fitted microfiber towel for cleaning interior car windshields. He had no idea what I was talking about, so clearly he didn't know what merchandise the store had, or he just couldn't speak English. Either way, he barely said a word and each time I looked back at him (standing behind me), he was looking at his phone. I ignored him and just looked for what I needed. Finally, after combing the entire wall of auto cleaning items, I found what I was looking for, but it was no where near the window cleaner of the same brand. Why wouldn't a retailer put the items of the same brand together instead of on separate shelves, far apart? I was then ready to check out, and the man started to put the numbers in the computer. I waited for him to ask me for my rewards number or my phone number as they do at the regular Advance Auto store I go to on Miami Beach. He never asked me, but instead told me the total of my sale. I asked him why he didn't ask for my rewards number, so he deleted everything, and asked me for my phone number. I gave it to him and he entered it, but without saying anything to me (because I'm sure he couldn't), he simply showed me that the computer search was blank. Why would a US retailer have anyone working in a store with no customer service training? At least make sure they speak English! From now on, I'll go order online from another company. This is bad business, and before long, these businesses do fail when we consumers simply stop supporting companies like this one.

Worse place to go. Staff not friendly and don't help you much. Went inside three customers one attending the customers while the other one dust off the bottle of oil and there came in another worker and didn't assist at all. Everytime i go due that's so neat my home i always get an old man who really looks like you buy what he says if not go somewhere else. Not the first time I go thru this but since they are near me i go to them instead of driving to Hollywood to the other auto store that is not this name. From now on i will travel there to get my parts and their customers service so much better maybe myself and my husband we aren't their kind of customers.

curbside pickup advertised by Website and over the phone does not work - too long of a wait time.I've placed a simple online order for transmission fluid. After placing an order I received an email stating: "Most orders are ready for pick-up within 30 minutes". Waited 2 hours - no email. Called them, yes, order was ready. Drove by the store, called them to deliver my order to my trunk outside, lady said OK, waited 15 minute - no one outside to hand me my order. Called again - long wait time, could not get to talk to anyone. Has to go to a meeting, left the location. Now after the meeting I have to spend more time and go back, and hopefully pickup my order otherwise I cancel.UPDATE: second attempt was not as bad, only waited 8 minutes. bumping up reviews to 3 stars.

Horrible experience! I ordered a AC Cabinet Filter with them for pick up at the store! Next day pick up! Their system was down and they couldn t find my item. Can back on day 3. The item still haven t arrived and they needed to reorder it! Now it s day 4 and THEY STILL HAVEN T RECEIVED ANYTHING! Actually the associate stated that the Manager who ordered it didn t order it properly!!! Customer Service Suck!! Don t Come Here !!!

I brought in my serpentine belt to get the correct replacement, the store clerk helped me measure the belt. He didn't know how to read the sizing numbers the belt measuring instrument gave, and told me to go to O'Reillys instead.

The young lady with a short cut advised me she could be out change my blades as it was after 6 pm but she could go out and change a battery, if I was Spanish she would have helped me. The gentleman with the dread locks changed them and was such a life saver. I give 5 stars for him no one else.

The manager gave me all my money back on a defective battery. Didnt fight me, didnt argue, didnt try to sell me another battery, didnt try to give me store credit, just did the right thing. He has a customer for life as he is one of the few good guys out there.
