The team at Johnny s Automotive is the best in the business. They were attentive, responsive and were very helpful with our issue with our car. Mike who helped us from start to finish walked us through all that would be done and kept us informed. They fixed our car and unlike many others didn t just go for the most expensive solution, they took their time, they found the true issue at hand and fixed it, saving us a lot of money. I can t recommend them enough! Thank you Mike and the team at Johnny s Automotive, you did an amazing job!

This is by far the best experience I have ever had at any automotive/mechanic shop. I took my vehicle in for a second opinion after being quoted a very expensive repair from a dealership. Aaron took my car in the same day and did a full diagnostic (with pictures) and showed me exactly what was happening with my vehicle. My mind was put at ease and so was my wallet, thanks to Johnny s Automotive. Besides their outstanding service, there were countless special touches that made me feel valued as a customer. From the clean lobby/bathroom to the snacks, drinks, games, and coloring books/candy for my daughter. I especially loved the beautiful roses that were left on my dash when my car was ready. I will be returning to Johnny s for all of my mechanical needs and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Everyone that I encountered in the shop was inviting, friendly and helpful, including their adorable special dog, Ms. Lady. Thank you, Johnny s Automotive.

Johnny s Automotive is beyond amazing. They are fair, honest, kind, and professional. I have always had a great experience with them, and I recommend them to everyone. I just had an oil change, check up, and I could not be happier with the service or cost. I even had a little gift left on my dash, it made my day! Honest and friendly service is what you will find at Johnny s. All of the staff is very welcoming and happy to answer questions. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! They even left me two yellow roses on my dash, it made my day!

Your work on my vehicle and the completed inspection that was provide was impressive. The waiting room, office area and bathroom was spotless. I also observed a bay being cleaned including removing dropped oil on the floor before another vehicle was brought in . Your staff was polite and efficient even assisting people on the phone who need help with their car. I am not sure if it was because my wife was waiting with me or you do this for all visiting women but the long stem rose was appreciated. I will be bring my vehicle to you for maintenance work from now on. Thank you.

Tried Johnny s for a timing belt and water pump. When I picked up the car I was told by the service advisor they took pictures of the work they did and would send them over. When I got the email, it stated work that needed immediate attention in bold red. I called and received an estimate by text. After speaking with them I was told that doesn t have to be done right now, I should just monitor it. The advisor never mentioned to me work that needed immediate attention at pickup or in follow-up. They charge a premium price above the other estimates I received so I expected a higher quality of care. It appears no one there looked at the inspection report. Based on my first and only experience I can t recommend. Was told errors happened because of staffing.

From start to finish, the team answered all of my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process. I called in the AM. They were able to get me an appt and take care of the issue by the end of the day! They were able to give us a ride back home and picked us up. Impressed with how much they care! Also the yellow rose they left in the car was a nice bonus. Thank you to everyone who helped us!

Johnny's Automotive service and customer care are truly exceptional. During my visit to the area to see family, my car encountered unexpected issues that required immediate repairs. The team at Johnny's not only took excellent care of me and my vehicle, but they also went above and beyond by providing free shuttle service. They drove me back to house when I dropped off the car, and the next day, when my car was ready for pick up, they again picked me up from my house. This level of convenience and attention to detail made the entire experience even more enjoyable.I would like to give a special shoutout to Mike, who ensured that everything ran smoothly and made the overall experience as pleasant as possible. Additionally, I greatly appreciated that Johnny's provided me with a complete written estimate, including detailed photos. This transparency and professionalism helped me understand the repairs needed and gave me peace of mind.To top it all off, the gesture of a rose at the end added a special touch that truly showed Johnny's dedication to providing exceptional service. Took my car in for a headlight replacement and in the scope of checking out my vehicle, Johnny's found that both the rear brakes and tires needed immediate attention. This information was not a surprise to me as I had been told the same thing by a friend of mine who was a mechanic. After receiving a fair price for the needed parts, the work was completed and due to time restraint issues to pick up the car, Johnny's went above and beyond by delivering my car to me. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The car now runs great and I finally feel safe while driving again. Thanks to all the members of Johnny's Automotive for an EXCELLENT job and FANTASTIC service.

The Staff is absolutely the best. From the desk help to the mechanic. There was a mix up on my appointment due to my fault but they were quick to resolve the issue and help me on the spot. Because of their great customer service I will continue to go to them for all my auto needs.

Great place for car repairs. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nicely furnished and clean waiting room with complimentary refreshments. Great service and explanation of estimate coverage and detailed explanation of all services performed. I was very impressed with the fact I was given not only an estimate of price but also the amount of time needed to complete repairs. Work was completed on time. This was the first time I utilized their services and I was totally blown away upon entering my vehicle to leave and found a fresh rose sitting on my dashboard. This is the place to go for any of your car needs. Pricing is very reasonable and much less than dealer pricings. Make sure you stop in and try them for yourself.

I live outside of Atlanta GA and am spending the winter in Florida. I just bought a used truck and encountered an issue with it immediately. I found Johnny's via Google search. I'm a car guy through and through, they are how I make a living. They deserve every 5 star review they got and then some. The communication is crystal clear and top notch. I knew precisely what they were doing and they kept me updated. Mike was professional and thorough. They took care of my truck and gave me recommendations of things to care for down the road... zero sales pressure. I've got a fleet of cars and anytime they need work while I'm here in Florida, I know exactly where I will be taking them... Thanks!!!

Johnnys was recommended to us by a friend so we gave them a call and they fit us in for an appointment. The service on the vehicle was done in a timely manner and they kept you up to date on what was happening to your car. Once completed they even sent pictures of before and after.They have excellent customer service. I will definitely be back!Oh and they also left a long stemmed rose in the car too!

This definitely made you guys stand out from the rest! I would have never expected roses in my vehicle with it backed up with the AC on ready for me. I definitely recommend them!They have complementary snacks/drinks also. I ve never been in any place that treats their customers like this!Also they got my van done 2 days faster then expected which makes me so happy because we use it for work. You guys Definitely know how to stand out & literally no one compares.

They handled the appointment perfectly, were prompt and courteous when I arrived, began and finished the work on time, gave me useful information about more work that needed to be done on my car, but did not pressure me into buying anything. The waiting area was spacious and well kept, with free drinks and snacks. There was even a clean washroom! Honestly, I couldn't ask for more from an auto repair business.

Had my grandsons car towed from St Petersburg to Johnny's for repair knowing we could trust their honesty and professionalism. They completed the repairs quickly, and very fair price. Everyone was friendly and professional. Wouldn't think of going to any other repair shop!

This the first time Using Johnny's Automotive. I'm satisfied so far.Telling me every thing that's wrong will take time to fix and repair.Have a question on whether the 2 motor mounts and one transmission mount can be fixed at the same time.Also what's the estimate to change out the timing chain? The A/C and brakes are the main reason I came in as I need a good honest mechanic shop to keep this 9 year year old Jeep running in good order.Quest 2 how often must the gasoline filter be Changed and what's ghe cost of replacing it? 3rd One running light or fog light is out and needs replacing it would be appreciated if this be done when you put the mirror in and making sure the A/C is working.Thanks

My first visit and i will definitely return ! The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable.I had an appointment for 1pm for and oil/filter change. I was back in my car by 2:20pm. Thank you for the yellow rose placed on my dashboard. The technician, Edgar Velez explained fully what was need to maintain my car.

Johnny s automotive was wonderful! I had Aaron do an inspection on a car and he did a great job! Very thorough and answered all my questions. The employees are respectful, kind, and very accommodating! The service there is unbeatable! I highly recommend Johnny s!

When it comes to Auto repair shops, there are a lot of hit or miss places out there. Not in the case of Johnny's Automotive. They take the time to inspect your vehicle thoroughly and never lie about what is wrong.They also don't cut corners when it comes to getting the job done right the first time never using sketchy used or remanufactured parts and running the vehicle through a quality control process. They even included a 24 month warranty on all parts and labor, that is unheard of elsewhere since they usually give you no more than 90 day warranty if you are lucky.In review, if you want your fixed right the first time and avoid the run around, just take it to Johnny's Automotive and drive away confidently.

In all my years, this was the first time I felt I was getting truthful service and not getting ripped off. Great staff. They also make it very comfortable while you wait with complimentary snacks, putting green and beautiful fragrant roses upon departure. I will definitely return when in need of service.

Courteous , and friendly .my first visit to the garage was very pleasant. Mike their advisor explained what they were going to do, and explained the work to be done, and the price. Everything went well, and I am extremely satisfied. The garage gained a new customer. Thank to Mike, and the mechanic who worked in my car.

Btw thanks to you, and your Great service staff we are on the road this morning headed to the Smokey Mountains yep all 12 of us in one vehicle, and I've never felt safer, which is my number one priority! Outstanding experience!! From start to finish Johnny s took excellent care of my repair needs. The staff far exceeded all expectations. They listened to me when I called in and took what I had to say in to consideration when diagnosing my vehicle. I love that they do a full vehicle inspection and take pictures. It makes the process easy to understand. They gave me upfront pricing that was honest and fair, much lower than the dealership. The waiting area has something for everyone. Movies, putt putt, shuffle board, snacks and more. Then they topped everything off by placing a rose on the steering wheel. Such a nice surprise when I got in to head home. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was having trouble getting a headlight bulb for my vehicle at two other places, so my son recommended this place. They took care of it right away, very pleased with the service I received. Oh, and I was so impressed with the lobby, very clean and comfortable seating and snacks too!

The service was done despite the fact the parts were delayed. We appreciated the fact that since we are a 1 car household, they provided a loaner vehicle. Turned out the acquisition of the parts took numerous days. While some prices were high for the most part having the loaner offset our concerns.Upon completion of the work, my wife returned the loaner and drive home in the rain. Today we used the car for a couple of errands and noticed some white substance inside the driver side taillight. It was never mentioned to me nor did we notice it beforeWe have used Johnny s before for other necessary services and found they provided good service and we were satisfied.

I am new to the area and was looking for a reliable auto mechanic. Johnnys had good reviews so I decided to go to them for an oil change. Now I do not want to this to be seen as a total non-recommendation of Johnnys. I understand that sometimes mechanics go by simple maintenance schedules but they came to me telling me I needed $1000 worth of work and some of that work I had done before I moved to this area, it was concerning. Maybe they need to ask if the work has been done before telling a customer it needs to be done. Some people can really be taken advantage of this way. Honestly I am not sure if I will come back here or not. They were nice and friendly people so again I am not saying don't go here, just be alert to what your car really needs if you are just going in for a simple thing like an oil change.
