We had a major brake issue while on family vacation, while on our way to the theme park. We called this place and they told us to come on in and we re able to address the issue and get us back on the road in about an hour. Day saved! Super friendly and understanding family business. Literally saved our vacation!!

Form the occasional sponsor track racing (time attack) to daily driven. The constant changes of tires, twist & turns will effect alignment & more. First time trying them out & I haven't felt a straighter alignment in a while compared to shops around the area. Great hospitality & the receptionist is very nice . They took my vehicle as soon as I came in. Great work to the team! I'll definitely be back for my needs.

Sung to the tune of The Beverly Hillbillies. Let me tell you a story about a snow bird named Keith, who had a Ford Explorer that was given him some grief. His right rear bearing was humming and that just won t do. So he asked his neighbor Denny who could fix this rotten boo boo. Haines city car care cente, Denny said that s the only place for me, so Keith he got in his Explorer and he drove on down to thee. Concerned don t yea know. Praying all the way. Keith walked into the shop and told his tale of pain and whoa, major problem is he had 1300 miles to go. Art took charge and did a quick test drive and said you ll never make it there. so let me squeeze you in and get you home without a care. Unbelievable don t yeah know. Fantastic people and service.Well the next thing you know I am back in Canada sad to leave free Florida but remembering the love

We had an emergency with our truck ( front differential blew). Haines City Car Care was recommended by some in the park we were staying. They test drove it took it right in and took care of us! They were wonderful and I will pass them on to anyone else that needs service. They were professional and polite! It ended up being an expensive repair, but well worth the stop especially when you'refrom out of state.

Art and Bones always take great care of all our vehicles. From maintenance to performance to full lift kits along with rims and tires. They are the best, and always find a way to work us in, and have a fantastic price. Not to mention the top quality work. I wish I had more hands, so I could give more thumbs up!!

This is a special and unique auto shop. They are honest, kind,friendly, trust worthy. Have NEVER had a bad INTERACTION with any employee. If they can't help, willrefer you to who can assist. Stands by their work . Will not do a repair if it is not in the customers best interest. Again they are HONEST.

Recently moved over this way, and Ive used Haines City Car Care a few times now. They are a GREAT family owned automotive service! The entire staff there is phenomenal. Great work, quick service, and keep a smile on a customers face! Highly Recommend!

I'm extremely grateful I found this place. Art was able to diagnose my issues and get them fixed quickly with my children in mind. They offer fair pricing and are very straightforward with the issues and costs. The women working the office are great as well! Thank you for taking care of our car <3

Very hostile and unprofessional establishment, not to mention the lack of regard for safety from owners son to the public on busy road in front of there business. I guess others safety are not important to this business when they have there teenage son blocking turn lane just texting away with total disregard to others behind him. One was an elderly lady who almost had car going well over 60mph barrel into her because she was trying to move back into traffic to get around a entitled and inconsiderate kid hauling a massive boat basicly parked in traffic on his phone. Even after honking horn to let him know he had line of cars trying to turn into his father's business, he just put his head down and went back to swiping on his phone and not have a care in the world. I was turning into this place to give them business and saw thru colors after I myself went back into traffic and made turn further down. When I do pull in owner and wife are looking at me as I'm in the wrong for honking horn and having NO regard towards the fact that there son just endangered someone's life. And then go as far as to ask me if I was pulling in to get out and fight them. These guys are very rude and lack the maturity to run a successful business. And after reading some of these post I would never leave my car with people like this. Hopefully they don't harm anyone and pray they go out of business so they can't ruin any more lives.

They did shoddy work on my car. They put in a used fuel pump in my engine no telling what type of fuel pump is in my gas tank. They put a part in backwards in my engine which continually created problems. In the end, they gave my car back to me saying they couldn t fix the problem. If you need your car worked on, don t take it to them.

This Is a Hometown shop with BIG town service , we have been loyal customers since forever !! It's family owned and operated , ART and RYAN and family (employees) provide the knowledge , and service that a lot of shops do not. The word and integrity of the shop here is worth the wait. " honest and professional options are offered" you will not be disappointed with the care received here. The variety of knowledge never stops to amaze me. This shop deserves to be reconigezed on many levels. Took my jeep to H.c.c. with a random Over heating problem. 2 other shop couldn't find an issue.The staff was friendly and went over my jeep until they found the problem (leak in heater core) fixed it an I haven't had a problem since.

Just recently moved to Florida, called these folks and they squeezed me in for an appointment for a last minute oil change before a cross country trip. Excellent service, positive vibes from staff at the desk and in the shop... quite rare these days. I think I found my new go to mechanics! Waiting area had nice cool AC and comfortable seating too! Will definitely be back.

My family has been bringing vehicles to this shop for decades. They are fair, honest, and really look after their Customers. I currently drive 60 miles to bring my vehicle here rather than anywhere closer to home because they are so trustworthy and do excellent work. Some of the same technicians are working on my car that used to work on my mother's car before she passed away. Visited with my scion with a noisy wheel. Friendly staff that quickly found the issue and fixed the issue (loose bolt) and did not charge.

I can't say enough. I'm new to the area and I needed AC service for my car. I was refered here by a few friends in my community. I also saw they had good reviews. This helped in making a choice to trust them with what could be a pricey repair. The staff went above and beyond to insure my insecurities working with a new mechanic shop. The mechanic Art did as well. I'm happy to have cold AC again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Set up my car to tow behind our motorhome. Price was fine, but the attention to detail was spectacular! After setting everything up, Art insisted on a test drive. Everything went fine, but those extra steps mean the world to us since this is so important to have right. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is the Best Place for Auto Service and Repair! My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Art and the Team for over 15 years and without fail, we have always had great service and trustworthy diagnosis and a willingness to work with us on a timeline for arrival and completion. We have taken everything from gas to diesel autos including foreign and domestic model cars, trucks and vans. They have worked on everything for us! Its great to have a local company that is friendly and helpful starting at the front door and this level of service goes all the way to the technician performing the service or repair. I can't imagine having to take my vehicles anywhere else to get services or repairs. This place is 100 stars from me.I brought my car in with no breaks, they told me they might not get to it that day maybe in the morning.. But I told them Only had one car and didn't know what to do.. not more than 20 minutes later they have my car in the shop and looking at it. Well to say my abs module thing was totally shot and would cost al ot of money... well they got me back on the road in about an hour and half, had to replace the rotars and pads in the front and did something to the rear ones( I can't remember). I definitely recommend this place to everyone... Thank you guys in the garage for making things so much easier for me.And to the lady's in the office thank you for being so sweet and helping me....

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Today, I drove into your shop when my car was over heating. I was panicking. Your guys calmed me down and was able to find the problem and fix it. Arrived at 8:00am to potentially get an oil change and when I walked in, I immediately felt like they didn t want to give me any service. Three women and a mechanic behind the counter put their head down and I had to greet them with a hello . I asked about an oil change and was told a week before they could do it. Before I made this review I looked in the comments to see if anyone else of color had this issue. And there it was, more complaints about people of color being treated poorly. As a veteran of this country and a potential new customer I am disgusted.

Walked in not knowing I needed an appointment and they were still able to fit me in. A/C was not working and they fixed it and found other issues that were needed to be taken care of. Straight forward and would highly recommend them! Art was great, thanks for fitting me in. And the staff up front were awesome as well!!!

I've brought my car here several times over the last couple years since I moved to the area.This place is everything you could want from your local mechanic; they take ownership of the issues and fix them quickly for very reasonable prices. Twice I thought I might have seen the end of my beloved old Town Car, but no, they've fixed it up for far less than I was anticipating each time.When a ball joint went out and I asked them to check the others and they already had. When the old airbag suspension finally gave out from the back wheels dangling while on their hoist, they replaced them with coils for cost.The only negative is that this place is so good that even in a smaller area like Haines City you're going to have to wait for an appointment. They're typically 1-2 weeks out, but once your car is in I've never had it not finished same day.It's a nice peace of mind knowing I have a mechanic I can trust to help keep my old car on the road rather than worrying about getting something new.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto A/C recharge, Oil change
