Horrible service and very unprofessional. They refused to take my U-Haul truck and expected ME fixing their business issues between U-Haul and them. He Refused! Took photos, finished return process in the app and made sure I did the right thing on my side and left. I DID call management in this area to report the issue and inconvenience.I don t recommend this place for U-Haul services and I WONT come back for any type of business.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took my girlfriend s car here to get new tires mounted and balanced plus a wheel alignment. My girl got here super early and they were taking long. When she asked what was taking so long they were giving her the run around. Finally they admit that they broke a wheel stud so they had to go and get one from the nearby auto parts store. They had to remove her wheel bearing in order to replace the wheel stud which should be replaced after but they just went ahead and put the old wheel bearing back in. Then come to find out they never performed a wheel alignment like we asked from the beginning and then when I tried talking to the old rude Spanish lady at the front she was being unreasonable and rude and told me she didn t know why I was upset if we are getting free parts installed. I told her I wanted to speak to the owner and she refused. A week later my girls tire got a flat because they didn t bead it correctly and we had to take it elsewhere to get fixed because I was not letting them touch my girls car again. This is a female owned and operated mechanic shop and I m not sure any of the techs here are even certified so be careful on what this shop does because they are a shady mechanic shop. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau.

From my experience been there today for the first and last time. I get there wait it patiently to be taking care of to get one of my daughters tire changed. It took them about almost two hours, I was standing outside and I was able to see how the wheel popped out the machine and another guy came to help him, I noticed something wasn t Wright. When they finally gave me the wheel luckily I inspect it because I noticed what was going on. The guy didn t even bothered telling me what happen and walked away. I said something about it and at first they were all denied in it until the lady in charge started gettin upset. Been honest to your customers is a big priority and a big plus for your business. If they would have been honest from the beginning , ok but damm they all lie about it that s what got me , that is not a place to trust with any cars. Iam speaking out of the bad experience I had today at this place.

I purchased 3 used tires the same night I noticed one of them was flat so I called and let them know one of the tires is flat. when I arrived at opening time I was the first one there I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me my only options were to purchase another tire or pay for them to plug the bad tire they sold me. When I explained how unprofessional this was the younger lady at the front desk became very rude with me. Stating that they didn t sell me a bad tire. When I told her I wish was able to see the tire before they put it on my vehicle she said well you didn't ask with an Attitude. This was my first time coming here I spent 225 dollars here getting work done on my vehicle and this is the experience I received.

They are rude, unprofessional and not at all somewhere that has customer service. She gave me a price on tires, told me they closed at 5, when we arrived at 420 she told us they were closed when u can clearly see mechanics working. Then she was rude, talks over u and is so u professional. Hangs up the phone in your face and sends u to voicemail when u call back. Rude. Unprofessional and not at all somewhere u would want to spend ur money!

This is my 2nd time coming here and I love it. Angelea s customer service was amazing. The guys worked quickly yet efficiency on my car. Definitely recommend this place as they have good pricing as well.

This people took my money! I ve been there to fix my alignment because it was not good since day one, now they say that someone change something related to the alignment, and now I have to pay again for the alignment that was never done right, well let me tell you something that SOMEONE is in your team because I haven t been in any other place. I don t have time to go to check my alignment a 100 times!

Had a flat tire on my equipment trailer. Showed up at opening time. Once inside office I was greeted fairly quickly by staff. After informing them on problem, they were swift to work on my flat in less than thirty minutes. Paid a very fair price for repair. Can highly recommend them.

I came to this business to check a tire of my SUV, after checked the tires they told me the front left side tire was leaking air, so they fixed, my surprise, the cost of labor $37.80 just for one flat fix. I had never pay more than $20 dollar for a flat fix.However the problem was not on the left side tire, it was on the right side, I had when to another tire shop to solve the problem, which was to change the tires that were in bad condition, there I noticed that the Family Tire employee didn't place back the rim cap to the tire which he supposedly repaired. I came bact to business place asking for the part but they didn't try to find simply they told me that it isn't in the workshop. I do not recommend this business because they are irresponsible and excessively expensive, they was supposed to pay for part missing.

This place used to be good but lately is getting bad and bad. I was just there for some service and I waited for one hour after they took my information and still no service. They ever took care of three people that came after me, the people they have up front clearly don t know what they re doing, every question I asked they didn t have the answer. A total disaster.

Never going back to this place again!!! Horrible service they never notified me about my shocks not coming in. Drove up there before they open at 8am just liked she told me to do and they didn t have any clue about my appointment or my shocks not arriving. Waste of time! Let s be more professional

I will never ever take any vehicle to this poor place of business they sold me two tires that had nails in them in a 3 week time period for two different cars they put the wrong Size lugnuts on my car on purpose and then the lady at the front desk tried to lie about it but the mechanic that did the work admitted that he did not want to put them on but she made him put them on anyway knowing they did not fit properly i paid for 3 tires in advance which they did not produce I got one tire with a nail in it so my wife had to drive with a bad tire for a few days until I could take it to a real tire shop and they told me about the lugnuts very poor customer service they are very comfortable lying to their customers the work they do is bad quality we took our vehicles somewhere else and they had to fix what they did which is a shame they lost good customers DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!

Never ever Go to this place they over charge and change prices on you. I went for a tire change and a tire pressure valve it cost $4.00 at autozone and they wanted to charge me $25.00 I said okay then when I went to pay I was being charged $30.00... ridiculous they don't have a set price for things they go in the back and decided what to charge. On top of everything I got mad because they wanted to charge me $5.00 more and she was yelling at me.... deffenatly poor customer service and manners. Never going back their steeling people hard earned money.. on top those woman yelling at me .

I've been a customer of Family tire since there were real healthy Orange Groves in the Haines City and Davenport area, that's a long time ago. As a business, Family tire has grown a lot since then, I'm happy for them. There have been plenty of times where the service has been pleasant other times not quite.Businesses in general have been forced to hire employees with minimum or no experience due to the lack of applicants lately. As in any business it's understandable for mistakes to happen. The mechanics in the back are humans and as such, it is unavoidable and understandable that they're going to make mistakes, it's going to happen.It's general knowledge that, from a business standpoint, how the business solves those mistakes is what's going to keep your customers happy and coming back or not. Ideally the personnel at the counter, who is, the face of the business, the person who represents what your business is about and what your business culture is, should be able to solve any issues fairly. Without affecting the business or the customer, as any good customer service representative should. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service, and fair treatment, have been common challenges that I've experienced since I've been a customer.There have been plenty of different mechanics throughout the years, there's one of them that's been there since I can remember, and there's a person at the counter that also been there since I can remember. The mechanic has always been a great business representative, unfortunately can't say the same about the person at the counter.Years ago, there were no other businesses like Family tire in the area for customers to choose, now there are, and by the way this zone is growing, more businesses like this will come.In my humble opinion, good customer service will have customers coming back and recommending the business to others.It seems like an improvement on the current customer service representative is needed or the business might lose more and more of those long time and returning customers, ending up with customers having one time service and never coming back or recommending the business to other potential customers.

Here s my story. Went on vacation to Florida noticed brakes were grinding. I knew it was brake pads and rotor time. My father in laws friend recommended this place. Called up the lady she said bring it by no later then four ( now this is Saturday in Florida ) I was nervous so I dropped off my Jeep around 10:30 am. This place was jammed pack they were fixing cars moving cars, to say this place was busy is an understatement I walked in the office there was a lot of customers. I dropped off my key the lady was very nice she said it may take awhile I said no problem. Went back to hotel and got a call around 5pm my Jeep is ready. I was so happy she was able to replace my brakes on such short notice the price was excellent. If your in need of repair or anything related to your car this is the place !!! They get 5 STARSSERVICE, HOSPITALITY and PRICE

Called yesterday, around 4:30pm they close at 5:00pm. I called to see if they had my car tire size and they had me on hold for 20 min. They never answered back and I hang up and called back and they where closed. Went to go get my tire changed and they told me a price and then when I went to pay they charged me another. I got mad because I was being charge $15.00 more... the woman's in the front have no customer service experience they were unprofessional yelling at me so I decided to pay the extra $15.00 but as a customer they lost me I am not going back there. DO NOT GO

They don't have set prices they make up their own prices on the fly they wanted to charge me 30 dollars to put a new tire on the rim while I can take it to another place and get it done for 15 I had a flat tire and the lady in front told me that I have to buy another tire I asked if they could patch it up they said no so they filled it with air and drove home I barely made it home when it went flat again thank goodness I live close.

$220.00 for a tire swap lmao. This people don t have a price set for services. They go and hide and decide what to charge you. Found another place way cheaper. Avoid this place unless you won the Florida Lotto

A little disappointed, As a professional auto center you should never fixed anything without getting the okay from the customer! You should first give the diagnosis then let the customer decide. My problem was fixing my car without giving me a proper diagnosis, instead fixed it and told me that it s a 50/50 chance that it may be the problem. Leaving me with uncertainty. So if my car starts back with the issue I will have to spend out more money! Definitely could have been handled better!

Overall a good experience. Other tire shops take 3 or 4 hours just to CHECK out your problem. But as soon as you go to the main register, they give you 100% good customer service. Explaining your situation, and minimum wait time (30-45 minutes) they give Fair prices, and with friendly faces. 5 stars all the way.

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. One person on the phone says a certain price then you tell them you will be there then all of a sudden they don t have any that price on their list period I ask for a website to see what tires they actually do have and their response is we don t list them on a website just what we have on our system. Then the lobby starts filling up and as she was helping me she stops and moves on closes out what we were looking up. I would never recommend them to anyone!! EVER!!!! Absolutely disrespectful and absolutely no customer service!!! Get new employees or close shop if that s how your company treats people..
