Very happy and satisfied on how sale process went from start to finish Julio & Danny took great care of me and my wife. Helped us the whole way through to make sure we got into the car we wanted and didn t leave on foot .Extremely satisfied with everyone working at this establishment and the great work they do ! Daniel was an awesome and amazing sales person. He was really friendly and patient. He has great customer service and wonderful communication. They are very professional and willing to help you get into a nice car . If you need a good reliable car this is the place to get a car ... They will work with you if you are serious about getting a car and they give you a warranty free of charge for the first month or so depending on your needs. Also they gave an auto shop for your repairs and the up keep of your car !!!! So everything you need is at FacilDeal Auto Center ..... I recommend them

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ! Purchase a vehicle from this place unless you want to throw your money away and get a lemon. They sold me a car that they knew had issues and didnt disclose any of that to me my car has been in their shop multiple times since the first day I drove it off the lot. My car has shut off multiple times while driving it. I told them of the issues and was told they would replace a part as a courtesy and the same part they replaced still shows up as faulty with a check engine light. I told them when I put gas in the car the car shuts off and still they don't have competent mechanics to properly fix the issue. They had my car for a week sitting and never once was a full diagnostic ran to even show me what was going on. When I asked about it I was told I could bring it back and pay for it to be looked at like are you kidding me. Never would ai have thought that my experience with this company would turn out so negatively. When i purchased the car I thought wow this was a great experience and planned to purchase another car for ny brother and then now this. There is no way that two cars from this place both have major issues. My Mother also purchased a vehicle from them before I did and they caused her engine to fall because their mechanics were not smart enough to properly screw in the motor mount they replaced. She had to have her car towed not once but 3 times at her own expense and they didnt even offer to reimburse her. We have called numerous times to speak with the owner and have never received a call back. They have yet to make things right and need to be shut down immediately.

Our driver delivered a vehicle to this company and received "Check on Delivery" payment. We found out that check was issued to the different company, some Jamison Truck Repair (our company has nothing with repairs). According to the contract, it was supposed to be our company - Kaunas Trucking name. We contacted the FACILDEAL AUTO CENTER and politely requested to send the check with Kaunas name. The end of the story is that we did not receive payment and we are being ignored. Stay away from this company if you do not want to have problems.

Julio made the entire process easy. Went above and beyond to ensure I walked away with the vehicle I wanted. In house insurance as well. I would recommend anyone to come here first for the best used vehicles

Danny and Emanuel are stand up guys. They go above and beyond expectations, they work diligently to ensure you get the best deal that you deserve. They were very accommodating to my needs, they stand behind their word and are very knowledgeable about their brand. If you are in the market for a newer vehicle, stop in and speak with one of them. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your vehicle purchase, they may look good on the outside but the inside is jacked up I got my car in February and had problems three days after getting it and they wouldn t change me out but keep making me pay under warranty now the car is on the side of the road cause it was sold with a bad engine and the parts are in recall they sold me a lemon just to take Money out of me plus sold my contact to another branch in their office so they wouldn t be responsible for the lemon they sold please be aware before going to this company they have been shut down several times due to how bad their business trust me look at a different lot before you end up like me out of money and a car

Had a great experience with this dealership, others could learn from this dealership. Our experience was great due to the facts we didn t have to wait around for hours. Daniel and Joiel were awesome they were very easy to work with. Will definitely do business with them again .

If your looking for a quality car for a decent price THIS IS NOT THE AUTO SHOP TO VISIT! Poor customer service and they will take advantage of you!! Car came ( unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase) with problems that they claim they would fix. When I let them know what was going on they had a major attitude about fixing it. Problem wasn't solved so I returned the vehicle. Fair to say it was a lemon. I don't recommend them to anyone!!

Worse place to buy a car my husband bought a BMW from there with in 5 month of getting the car it already started acting up I called facil deal they wouldn't do anything. Well 2 years down the road my brother went there to buy a car he got a buick enclave a few months down the road needed the catalyst converter and a water pump. If we buy a car and spend 6k on it I shouldn't be driving it down the rd a few months later and it breaks down. Go else where save you money these people are just scaming hard working people

Was shopping for a AWD/4WD vehicle for my granddaughter, who lives in Pennsylvania. I visited many dealers in search of the perfect vehicle for her. Due to heavy traffic, I took round about way home, and I pass by Facil Auto, the cars on display in front, attracted my curiosity. I got home, 20 minutes away and looked up their website.I saw something I liked. The next day I pulled in and spotted a Ford Escape. I was greeted by Emanuel, his manager Danny. We negotiated a acceptable price. We met Nick to complete the paperwork. All I can say It was as I was with family, dealing with them.They have some really nice used vehicles.

Awesome experience. Very easy deal! At other dealers you will be sitting for hours, with them, in just one hour I had a deal. The manager, Nick, and the sales person, Emanuel are amazing and super helpful. Emanuel was very polite and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend it 100%
