Definitely recommend. Brought my truck in for a bad shake @ speed. They trued the tires and balance. It s been a couple thousand miles since and still no shake or violation. Thanks again for the fantastic service BoBo s tire service Please give Baby a few extra treats from me..

I normally don t post reviews, but in this case I ll make an exception after reading some of the 1 star reviews and negative posts. After my experience, I must assume that those reviewers are more accustomed to the Amazon or Walmart customer service standard, instead of the down home cooking service where a name and reputation are worth more than a dollar.So, after attempting to rotate my tires, one of my wheel lugnuts actually broke off in the wheel. Then it was stripped out to basically nothing in an attempt to remove the rest. And not just any wheel, but a 24 polished aluminum show truck wheel. After calling 5 places to fix, none would touch it because of the wheel setup. However, 3 told me to take it to Bobo s. Never used the place, they are 45 minutes away from me, but felt I had no other choice. Took it there so they could look at it and I was assured they could fix. The owner worked on this thing personally, spur of the moment, between doing other jobs also. Drilling the stud out, trying to break it to remove the wheel, all this on my custom wheels and lifted truck. This was not an easy job, so much so that 5 places wouldn t touch it. They then stayed an hour and half AFTER close to finish this job, replacing the wheel stud, and finished rotating the tires, only to have the same thing happen on the front. Luckily he was able to fix it also before it got to the point where I put the one other at. All with not one scratch. After 4 hours of being there and talking with him and the crew, we felt like old friends, they went above and beyond what ANY one else would have done. Especially at spur of the moment. Everyone was great, but they will tell you like it is, like it or not. And some people can t handle that in 2022 I guess, and of course with reviews, you only have the reviewers side of the story. I couldn t have asked for a better job, a better experience with my lifted truck, or better genuine people. I will not go anywhere else. They have made a customer for life, even if an hour away. And everyone I know will be told to go there. This old school shop is how businesses used to be run back in the day and are an asset to the community. There are very few left, sadly. And if you have a lifted truck or custom wheels, there is no one else that will do a better job. I appreciate everything they did for me and I would have paid double for the amount of work they did. Not one time did we discuss price, but I needed something done, so they knew they had me, and they could ve charged me a million. I was not taken advantage of, I actually expected to pay more than I did, or promised anything that couldn t be done, and left with new lugnuts they included at no cost so I didn t have to order them. This is how businesses should be run, and what you don t get from the big name chains. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you, BOBO S!

An amazing place to get any type of work done for your vehicle.One of the only places left that does true balancing on tires.Fair prices,honest owners who will not stop until the work is done right.You will not have a bad experience here.

They were awesome! Being new to town, and not knowing who to go to. I called another shop, and was told to come on in and he would take a look at it. He was very busy, and must not have understood that I was needing brake pads. I showed up, and he was extremely nice. He told me to go down to Bobo's, and that they would take care of me. When I got there, the building is older,but coming from a place where places like that are usually the best, I didn't second guess it. I went in, and they mentioned what jobs they had in front of me, and how long it would take for each one. He then went to ask a mechanic if he could do the brake pads for me. The guy jumped right on it. They didn't try to sell me on anything, it didn't need anything else anyways, but to not be hounded by money grubbers was great. Their prices are better than some of the other places that I had contacted. They were truly great. Highly recommended them. With experienced mechanics.Update: When I left they had removed my lock nuts, and didn't put them back on. Didn't even tell me they were off. Find them just sitting in my cup holder. So, if you have lock nuts on your vehicle, I don't believe they have keys to remove them and put them back on.

This tire store is in a great location. Easy to access from the east or west.Great customer service and friendly hard working staff.I came in without an appointment and I was in and out pretty fast.They are also very reasonably priced.I love supporting independently owned businesses. Especially over the bigger tire chain places.Definitely going to take all of my tire needs to this place from now on.Highly recommend.

Awesome customer service. I stopped in with a tire issue and he was booked out over five days and I was leaving in two days. He offered me to leave my truck there and he would squeeze it in. Next day I picked my truck up and he didn t even charge me for the repair. Sure appreciate him getting it fixed. Top Notch service

Recommended by a friend while we were visiting Landmark Baptist church in Haines City. Had a flat on I-4. Bobo s got us in quickly and fixed the tire without charging a fortune. Customer service was great as well. Thank you, Bobo s tire!

We came to get a tire change at this facility. The man at the desk could not be bothered to assist us. The place was disgusting, and the gentleman that I guess is supposed to be checking what size tires we had was snoring away on the filthy couch. After finding our tire size, he immediately stated they were out of stock and didn t bother asking if we wanted him to order them for us it was apparent he didn t want our business.

Took my wife s car here to get an alignment and it s drives straight feels so smooth. I m going to take my car in this week and get mine aligned. Was recommended from my Pastor and it was definitely worth it. Great pricing and excellent work. Quality for the price is unmatched. I would highly highly highly recommend everyone here. You will not be disappointed. Godbless

I ve been to this business once and the representative I deal with was rude and cocky. I called in again to see about scheduling an appointment and proceeded to tell who I can only assume was the same person buy there terrible customer service skills. I preceded to tell the man on the phone what issues I was having with my truck after being recommended. He said if I wanted to tell him how to do his job take it somewhere else and there isn t anything I couldn t tell him that he hasn t seen since he s been doing it for over 40 years. His arrogance cost a customer and I ll make sure that other people know how they ll be treated if they do business here. As a final note all those years of experience didn t fix the problem on my previous vehicle the last time I was there but I thought I d give it one more shot. Thanks Mr. Mouth for saving me the headache.

Great job. Very happy with the service. After I paid the bill the Owner told me to keep an eye on things and if I noticed any unusual wear to run it back by and he would make whatever adjustments needed. No one gives a warranty on lifted trucks but this kind offer was quickly and easily put out there. Good guys that take pride in their work.

This place is fantastic!! The owners are so nice and respectful. They are fast and good at what they do. Pam is amazing! she always greets you with a smile and a "what can we do for you today??" also!! can't forget to mention Baby the shop cat!! she is so sweet and loves to sit with you while the work is being down on your car i will continue to use the friendly family owned business

I went to 3 different shops before here that were supposedly highly rated truck shops in the Florida area an all 3 couldn't get my lifted truck on 37s an 14wides done. I stopped here on my way home with a good feeling and in less than an hour he had me rolling out of there with a straight alignment and test drove it everytime until it was right. I would bring my money here for any alignment, balance of that sort for you're lifted truck needs

This place is terrible I scheduled for an oil change. The guy was very rude, he told me there are plenty of other places to get an oil change they can t do it. Why schedule me when they know they won t do it. That was not the first but the second time it happenedVery disrespectfulThey don t deserve 1 star

Bobos was recommended to me by a friend who said he was trustworthy and honest when I arrived I talk to an older person I assume was the manager and and tried to explain to him the problems I was having with my RV tires with two blowouts in three months and two defective valve stems, I understood the tires are old and would need to be replace he became argumentative with me showed no interest of listening what I had to say he remarked to me that I could not aggravate him I was not trying to do so all I needed was tires and some advice he then told me that he would pass on this one another word she didn t want my business I thought he was very rude and not understanding of my problem I should I say disrespectful I would not recommend this place to anyone he lacks customer service skills I don t feel I can trust someone like this I took my business somewhere else I got my new tires and some advice how to take care of them stay away from this guy

Bobo's Tire is probably the best repair shop I have ever encountered. While their automotive wisdom is superior there pricing is very fair. They go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction with quality of their work. They get five stars plus in my book. Highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. Scott Phillips.

Always helpful, courteous, and kind. They have looked at various problems with multiple cars for my family over the past 10 yrs. I have never been disappointed with the service. They are honest, hard working guys. They will not recommend needless repairs or take advantage of a gal that doesn't understand car lingo.

We were told these guys were the "tire magicians" and how true that is, our class A motorhome now drives like a dream. Thank you Kenneth you did a great job, everyone was kind, happy and helpful, a great experience and highly recommended.

Dont be afraid to stop by. This place is great. Full of nice guys that work very efficiently. I went for tire repair. I got service in 10 minutes and left after a total of 25 minutes. They put air in all my tires, including my spare, and even put my spare away. It only cost me $19! Definitely will be coming back.

I have been to a lot of mechanics and tire shops since I could drive, and I have never received the level and quality of service as I have at Bobo's Tire. The staff is nice, friendly, and attentive. The prices are competitive, and the work is professional and exceptional. I always recommend Bobo's Tire to anyone who needs any type of car work done.

This is probably one of the best family owned shops I've been to. The lady in the office was very nice and we conversated the whole time I waited for my car to be aligned. The prices are reasonable also. Great mechanics and they are very thorough.

I go there for all my tire needs and always get top notch service. Today I went in for a service engine light and without hesitation the mechanic got his meter, diagnosed it resulted from a recent dealer installed battery and reset it - no charge. Will be buying a new set of tires very soon from Bobo's.

My measure of an honest mechanic is when they tell you what you don't need done as quickly as what you do need. They were honest and incredibly fair priced for a rotation and balance. It's not a fancy place, but I'll take small town honesty everyday over flashy national chains.

Purchased a set of cooper AT tire brand new shipped to my house. Had Goodyear install them and could not balance the tires. They suggested that I go to Bob's and have them to true the tires. I did and now I have the smoothest ride anyone would want. Great customer service and I will use them again. Thanks Marshall
