Carlos and his family at Auto One have taken care of my family's cars for many years. I recently moved to the area and needed work on my car. Stopped by and they were able to book me in for a couple of appointments last week to get my card all fixed. I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday for some repairs. none contacted me about the vehicle. I had to call them late in the afternoon and the vehicle was not touched. The next day they performed a diagnostic check and replaced a fuel sensor however it did not fix the issue. Once again no one ever reached out to me until I called late Friday in the afternoon say they are closed on Saturday and would not work on my vehicle until Monday. on Monday PM no one ever called again!! however, they said the worked on my vehicle and replaced the sensor but it still has the same issue. I also have issues with my brakes, and they could not event figure out the issue or fix the fuel system problem. They kept my vehicle for 3 works days and after paying $385 the vehicle still has the same issues. Very poor service and no communication...Service: Auto engine diagnostic

A/c went out on wife's car ,carlos (the owner) worked on the car immediately and fixed the problem ,they are honest and do great work. His wife and children very nice always ,all the mechanics very helpful. I take both my cars to him and I am always pleased. Everyone should go here

I went to Johnny s Auto on Highway 27 and I was quoted $496 for a new regulator . That was more than I could afford so I decided to look at other places. I found a place called Auto One Repair, Inc. and they charged me $396 for the replacement of the regulator they also give a one-year guarantee on the labor, and because the part comes from AutoZone, AutoZone guarantees lifetime on parts. Auto One also stated that if after the one year if the part goes bad all I would have to do is pay for labor. Now that I can handle. They were pleasant to work with. Great customer service. Went to the shop with misfiring problem on engine,Carlos said that it could be the crankshaft sensor that would solve the problem,I spent $172 on parts and labor,turned out that was not the problem,it also has a transmission problem that is causing the problem of stalling Rpm issues and Carlos did an oil change in the transmission thinking that would solve the driving issue on not accelerating turns out I left the shop the same way I came in soIn and unorganized,so I spent money on parts and labor that was not an issue,owner does not have any clue on how to solve problems with cars and make a customer happy,nor does the secretary answering the phones have any warm welcoming introductions.place is out of order...would not recommend this place to anyone at all

Oh wow...sad to here Rolando cause I was also recommended by auto zone to go over to see one guy called Carlos at auto one repair...but now that I see what you went through I m sure I m not ven going to try going over there..

My car came out worse than how it came in. They charged a lot of money and the car still doesn't work. Bad service.Mi auto salio peor de como lo entre cobraron mucho dinero y aun el auto no funciona. Mal servicio.
