Excellent experience! Techs here are thorough and resolved issues other mechanics overlooked. They even sent me pictures of problems they found so I could see it for myself and wrote an email with details. Customer service is awesome! Brian is very friendly and helpful. Heather is amazing and made sure I got the most affordable price possible. No complaints at all. I will definitely recommend and use TurnKey in the future.

I brought my vehicle in for repair. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I thought the price was fair and it was a quick turnaround. They are always willing to give me a ride back to my house. We have used them many times and have always been pleased. I strongly recommend them.

Fantastic shop! I was in Gulf Breeze visiting family 100s of miles from home when our alternator/battery went out on Hwy 98. TurnKey found the correct part, installed it, and had us running again on the same day. Can't recommend them enough! Very reasonable prices also.

I always had an amazing experience. The staff will go out there of there way to help you get what is needed to have you riding safely. Utilized the concierge service which helped me, tremendously. Staff is always in contact with you and making sure they fit u in as quickly as possible. They have been honest on all service work and won t pressure you on getting anything handled. Will go back.

From the moment I entered their facility to the moment I left I felt very comfortable. I was greeted by a nice young lady and we chatted briefly. My Jeep was taken back immediately for an oil change. It was a fraction of what I ve paid in the past. I highly recommend this business to anyone with car needs. They were honest suggestive but not at all pushy

They're busy, so plan ahead. I waited almost 2 weeks for an oil change appointment. But I'll wait. Turnkey has built a local reputation for integrity and fair pricing. They're pretty nice folks, too.

Cannot recommend TurnKey Auto Repair enough. I have been having some issues with my car and had been struggling finding a place I had peace about taking it to. I finally decided on TurnKey after a Google search and it was an amazing experience. They fixed several issues including Air Conditioning issues and I was very happy with the pricing. The staff is amazing and great to work with. Highly Recommend!

I took my RAM 1500 into Turnkey for an oil change and I asked if they could look it over to see if they thought it needed a tuneup. They called and said it was about 10,000 miles too early for a tuneup, but that they did recommend a few things. I really appreciated their honesty and I feel like I can truly trust them. My truck is running great after a few minor maintenance repairs. I highly recommend them.

To Say I was in a panic when I called TurnKey would be an understatement. I had a horrible experience at a different oil change place I have been using for 10 years, they told me it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars to fix my oil plug. I called Heather she calmed me ,got me right in for a great price ,amazing experience, courteous, fair, and helpful. They will be my go to from now on . Have been wanting to try this place for a while. Went for an oil change on my 2007 Jeep and they immediately brought to my attention where an unwanted front suspension sound was coming from. All was fixed at a reasonable price. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Had my oil changed recently at Turnkey. Having a shop locally in Gulf Breeze that can work on German vehicles is a huge plus. Their pricing beats the dealership and the friendly customer service was refreshing. Additionally, the price quoted was the price charged. Thank you for a stress-free experience.

I ve been taking my Ram Ecodiesel to Turnkey for 2.5 years. I m always impressed with how they do things and treat their customers. They are transparent with their work and estimates and explain things in easy-to-understand language. Dalton, Heather, and the rest of the staff are top notch.

Great service! Honest! When we thought we might need new brakes and willing to pay, they said we didn t need them just yet after evaluating the truck! We feel like we can trust them since they didn t recommend work that was not needed.

Had a great experience. They allowed me to get my car towed there without me present. They didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. They just fixed the issue for what I considered a reasonable price. Dalton from TurnKey was super helpful even though they were busy. Will definitely be taking my car there again in the future

TurnKey was great to.work with and I'll be back. The business area is clean and comfortable. Everyone I spoke with were nice and friendly. One thing I will say though, is this:If I make an appointment in advance for a service that takes less than 3 hours, I will expect that sid service is done when I bring the vehicle to the shop. Not 4-5 hours later. That is why I make the appointment in the first place. If that can't happen let me know when I make the appointment so I can plan around I felt like TurnKey is an honest business, which is super important for those of us who know little beyond the basics of vehicle maintenance.

Well, this was my second time to use Turn Key for my auto needs. Both times I was very pleased.1st was just for service but since a pleasant experience I called on them for my latest need.I had a noise in the engine and felt it needed quick attention. I called them, they said bring in now to let someone check it out. Took me tight in, found the problem and fixed it. In & out in an hour and extremely pleased.I will be back and I recommend you try them out.Bill from Gulf Breeze

Took my truck to Turnkey at 9:30am for check engine light. They called at 11:30am with the diagnostics and cost to repair.Called me again at 2:15pm to inform me my truck was ready for pickup.Absolutely impressed with Turnkey. They will receive all my business in the future.

Absolutely amazing business. I was sold a lemon and was being given the runaround until a friend recommended Turnkey. They not only helped me get it towed to them, they diagnosed the problem quickly and let me use their loaner for the 3 weeks it took to drop a new motor in my car. Dalton made sure my warranty company paid the entire balance to where I paid nothing out of pocket and got my car running like brand new. They kept me informed of the situation and always had a great attitude whenever I'd call to check on my car and not once did they talk to me like I was stupid like a lot of shops have done in the past just because I am a woman. This was THE BEST experience I have ever had with a repair shop hands down and I will never go to a different shop ever again. They have set the bar high and I will accept nothing less now that I've seen how a car repair business is truly supposed to be ran. Thank you guys so much. You saved me from a huge problem faster than anyone else could and got me back on the road fast. You're the best.Service: Engine repair

Needed a lock fixed on my VW, and saw this place had good reviews, so gave them a try. Took a couple of days, I m guessing for the part, but lock is fixed! I would definitely go there again!

Would do 0 stars if I could. More than one issue with this shop. First issue is I brought our vehicle in because the a/c was overheating. They said I needed a new cooling fan. $1200 later, still didn t fix the issue. Brought it back in, they had it for almost a month and finally found the issue. The cooling fan was turning on when it didn t need to and vice versa. Well, it was another $1700 to fix it. The cooling fan was never the issue so that s always nice paying for something that isn t needed. After that fiasco, found another shop. That new shop at some point found the battery wasn t holding, so I went to turnkey, who installed the new battery and it was covered by warranty. They installed the new battery but after 1 month, the new battery died. Was in Pensacola and no power what so ever. Got jumped through a service my insurance company sent out and they said the battery was dead and alternator tested well. I went back to turnkey and they said the battery was good but they wanted to inspect it to see about a draw and say it ll be 2-3 hours of work. I didn t feel comfortable having them diagnose it so went to my mechanic that same day and they tested it overnight and found no draws and the battery was bad, did have to pay $120 for the test but I trust my mechanic. Turnkey knew this would be the 3rd battery and I think they wanted me to have them diagnose it so they could charge me 2-3 hrs at $120 or whatever they charge and just put a new battery in, which is covered under warranty anyway. This same shop is owned by Gulf Breeze Auto. Don t go to either place. I want to be able to trust businesses but after what s happened, I can t trust these guys.

Purchased a used truck that had some aftermarket items that I didn t care for. I called and asked if removing the parts was something they could do and without hesitation they said absolutely. I dropped it off in the morning on my way to work and they had it back to me that afternoon with the parts removed and for a very reasonable cost.
