Amazing service and low cost.Terry the manager ,to save me time, was even changing my wiper blades. The FREE 58 pt inspection was not expected and FREETrust is the reason why you should give them a visit.Make an on line appt recommended and after 10am is best.If you live in the Fort Walton Beach area they do everything but transmissions. Not gouging and knowing the locals with a car is most reassuring for our family.

Went to two different Walmarts and they Could not change or fix our tire came here and Carlos fixed it within 15 minutes. What a wonderful job we will come here from now on.

Brian was very helpful in getting my car in and having a seamless and quick oil change/tire rotation. I needed new wipers and they have a sale on which was extra cost effective! Thank you for the awesome service!

Tried a couple tires places in Gulf Breeze no one would help. We went to Tuffy and they had the problem fixed in minutes. Very nice and helpful staff. I will definitely give them my business every time I need something for my vehicles.

Fantastic customer service from Randall ( I believe that was the young man s name) unfortunately we hear too often of someone s bad experience or their inconveniences, not the case here. This young man went above and beyond. Kudos to you! In the retail industry it isn t always easy to put a smile on and put you best foot forward but Randall did and let an everlasting impression on what customer service should look like!

On Christmas eve my truck wouldn t start in the parking lot behind Tuffy s. The employees came out and pushed my truck to their garage. They definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. To take care of my truck. Thank you Angel and your team for a job well done.

Tuffy hooked me up! I had a slow leak in a new tire. They were able to get me in as a walk-in, found the leak (small nail) and patched up the tire and had me back on my way in short order with friendly and professional service for an unbeatable price. Can t recommend them enough. Thanks Tuffy!

OMG!!! This place is AMAZING!!! Ashley, Angel and Carlos are incredible! I was terrified because both my tire pressure light and my break fluid indicator lights were on. I was visiting family in Gulf Breeze and ready to make the 6 hour drive home when my air conditioner stopped working. I pulled over at Tuffy, they got me in right away, fixed my AC within a couple of hours, and made sure I got the military discount when I forgot to ask about it. I was able to get home that day with only a little delay. They were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

We were sitting in our rental home and suddenly heard a loud noise and went out to see what happened and our tire had blown! We are on vacation and didn t have the tools we needed to put on the spare to even take it to a tire shop. Fortunately we called Tuffy s and while they said they typically couldn t come change a tire they were kind enough to make an exception and two very kind, knowledgeable & respectful men came & put our spare on so we could bring it to their shop tomorrow for a tire replacement. With all the construction on 98, I ended up with a nail in my tire. Mr. AJ got me right in, fixed and did my truck a once over. Excellent customer service!

Needed a brand new tire repaired. Jose greeted me with a smile, checked the tire and plugged the screw hole. Free of charge. The tire was on a new car not from his shop.

I have been a customer of Tuffy for many years. I have always received great service until today. Apparently this Tuffy has been purchased by another company and immediately after walking in I noticed a huge change. What used to be a friendly atmosphere has now become chilly. I came in for an oil change which was never an issue before. Not only did they not have the oil, they didn t know if they accepted my Tuffy credit card! After getting home, I received a call stating they did accept Tuffy card and I could reschedule for an oil change! No thank you! Time to find a new place for an oil change! I do not recommend this business to anyone. I would give it zero stars if I could.Service: Oil change

We had an issue with a mistake a technician made on my wife s car. We brought it to the managers (Rusty Staley) attention and he was very prompt, courteous and professional with helping resolve this issue. Kudos to Tuffy Tires for hiring employees with great customer service. Thank you Sir and Tuffy Tires for standing up and doing an outstanding service.

I tried to make an appointment on line but it didn't add it to their schedule, but they were nice enough to go ahead and check why my oil light was on. They found the sensor was bad, so they got a new one brought to them and changed it. All this happened within an hour of closing. I was treated with respect and never like I was a problem nor stupid, which I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend this Tuffy's and will be back again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They ordered my tires, as soon as they were in I was able to take my car straight there for installation. They were done in little over an hour. It was great service, military discount,Update.....this was a 5 star location..... This chain has been bought out, I asked for them to look up the warranty and road hazard on another set of tires. guess what, they don't know how to look up previous policies under tuffys. When I asked if they had someone coming in, the manager might but doubted it?! So in other words they are not honoring previous policies, doubt I was the first....a shame. Vannoys will be getting my tire, replaced.Service: Tires

Rusty was great on phone, set appt a few days out, and only had car about 24 hours. Work was done to our expectations. Had actuator repaired on AC/ heater and valve cover gasket replaced. They stuck with price estimate, no surprises. I would recommend and use again. Great customer service.
