This place is awesome. Went in first thing this morning to get my brakes done. Joshua and Daniel were both very friendly, kind and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend coming here for anything you need done to your vehicle.

Everyone at this store is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I called ahead to make appointments for the services I needed and I was quickly taken care of on my arrival. Prices are reasonable and you can even purchase life of your vehicle tire balancing, rotation, and alignment for only about what two visits would cost. I'm very happy with the service and how I was treated here.

The service here was AMAZING!! I came in and spoke to Josh in tears bc I thought my brakes were bad and I was low on funds. These guys took care of me ands looked at my car come to find out it was just moisture! These guys could've taken advantage of me and replaces things that didn't need it but they were totally HONEST and great! Thank you Guys for taking such good care of me!!! I still left in tears but they were happy ones!!

Super friendly, and kind staff . Matt took care of me and made sure not only did I get the oil change I needed , but ensured my battery was running well & all my filters were replaced! (something those 5 minute oil change places didn t do !)

I needed new tires so i pulled into Tires Plus. I was immediately greeted by Patrick. He showed me the options and didn't try to sell me on a specific tire, he really focused on what i needed. They didn't have the tires at that specific location, so he and Bret went and got them for me at another store immediately. I had them on my truck in less than an hour. Great service. They really don t try take advantage of any one or sell stuff not even need. Tech are friendly and will even talk to you about your car if you need. They even offer free air check just help keep you little bit safer on the road.

This team is awesome! Honest, fast and accurate. I had run flats with a leak. Other places just wanted to sell me 2 new $600 tires. They checked the leak, confirmed they could fix it, had me out in 30 minutes (as promised) and under $25! Built real trust with me on the first visit!

When I bought my tires several years ago from Tires Plus I also bought the lifetime rotation and balance package. Recently, I made an appointment to take my car in to Tires Plus to rotate and balance my tires. My wife dropped the car off for 1 hour and when she returned the front office employee said "your car is ready." When my wife returned home I inspected the tires and noticed the technician had only rotated the tires on one side of our car. We immediately called the shop and the front office employee said "you can just bring your car back in and we'll complete the job." No apology was made for their failure to complete the requested job for which we had already spent an hour out of our day (not to include drive time to and from the shop). Now, I am forced to return to the same shop and sit for however much time it takes to finish rotating the tires on the other half of my car. I am giving Tires Plus 2 1/2 stars for only rotating half of my tires. As a side note, this has happened multiple times at other Tires Plus locations that I've dealt with in the past.Service: Tires

Ok, ladies! This is where I will be taking my car from now on! The guys are awesome, not creepy like those other places in town. The manager s wife posted that her husband had taken over that location and I knew when my car started acting up that I could trust them. I am so glad I went there. They were professional, quick and decent prices! The whole process was smooth and painless. It s never fun having to take your car in and dealing with the headache of it all but Bret and Patrick are wonderful! If you are like me and have no idea which place to choose along 98 (there are only 5 million!), do yourself a favor and choose Tires Plus! You will not regret it!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I'm in from out of town and had a slow tire leak. They got me in immediately, were courteous, fixed it in less than 30 minutes, and charged me $23. $23!!! Great people. High integrity.

Highly recommend if you are needing anything. Picked up a screw and had a flat. I was expecting to have to get 1 or 2 new tires. Called me and asked if I was good with them trying to patch it instead of automatically going replacement. No sales pressure and shot me straight, saying my tires were in good shape and this was the best option. They patched it up and got me on my way for $20. Prompt and good communication as well.I've not typically had a great experience at tire shops, so this was a refreshing one. I believe they have some new management, so if you have tried them previously, I would give them another shot.Service: Tires

My tire low light came on and I couldn't see any reason. I pulled up and asked if the service people could check my tires for me. Despite it being late and they were very busy they were so kind and quickly gave my tires a look, filled the with air. Such great friendly service.

Nice people working there who might be good and reasonable with tires and oil changes. So, I won't short them that. However, if your car needs service the establishment will upcharge the parts over 100%. When I heard the cost I expected several hours of labor. When I found out it was the part that made up the majority of the cost, I got worried. I did some research and the most expensive price option for the entire assembly was just over $300. I was charged $600 for the part. Bad on me for not focusing on the cost during initial call after the evaluation. I will not be going back.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Had wheels shipped from Tire Rack to them because they were a preferred installer. We had email confirmation of our appointment time as well. They had no clue we had an appointment and they refused to install the wheels on used 4 month old tires. The only way they would install the wheels wash if we purchased brand new tires from them. Stay far away from this place! Took the wheels to Tire Kingdom down the road and they had zero issues doing the work.

Great service! We had a little emergency with a blow tire and the guy at the Front took care of it immediately (we were not able to get the name unfortunately). With my husband being really picky about how his wheels are treated, he is now willing to drive quite a ways just to have them do the job! Highly recommended!

I cannot say it enough. This location and its staff has always done me right. Between several sets of tires and many visits for maintenance repairs and check ups, the level of professionalism and honesty is hard to beat. Derek answered the call once again this morning and got me in and out crazy fast at a great price for a set of tires. I know when he answers the phone that I'm in good hands. Thanks guys

I've tried several times to use this tire store, it's close to the house. Different manager each time; this time they were "open" on a Saturday afternoon, & Not busy, but he said he couldn't help me till next Wednesday with mounting a trailer tire on a rim that i had with me, and needed to get handled to be able to get the Trailer back on the road.Customer service seems to be a foreign concept at this location. I'm glad I didn't stay; the place reeked of urine in the waiting area, perhaps the guy was working on the plumbing or restroom, and that's why he didn't want anyone in there. Not sure? .. I've stopped in there numerous times over the last several years, always the same story. There are several tire shops right down the road. same story with this chain in Bradenton FL a couple weeks ago, I guess it's their Corporate policy to not be helpful or willing to provide any out of the box thinking for someone with a unique tire issue. I'm scratching them off my list for tire service. It seems like a very competitive business to be in and not be willing to put your best foot forward.

Outstanding service! Called an hour prior to closing with a flat tire. Took the tire off the car and headed in immediately. The manager had the tire examined before recommending replacement. Lizzy did a great job diagnosing the problem and getting us on our way quickly. I highly recommend Tires Plus when you are in need.

Caught a nasty spike on my right rear tire coming back from the beach. These guys were the best! Even had my tire in stock. Odd or God, you call it!

I went in to get my front end checked after hitting something on the Interstate. I had to make an appointment and come back because I did not have another car and did not want to wait. That was fine and expected. When I did get the car checked, they did quite a bit of work for not a lot of money. The car rides smoothly now, so job well done. I'll be back.

While on vacation with my son, the battery in my car died. We couldn't find anyone who could come to me so I had to have my GMC Yukon towed. David was super friendly and understanding with my situation. Within the hour, he and his employees had me and my son back on the road to enjoy the rest of our trip in Pensacola/Gulf Breeze. We can't thank you enough for such wonderful friendly service

They did a wonderful job on my tires. I don't take my car anywhere else for oil changes or tires . Mike at the front counter is very nice and he dose whatever it takes to keep his costumers happy and taken care of. Each time I go in for work on my Cube I tell Mike your boss needs needs to give you a raise.
