Took my car in because it was running rough. 4-1/2 hours and $140 later, i knew it had low compression in one cylinder, not the plug wire, but no diagnosis as to why. No offer or estimate to fix. So I paid the diagnostic, left and stressed out about buying a new car. I then went to Tires Plus and got it diagnosed as coil wire and it was fixed in a couple of hours. Good news Tires Plus. Disappointed in Robinson s/not Robinson s.

These folks did a great job on my Toyota Sequoia! They were efficient and communicated well, up front and honest. You can't go wrong going with them!

Took my truck in for something minuscule, took them a couple of days to get it done, when I got it back my reverse camera wasn t working. Took it back to them to see why and after keeping it for another full day they said it just died coincidentally and If i wanted a new one it would be 450-500. Took it home and looked at it .the wire wasn t plugged in.

My son who is 19 brought his truck in because it was misfiring. They correctly diagnosed and replaced a coil pack. The treated him fair and didn't try and overcharge him. They were also fast. Will definitely go back when I need other repairs.

I needed a battery replaced cause I was on a time crunch and mark got me right in and replaced my battery highly recommend fast and courteous.

All I gotta say is Reed rocks! I'm traveling so stopped by to see if a mechanic could help me out with my car. Reed patiently figured out how to troubleshoot an issue, eventually fixing the problem so I could get back on the road. Kind people y'all! Thank you..

We were traveling from Texas, and our tundra had a dashboard light on, we stepped in the auto shop. I don't know the guy's name, but he was super helpful and helped us out. He completely takes the worries out of my mind by fixing the problem. Thank you, Mr. Mechanic!! Now I'm able to enjoy my vacation in this beautiful city of Pensacola!Highly recommend! 10 starts to this auto shop.

I have brought my cars to Robinson auto for all types of repairs for about 35 years because my parents had utilized them for their cars and they are by far are the best all around! They have experience, integrity and are still locally owned and operated!

Awesome, expert and friendly. They go out of their way to get you going again. They got me out of a bind with a quick turn around the morning before a long trip. I can't say enough good things about them. There's nothing better than a good, honest, hometown mechanic. Highly recommend.

It was my first time ever doing business with them.. They were recommend by a friend and they were so right!! Great, quick, affordable mechanic work. I advised them of my situation at the time I dropped my vehicle off and they were able to get my vehicle right back to me the same day because I had to leave town on business. I would recommend them to anyone for all vehicle services. Professional and dedicated. They truly know the meaning of a lost art of today which is "customer service".

These guys helped me out and did not ream me. My 2010 ford ranger sprung a coolant leak from the thermostat housing. The leak was fixed and they got me back on the road the same day. I read the recent reviews and I was apprehensive. I trusted my gut and contacted them anyway. Issue was fixed with warranty.

BY FAR the shadiest, most unprofessional automotive center I have ever used. They had our truck for 2 days then contacted us saying it was ready. After picking it up and driving it for not even 5 miles, we realized the problem had not been fixed. The shop was already closed or we would of taken it back right then but we had to wait until the morning. We took our truck back first thing the next morning and explained that the problem had not been fixed. They kept our truck once again and when we called later that afternoon for an update, they told us the truck died on the side of the road while testing driving it and now they could not get it to start or turn over. They towed our truck back to the shop, then they called us and said it was completely dead and we needed to arrange and pay for a tow truck to come get it from their shop and take it to Toyota. Both times we took our truck to them, it was running. After being in their care, the truck would not start at all. They wasted our time and money. And even had the audacity to tell us we had to pay for a tow truck to move our truck to Toyota. After taking it to Toyota, Toyota informed us that the work done by Robinson Automotive actually made our truck worse. I don t even know how this is a business . Robinson s s auto repair has never let me down. Sometimes they fixed my car in a few hours, one day or a few days, but every time they did a good job and always charged me a fair price. I ve never had a problem with anything they have done afterwards. When they fixed something they fixed it. I was helping a friend of the family with her car. You guys replaced an alternator. Later the night we picked it up she called me with noises coming from the front wheel. I go to check out the car .2 lugs are completely missing and the other 3 are loose. I have used you guys for years and referred many people to you. If this continues to happen to others it will not be good. If you have new people in the shop they need to understand the consequences of such carelessness. They must have new management because before service was fine. Recently I brought my truck in to have suspension work done, 3 days after I get it back my power steering goes out. They blame it on cracked motor mounts and transmission mount. They messed up the rack and still put it on . Tried to charge another $1000 for parts i didn't even need! Do your research about your vehicle and know what you need done. I have waisted thousands of dollars with them and I regret it! We were so appreciative of the excellent service! We were in the area on vacation and the AC fan motor went kaput on my van. I called their office 5 minutes before they closed and I brought it in the next morning. Within a few hours we were good to go! I was also pleased with the bill. Much less than we expected! Before looking at the 4.7 stars please read the dates of these reviews. That's where I messed up. They claimed I didn't need a new alternator which I knew was wrong. I got stuck in gulf breeze and just wanted my car back. Was planning on getting a second review on my own time. Well didn't have the opportunity as my car died once again. Took it to pep boys, sure enough I need an alternator as well as a new belt. They also told me how these "professionals" didn't tighten my battery tight enough and they found a lot of random items holding my engine together, close to the battery.Service: Battery

10 stars. I can't say enough about the great service, expertise and integrity. I had a battery replaced and extensive diagnostics regarding my specific car model after several warning lights appeared.They informed me of an identified system flaw(since 2010) my dealership had not. I was provided with the necessary paperwork to expedite the computerized correction that only the dealership could perform. no charge(for diagnostic work).Service: Battery

They replaced my brake pads for $700 less than the estimate I had gotten from the local dealership where I bought the car! I was thrilled to get such a great and fair price!!! In addition they were extremely nice and had my car ready promptly.

I ve been a loyal customer since they branched off from Bayside Collision over 15 years ago. These guys are without a doubt the most knowledgeable, competent and cheapest auto mechanics I ve encountered. They have even called salvage yards to obtain obsolete or cheaper parts for me. I send family and friends there and they have all been impressed by the level of thoroughness and the fair price charged. They will save you money alone on things not necessary (like a tune up if they test drive it without any problems). They have so much business based on their credibility and competence that they def do not need more business based on bs as most other auto shops and dealerships.

We were in the area for spring break and started having issues with our brakes. Robinson s got us in, ordered brake pads, and had us on our way in under 2 hours. The price was very good and they were very kind. I m so thankful I chose to go here instead of a dealer!

best mechanic s shop in Gulf Breeze! Everyone in GB recommended Robinson Automotive to me and now I know why. They replaced the clutch in my 1995 Bronco and it drives like a new truck! They also did a lot of other work they didn't even charge me for. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend Dan Robinson and his shop to everyone!

My daughter, granddaughter and myself were on our way to Navarre and Destin today. We were experiencing car trouble and were very unsure and not confident of a diagnostic test we had done earlier at a local auto parts store. My daughter who is a thyroid cancer survivor was on vacation visiting me before they move 1600 miles across the country. Robinsons Automotive so very kind and very careful to make sure her car was in perfect running order! And did it with all the professionalism and warm, heartfelt compassion I've ever had the pleasure of witnessing in the automotive industry. If you ever need your car serviced, this where you should go. I know I am, and I live in Alabama.

I should have come here first, my '06 Cadillac will never go anywhere else again. They are honest and affordable and do a great job. You just don't find mechanics like this any more.

I 'll would highly recommend this place for any automotive needs. Always quick repairs and repairs that are done right the first time. Been dealing with Danny and Tom for over 20 years. They are knowledgable on foreign and domestic vehicles. Great service !

Mechanic changed fuel line on a old Ford Ranger that I had. Not the filter just the line. He just took some old unpressureized line and crimped it on. It fell off before i made it out of the parking lot. He had to come out and fix it again in the parking lot. For $300 dollars.

Had a brake light issue where they weren t coming on, my car is older and i have a hard time finding people to do GOOD work on it, will definitely be coming back for future work!
