I just purchased some new Goodyear tires for my truck. I called and told them what I needed and I was told they could have them the next day. I made an appointment for 1:00 PM and was out the door by 2:00 PM. They didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. Everyone there is very nice. This store has been here for decades and they have a rock solid reputation. I highly recommend them!

THE most honest, trustworthy, and reliable guys & gals around. They don t want to rip you off; they TRULY want to help.I witnessed an employee go above & beyond for someone who was stuck in town right after Christmas.Affordable. Great customer service. And GREAT WORK!!!

Terry, Mgr and Staff are terrific. They are Very Reasonable and Trustworthy. I bought tires there on sale and Terry said she the same tires on her car.They have done all my 6 mo checkups since the Toyota Dealerships in PNS and Eastern Shore overcharged me and told me I needed all new brake pads when GB Tire and Auto Repairs said I only needed front pads and the others would last another year and they actually worked for 1 1/2 yrs longer. I was a lone elderly woman and appreciated their honesty and kindness very much.Services: Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

If you are in need of any car repair. This is the place!! I was in town on vacation and they came highly recommended. They took their time to evaluate my issue and I could not be happier. They told me the truth about my truck and did not try and force any unnecessary repairs. Its hard to find honest mechanics and i would even say it is worth the 3 hour drive from home to use them. Great Job!!

Great experience getting new tires on my travel trailer. Everyone was very nice and helped me position my trailer in the tight parking lot so the tires could be changed. My trailer is 26ft long. There is a back entrance that can be used to get it in there.

I can t say anything that hasn t already been mentioned Gulf Breeze Tire s 5.0 average rating from 100+ reviews speaks for itself. They are everything I want in an auto mechanic: reasonably priced, efficient, honest, competent, communicative, professional. They did a same-day repair on my car for an issue that was actually cheaper than the one I d anticipated. Ended up spending less than I thought I would to have the problem fixed, and my car handles impeccably well now. If you need tires or full service auto repair in the area, there is simply no reason to go anywhere else.

1st Day of vacation and get a sidewall flat tire. Called around to multiple tire stores not knowing the area. The girls at GBTC gave me options, committed time frame, cost, and a loaner vehicle.Couldn't be happier with the service, treatment, and efficiency.Highly recommend.Service: Tires

The staff is amazing and very helpful. Straight shooters and will tell what you need and what can wait. Never felt pressured and was given great advice at all times. Thank you! This is still the best place.

Someone recommended I call Terri at Gulf Breeze Tire after getting an extremely high quote on a battery replacement and terminal cleaning elsewhere. She called me back and got me in the next day after I called. Everyone in the store was extremely professional and caring.

Gulf Breeze Tire has the best customer service and mechanics. They are honest, hard working and dedicated to ensuring all your maintenance and tire needs are met. I have been a customer for years and I never have to worry about the quality of their work. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs. Terri, the store manager is fabulous and extremely knowledgeable. Wonderful service!!!!

Excellent customer service! Terri was wonderful and really knows her stuff. Had brake trouble while on vacation and they got good reviews. The reviews were spot on!!! Very happy with everything. She squeezed us in and we were back on the road in a few hours!

They are amazing. They will get things done quickly and correctly and they are definitely some of the most honest, straight forward auto repair centers I have ever dealt with. I haven't had to get a tire in a few years, so of course when this urgent situation popped up I didn't have an immediate solution.I called 4 different places:1 was outrageously priced, decent service2 moderately priced and a close 2nd option3 was condescending since I wasn't 100% sure what I was doing.Tire Center was the last. Asked me the tire size, clarified to ensure accuracy, and was able to get what I needed, WITH an appointment to install the next day.The waiting room is clean and has plenty of things to entertain or just kill time, comfortable seating, 2 bathrooms, and a microwave. For me that meant I could heat the water for my baby's bottle.It could use an update style wise but I was thoroughly impressed.We will be back

From the time I made my appointment with Glen to have my oil changed and tires rotated, to being made aware that my wipers needed replacing, my visit was very pleasant. The whole process took just over 35 minutes. Honest and reliable. What more could you ask for.

Picked up my trailer from storage Friday morning and a piece of the tire was missing! We had a camping trip booked for the weekend and I was worried I would have to cancel. These guys were able to locate a set of new trailer tires and get them installed the same day! Fast, friendly, great prices! Thanks for getting us on the road for our camping trip!

We got amazing service in a difficult situation. We were on vacation when we had a flat tire. Turns out a flat sharp object pierced through the tire. The run flat tire could be patched. Being two days from leaving for home, the Gulf Breeze Tire Center mounted a loaner tire and ordered a new tire of similar size. While not the same brand, good enough for 1100 miles. By 10 am the next day we had a new tire and were able to leave for home on schedule. The Pirelli 245/45 20 inch run flat is not common. We made new friends and provided lunch.Service: Tires

9:30 appointment it s noon balancing 4 tires and still not done this is NOT acceptable also one mechanic said the tire are bad another said they were fine . What s correct? . Again NOT acceptable. I will look elsewhere next time.Service: TiresService: Tires

Our AC went out the day before we were to drive back to TN, and the kind folks here were the only people that tried to help us. It turned out to be the compressor which couldn t be fixed on short notice (needed a new one) but they tried their very best to help. This is a 2019 Mercedes Sprinter van and neither Mercedes dealership in Pensacola or Fort Walton would even look at it for us. Thank you for trying!!Service: Air conditioning

Hands-down the best shop in the area and I have used them all. Been using these guys for a couple of years now and it s great to have an honest, no BS shop nearby. Even when they re super busy they ll do their best to squeeze you in if needed. Keep up the great work! - John Butler
