This is how my car was returned to me, sloppy work, not very happy. Hopefully the transmission and shifter assembly were done properly. Definitely questionable seeing how i received it with just these simple things unfinished.

Took in my diesel and they were nothing short of helpful and welcoming. Kept me up to date and was able to fix my leak I had along with some hoses that needed updating. Definitely a customer for life and will be bringing all my vehicles here for work. Thank you!

updating to again say What amazing service at this place It was a simple bulb replacement but they got me in out and with quickness!!! EXCELLENCE!!!WOW! I'm not sure words will be enough but I'm gonna try. This Blue Streak Girl is absolutely my life!! I got her back and She's absolutely SPECTACULAR AJ and the team at Gulf Breeze Automotive are so amazing and APPRECIATED!! It took a little time but AJ kept me updated about everything they were doing. And what an absolute blessing to have the loaner car so that I could still work. Thank you just doesn't seem enough for the gratitude that I feel. There was a minor issue in that the battery cables didn't get connected well but as I said it was a minor simple fix And the tow was only 7 miles. So if you have car issues Gulf Breeze Automotive is definitely your best bet.

Very happy that they offer a ride to/from home while customers wait for repairs. My FORMER mechanic didn't, and that's a game-changer for me.As a single woman, they didn't try to take advantage and push unnecessary repairs on me when I advised them I hadn't had any other issues with my vehicle, regardless of what indicator lights or codes may reflect.

These guys bailed me out! Long story short, we drove in from north Texas visiting family in Lakeland. Along the way our brakes started grinding really bad. We stayed the night in a local hotel and found these guys the next morning. They got me in and out really fast! Thank you guys for helping me get to my family for Christmas!

I stopped by as a walk in for an oil change. They generally take appointments, but were able to work me in. Everyone was friendly, pricing was very reasonable and they had my vehicle finished in no time.I've definitely found a new place to have my oil changed.

This is the place to go for car repairs. The excellent mechanics here are honest and do really exceptional work. They take the time to explain what is going on with your car and how to fix it. I'm so happy I took my car here. It's been running great and I'm so thankful for this family owned business. Highly recommend this place

You guys ALWAYS do a fantastic job for me and my vehicles and you are my shop of choice. Each time I have visited your shop I was greeted with kindness and your prices are much more than fair. My Corvette Z06 is my baby and you treat it as such. My pickup does the heavy hauling and again, you treat my truck as if it were yours. Glad you folks are in business and thanks for taking such great care of my babies and me.

They fixed what needed to be fixed and repaired a separate but related issue for free. Slight miscommunication around letting me know my vehicle was done did delay the process a few days but overall I enjoyed my experience and this place was pretty professional. They didn t push adding a million upgrades and suggested fixes, so they are true to their word in that regard.

All was good. Prices were fair, service was good and given the nature of repair pretty great, folks were like family and friendly. The Jeep needed extensive engine work and they were easily up to it. (And yes, the loaner car made it much easier).

Walked in without an appointment, but they took care of the car for a lot less than I expected and no trouble since then. Had my scheduled maintenance checks done there, too, for less than a dealer. Comfortable waiting room, coffee & wifi. This will be my car repair shop from now on. The workers are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They do good work and get your car repaired in a timely manner. They take the time to listen to you and understand the problem you are having with your car to best solve it for you. Highly recommend this place

had my truck towed there because it had gone into limp mode. They checked it out and said I needed a new mass airflow sensor, otherwise truck was ok. Drove it home and the next day it went into limp mode again. Called them and they paid for another tow and this time found that the wiring harness had chaffed spots causing electrical issues. They got the wiring harnesses in record time (less than 10 days AMAZING). Put the harness on and truck runs like a champ, however the batteries (obviously) disconnected when they reconnected the volt gauge and fuel gauge both went bad. AJ had a new cluster in within 2 days and it only took them 20 minutes to install, and AJ did not charge me for the cluster! Super shop, super service, wonderful people! 5 stars is not adequate for them should be 10 stars!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

They go above and beyond for their customers! The best mechanics I have ever used. They tell it how it is and don't sugar coat anything, yet work with you to make things happen. I was leaving town and had to have my car repaired that day and still had things to do. They made it happen for me. I am extremely pleased.

I highly recommend Gulf Breeze Automotive and Diesel Repair. They were very friendly and professional. My vehicle was ready to be picked up at the time they said the repair would be completed by. Was able to get me in reasonably quickly and diagnosed my starter problem. Kept me appraised of status. Able to take care of requested brake flush and oil change and deliver car same stated time for starter. Came back days later thinking I had a brake fluid leak. They immediately took the car without having to wait and checked it out. It was washer reservoir leaking. Tech showed me. This is what I want in a shop. One that is concerned as I was about my car and doesn t stuff you off to a later date. Office staff and mechanic great.

Will definitely use again!! They were friendly and gave great advice. I had to get a new transmission and I was only without my car for one day and even then they provided a loaner car. Cost wasn t outrageous other than parts that are out of their control. I was told about other issues but was advised what needs to be fixed now and what could wait which was great since I had to spend a large amount for the transmission already.Services: Transmission, Auto A/C recharge, Oil change

Seemed like a fair price for the services, they were quick, and while I didn't need it they even had loaner cars! Better than the dealer!
