Bayside did great work on our Bronco after we were rear ended. Chad was extremely helpful and they went above and beyond for the repairs needed. Not only does it look great and drive great, but the time in the shop was less than 3 wks.

Shaun and the team did an excellent job on my wife's Lexus! Communication was excellent during the process and the final product was better than we could have imagined. Shaun also not only recommended the mechanic 2 doors down for my blown radiator, he helped me get my vehicle there. Extremely grateful! So if you're looking for quality work from a good business, I highly recommend Bayside Collision Center!

I had a pretty good sized dent on my SUV, and they were able to repair it without replacing the part and it was done fairly quickly. Great shop, I got an honest estimate and had good communication throughout the process. The results were like new. Based on the results and my interactions, they clearly take pride in their work, which I really appreciate. Freddie was my estimator and point of contact and he was friendly, honest, courteous, and a clear communicator. Thank you!!

I got in a little accident that damaged my tire/suspension. I was worried I d have to take it multiple places to address the body/mechanics. Sean has been excellent since the first time I called , he set my mind at ease and gladly received my car with determination to get her fixed up for me. He has called with updates to keep me informed on certain progresses and plans. I am very impressed with him and his commitment to providing a great experience for customers. Thank you Sean!

After my car got hit on the interstate by a blown out semi truck tire, I took my car to Bayside and Adam and Nick did a great job making my car look and run as good as it did the day I bought it! I received phone calls from the front office regularly to keep me informed on the progress of the repair. I hope I don't need Bayside any time soon, but if I do, I'll absolutely choose Bayside again and would recommend them to anyone needing body, paint or mechanical work on their car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately someone hit and run my car, and I was completely devastated. I took my car to bayside collision center, the man who inspected my car was an absolute sweetheart, and offered to get the scratches off my car on top of the damages. I just received my car today, and my car looks amazing! I think they even vacuumed the inside of it. Thank you so much Bayside Collision!!

I dealt with Shawn for my collision repair. It was a hit and run, and he walked me through the process of what to expect. He was responsive, kind, and got me in my vehicle in the time I desperately needed it done! This is my first time working with bayside collision based on the reviews I saw. Bayside lives up to the hype!!

Delt with Shawn on the phone this morning and he was very disrespectful, Rude and talks over you and talks down to you as if you are supposed to know how they run their business, and how things go. He told me one thing last week and another this week. Lack of communication at its finest My wife and children were in a car accident. We are dealing with a lot of things and blessed that our family is safe.we are dealing with a tough time just like everyone else that gets into an accident. with that being said We don't need a disrespectful person belittling us on the phone because he is having a bad day. Customer service training is definitely in store for this individual.

Used Bayside to repair the car after hitting a deer. When we got it back it was literally better than when we bought it. They were responsive and professional. AVOID AT ALL COST! Do NOT use this business!!!!!Dishonest estimates/appraisals, and they will absolutely try to scam you for out-of-pocket costs on top of your insurance claim work!! They will not perform a complete estimate! Less than half of the visible damages documented, less than a third of the total repair cost documented due to using cheap salvage parts or a 10 lb bondo filler method for non-repairable panel damages in some cases!!They will lie/document your estimates with false information that will severely complicate or delay the insurance/repair process.You will be propositioned with paying their out-of-pocket price quotes to get your work finished additionally to an insurance claim ("for warranty purposes"). They are rude and completely unprofessional.Bayside will claim "preferred" status but be assured, their in-house adjusters do NOT have your best interests in mind. Cut corners, dishonest feedback, dishonest estimates, dirty repair tactics, and this business lied to make some extra money for only half the work that would be needed for a proper collision repair.Take you vehicle to a different shop and save yourself the headaches, time, and frustration they will cause you!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A great experience with Bayside Collision. Their estimate was 1/3rd of another estimate that I had received. They were extremely flexible in scheduling, as I had to change my appointment twice. Then they allowed me to have a friend pick up my truck, as I was out of town. The work they performed was excellent, and I have not had any issues with it. All in all -- I would recommend them without hesitation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The work they did looks great! Exactly like it did before the accident I had. Used them through geico and it was very convenient and easy, and they communicated with me the entire time they had it about what they were repairing and how long they estimated it would take and also followed up after I had it back for a week or two. They also have a limited lifetime warranty on the work they perform which is awesome. Would definitely recommend them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These people are the worst. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM. My insurance made me come here for a replacement window. They left my vehicle unprotected in the weather for two months. I went up there to check on my vehicle, found all the mold inside and they called the cops on me. Then the big lady at the front lied and said they were having it fully detailed. They just wiped it down with windex. There's still mold all over the place and on the seatbelts These PEOPLE ARE A JOKE! THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM Lying.They will also lie to make big claims on your insurance.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I wish I could have had before and after of their work, I took my vehicle into multiple shops for estimates on what was a small "L" shape crack on my bumper from a parking lot bump.Everyone I talked to was quick to look and decide that they would have to remove the whole bumper and replace it. Bayside however said, " its not that bad, we got this new machine, and I think we might be able to repair it to save you a few $".They performed the job, and in 2 days, I got my vehicle back, not only washed inside and out, but they left me some candy in nice cup in my holder LOL.This actually is not the first time I used them, they also replaced a door hinge bolt in my door on my truck on the spot. They did it for about $20, dealership tried to charge $400I will no longer entertain another body shop as long as I live here.Service: Body & Trim

Sent to Bayside by USAA to get appraisal I was told there was no body to do it even though I saw 2 men giving appraisals. Said I would need appt next week. I explained I worked out of town and had taken today off to get appraisal. Said they were sorry. USAA sent me to Classic Collision Center in Pensacola where I was met with a smile and was in and out in 15 minutes.

Bayside Collision Center did a great job fixing my daughters car. She was rear ended and the back of the car was smashed in. Bayside Collision did such a great job fixing her car, it looks like it did when we bought it brand new. This business was selected by Geico as a trusted facility and the work was supposed to be guaranteed. 30 minutes after I picked up my vehicle, something came loose on the front bumper/undercarriage. They did send someone to the area that I was stranded at so that I could get back on the road but fast forward months later... They kept saying they had not heard back from Geico. The issue was not being taken care of. Then the facility accused me of running over something. 9 months later, I received a check for the new repairs after escalating the issue with Geico because I was not hearing back from my Claims guy. The new claims guy also told me that the business accused me of running over something that caused the part to fall off. After all this, I called the body shop to communicate that I received the check...Shannon says, " I am confused why they sent you the check". Granted this was a long process....9 months to get to this point so I responded that I was confused why they sent a check at all and that Bayside should be responsible for the repairs out of their own pocket. Again, their work was supposed to be "guaranteed". Needless to say, Shannon did not like having HER attitude thrown back at her so she promptly stated that she would be sending my part back and I could get my vehicle fixed elsewhere. I agreed that this was the best course but wanted to shine a light of caution on this business. If everything runs smooth you will have no issues, if you question the integrity of their work and expect them to fix it, GOOD LUCK!

They did amazing work on my SUV. A tree fell on it during hurricane Sally and it had a ton of small scratches and dents everywhere. It looks beautiful now, never would have known anything was wrong with it. On top of that they were very friendly and let me know what was going on during the time they had it and took care of almost all of the communication between the rental company I used and my insurance. Very helpful and would definitely use them anytime I needed work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The ladies working at the counter were phenomenal. The buddy work that was done to my BMW X5d was not so remarkable. The first deal was the extra week it took to be completed. They needed to blend the paint again, and again. Then they called 30 minutes prior to closing on a Friday and told me the car was complete. I had to do an after hours pickup, only to find out my door wouldn t unlock or open. And the decal was in a plastic baggie in the back seat. After they fixed that issue the following Monday, we saw the distinct paint color variance in the sunlight and started discovering the molding pieces were not aligned properly and a piece of trim is not attached properly. I am still awaiting to have these repairs complete as enterprise doesn t have rentals available due to spring break... ugh... I will update this rating once the final attempt to make the repairs good is completed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The ladies in the front are worth their weight on gold. Getting your car fixed is already stressful, but with worldwide supply chain issues and inflation makes it difficult for everyone involved. Be patient and kind to them and they will take such good care of you. I ve been in the process of moving to Kentucky since my accident and they got everything done down to the wire. Absolutely recommend the repair crew too. Truck looks and drives great again. Thank you all so much!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did the bare minimum mechanically. My left front was destroyed and when I got it back the body work was great. My tire hums going down the road, they said they replaced the bearing but I doubt it. The truck pulls to the right really bad. There's rattling going on under the vehicle. They put a different tire then the other three on. They gave me the vehicle back with a check engine light on. Brought it back 2 times the tire sensor don't work anymore. My vehicle had mechanical problems and they don't do good at fixing mechanical stuff. They do good body work though. But I get a vehicle back with a bunch of issu s and pretty much just have to deal with.If I could post pictures I'd show you the welding tacks they put on the exhaust that broke. Took back to them Twice and nothing chang d. Tire pressure sensor don't work anymore hasn't since bringing it back twice. WOW!After being stressed due to an accident and a damaged, new car with less than 1200 miles, we felt as if our luck was running pretty low. Bayside Collision Center was just the panacea we needed! They were professional, communicated with us twice a week to let us know of their progress, and delivered the car a week ahead of the projected schedule. I cannot say enough good things about this business. Thank you for the beautiful work, it is much appreciated!

Bayside did a wonderful repair to the front end of my Honda van. It looked pretty terrible when I brought it in. I had not used Bayside before and I was apprehensive about how the van would look. They exceeded my expectations in several areas 1)They knew their product and could answer any question knowledgeably 2) quality of their work was exceptional, 3) reasonable length of time for what they completed, and 4) cleanliness of the immediate office area..no dirty rags or car parts lying around. Also, customers were all treated with respect and importance, not to.mention they put me in a nice clean car for the duration. I've already recommended them to others.
