Little Man(Kyle)Big Rob , Little Rob,Micah, Rafael, Chrisare very nice. I'm glad to have my car worked on there. Ryan's Collision Center did great work on my car last year from hail damage. My car 2022 Kia soul is currently there for repairs from a accident. I am confident that the work on my car will be great. I will recommend Ryan's to all my friends. You guys did a great job on my car

Extremely pleased with the work done on my Jeep. Ryan's Collision Center worked with me step by step during the painting process, from tear down, prep, and color matching, to application. This job had a few tricky details that were vital to the overall look and they were executed perfectly. Ryan's did a custom paint job on my truck and it's flawless. I get nothing but compliments on it. I would highly recommend these guys. Rob made sure I was happy with every aspect and big Rob was such a sweetheart

The final product is fine, getting there was a bit of an issue.The folks who work here are very polite and friendly. We dropped our car off for body work and were told we would get updated by phone, I think twice a week. We didn't, so I had to call. The delivery date was extended because they were waiting for a part and something from insurance. Had I been notified of this, I could have helped move this along a bit faster (the insurance part anyway).The car had to go back for some minor issues, I called to talk to someone and they "took a message". When I hadn't heard back, I called again and the man I wanted to speak with said he had gotten a message, but no name or phone number even though I gave it to the person taking the message. We scheduled a return for service and they paid for a rental car for us while they took care of the issues. We really appreciated that!Overall they're a good company, they just need to figure out their communication issues. No one likes to be left hanging wondering what is going on and when they will be able to pick up their vehicle. Delays are a part of the auto repair industry and expected at times, but being informed about these delays helps avoid frustrated and upset customers.Would I go back, maybe not, but simply because it's almost an hour drive for us. Would I recommend them, yes, I would, they did quality work and took care of my concerns. Many places these days just don't want to be bothered with quality workmanship or good customer service.

Communication needs a lot of work they kept saying they will call me and let me know what is going on with the vehicle they never did I had to keep calling them myself. Other than that very warm and polite

Very positive experience. Car was fixed beautifully and even detailed inside for me. I received the car a day earlier than I expected which I so appreciated. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST AUTOBODY SHOP!Mica is the person I spoke to since the begining and he was extremely informative, kept me updated and assisted me with price negotiations since the original price was slightly out of my budget.The work done on what I wanted is AMAZING. Originally I had tons of rock paint chips and minor rust ( the car looked like it had freckles!) The car now... LOOKS FACTORY NEW WITH THE PAINT!The original dates was suppose to be drop off Monday and pick up Friday. On Wednesday I received a call saying "we found more small dents than we originally thought. If it's okay with you we'd like to keep it to Monday to give it the best look for you. for free!"Shoot fixing more for no extra that they found that are small little dents. YA FIX THEM I'LL WAIT NO PROBLEM!they were just amazing customer service wise/ with the job done / and keeping me informed at all times. I would recommend them any day and my first recommendation!

We had a nasty accident to the left rear quarter panel and when we got the car back it was like new. Been back a second time for some engine modifications. Recommended by the insurance company, agent must get a kick back because the shop did a horrible job all the way around. "Car is done ready to go".....wrong. Take it back again and they still cant get it right. Paint is garbage, parts installed wrong. Totally unsafe to drive...yall mess with the wrong car owners Family!

My experience was a good one. The owner was personable and made sure I was satisfied with the work. My rear panel and bumper on my pickup blended perfectly with the rest of my truck. We trusted Robert and his crew to repair my wife s new Toyota Camry, after a ladder fell against it in the garage. Damaging the right rear quarter panel. Do you want to die? Because if you use this place, you just might. They had parts installed backwards, bolts that were still lose and that s just what we ve found so far.
