ABOSULTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Alex the manager (after his employee confirmed the computer wasn't ringing up a deal when it should) refused to honor the deal on HIS sign in the store clearly showing two of these (which I bought) would be $5 off when buying two. They also were on clearance which is why I came to get the deal. Only after He REFUSED and became angry with me refusing to honor it and raising his voice at me, I also raised ilmy voice back (as I am not a child and won't tolerqte disrespect) and told him it was his deal not mine, I'm not sure why he refused to honor it. Then he just walked away and did not remove the sign of the deal he won't honor. After I told him I was going to leave a Google review he said go ahead.Update: since the Google review didn't bother the manager I contacted the district manager who profusely apologized and is honoring the deal and dealing with the store manager. I appreciate her honoring their deal and handling the problem employee. Thank you Mrs. Alcover. Due to her handling the situation, I've upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars. Hopefully, the manager conducts himself appropriately moving forward.

Aron was very friendly and professional and made it easy to make a purchase he also changed my battery and made sure my vehicle was running thank you for making my day less stressful l would definitely recommend this Autozone.

Today I run into two gentlemen at Auto Zone who are intermeded by each other and will not do the right thing by their customers I was sold a defective part and the two guys made me wait 30 minutes just to say there cannot exchange because that's their policy I showed him his policy on his receipt and still he did not honor the exchange My CC refunded me instantly. Auto Zone is a joke at least at this location.Better service and better quality products no question ask just stright sale and customer services Auto Zone need to take pointers from these reputable companies below.Deal withNapaAdvance AutoOrilieysI went to Advance auto parts who accommodate me like a customer need to be treated.

This goes to Alex at the Groveland AutoZone who I feel went above and beyond. I found I had a dead battery and decided to purchase a jumper box. I called and asked about delivery. He told me it's available in the app. So after I figured out how to do it, I placed my order. And this is where Alex comes in for real. He sees I placed the order with delivery and knows my situation, calls me, asks me if I'd like him to open the box, be sure it's sufficiently charged, and if not, charge it. That's awesome. He didn't have to do that, but took it upon himself to step up and go well above and beyond. Thank you Alex. It was at 92% and cranked my truck right up.

I don t often need to visit an auto parts store, but when I do, I m always a bit nervous because I don t want someone to try to sell me something I don t really need. Thankfully Marcus assisted me and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns with courtesy, care and professionalism. It was honestly the best experience I ve ever had at an auto parts shop! Highly recommend!!!

Came in thinking I had a bad brake light switch. Justin came out to replace the switch for us and found out that it wasn t the switch it was a clip that he repaired for me. He is very personable and attentive to our issue. I thank him very much for my issue.

Very helpful people working here. I was in need of a battery replacement. They not only found exact replacement. The brought the battery to the car. Especially helpful to this guy who had a stroke one week ago.

Never had a bad experience at my local location until today. Zollie G. was dismissive and uncooperative with any/all requests to inspect my vehicle after facing new issues from a repair he supervised. Any other visit would have encouraged me to leave a 5 star review.

Amazing fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable service! Highly recommend. Aron is so helpful and knows his inventory. Aron got my batteries installed in my rv in a couple minutes. I will be back to Auto Zone Clermont, Florida! Ask for Aron.

I stopped in to my local Autozone after getting pulled over by the local PD and I was greated by the young man at the counter Marcus W. Every instance I have patronized the Auto Zone he has been always helpful in getting what I needed. This particular morning his manager Mr Lonnie had assisted me in changing my light bulb but that didn t fix my problem. He then asked Marcus to help change out the memory board in my 2005 Dodge Ram pickup. At this time with the replacement part it worked. I am very happy at the service I received from this young man and his supervisor and I feel they should be recognized in all the hard work that they do. Pamela B.

After driving all day my idler pulley failed during a gas stop. We just made it to the store 30 minutes before closing. Aron got me the right parts the first time and stayed after to help install while I held the tensioner with an improvised tool.Would have been a vary late night without his help. Thanks Aron and Autozone!

Came in asking for fuses for a specific car, didn t even attempt to think about if she could assist me any further than pointing to the aisle the fuses were. At the very least i think these humans hired should be experienced in changing fuses and changing batteries. At the least. Customer service was horrible

I had a very bad day of course on a monday. My truck didn t wAnt to start anymore. I tried to jump my truck 3 times and just didn t work at all. Have in mind I had my little one in there ,luckily I was parked under some trees.Long story short After a long day I got the truck going & got to autozone. Just my luck it started raining & I thought to myself I won t get home until 10pm.. but no ..Marc W (sorry didn t catch his full name ) was actually willing to go the extra mile to help me out to change my battery before it started storming bad to get me back on the road. Great service !!

As a woman, we are often taken advantage of by vehicle mechanics because of our lack of knowledge for cars, trucks, etc.But with a little help from the internet, most people can at least come close to a diagnosis for their problem. So thankful to have visited a place with knowledgeable employees who will take the time to explain things and answer questions. Nowadays, very rarely do we find a business anywhere with employees who can treat a consumer as though we aren't wasting their time.

Intial Review: (1-Star) Purchased 4 parts for my vehicle last year. Parts failed, they have lifetime warranty. I repurchased all 4 parts today, installed into my SUV. Took the old 4 parts back, store refused to refund as other store stated they would.Updated Review: (4-Star) Went back to store and spoke with manager after speaking with another store. They were able to pull up my warranty file, and we able to issue the appropriate refund. Not giving 5-star because I had to go back a second time.

Awesome people always make sure I get the best deal and the right parts for my truck and they help me find the performance parts I need only thing I would suggest is more performance parts for the LS platform since everyone is into performance these days also get more brands and accessibility to performance parts and the pricing on certain things like headers I can get a set of long tube headers same brand AZ offers for 25% of the cost from online when we build these toys we will wait to save $300 that's another part so overall they are great need to add and work on a few things but that's AZ corporate not the store

Rented a tool and went to return. They would not take it back without the receipt. They said they knew it was a rool fro. Them but policy said they cant take it back. Will never go back to an Autozone... horrible attitude and customer service
