I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tire Kingdom for my automotive needs, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the employee that helped us ( T ) displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise that made me feel confident in choosing their services.The customer service was outstanding. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns, provided clear explanations of the services needed, and offered helpful recommendations. They demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring my satisfaction throughout the entire process.I highly recommend Tire Kingdom to anyone in need of automotive services. This tire kingdom location is the best. From the first interaction with T to the last with Jimmy the overall experience was impeccable!! We were given 4 tires at an amazing price with the best customer service. Will only be visiting this location from now on. Thank you!!!

Shopped a couple places and they were the best overall with pricing, communication, and service. Really happy with my service! The staff was very nice and professional. Special thanks to T and AJ for making sure I was all good before leaving!

The guys who worked on 2/1/24 at night were the best! I blew my tire on lake worth road and almost didn t make it to the plaza. Luckily they were open later as this one guy (I wish I got his name) wanted to help me in an instant and made sure I got in into the loading dock safe.They were very lighthearted and made my situation very easy. They took me in and changed my tire really fast and had many options to choose from.After it was changed they sent me off with a smile saying I could always come back and fill them all up no charge.I m glad I was close by in the area when it happened and they had extremely understanding staff on hand to help when I was in panic mode. thanks y all.

This place is the best!! I went to Goodyear to have my tire patched but they told me I have to replace my tire. A friend of mine from the area recommended Tire Kingdom and I am so fortunate to go this shop in Greenacres!!! I told Jimmy what happened with my car and he checked it first before he does anything. Told me it s not necessary to change the tire. I AM SO GLAD to have it patched instead!! On top of that, he took care of the job done! JIMMY is amazing!!! Would def recommend this place AND him to anyone who d be needing tire services!!! Thank you so much Jimmy! You made my day!!

Had a metal object in my tires that recently purchased from Tire Kingdom. I called and manager Big Jim informed me that he didn't want me driving on it in case of having a blow out and said to bring it in immediately which I did and they took care of me asap. Very helpful and they care about their customers.. highly rated five stars. Superior service.

I do not take the time out my day to do this much but I can t help but to give credit when it s exceptionally due!! This was not by best day by far and having to deal with car trouble could have effortlessly made it wayyyy worst. I came in contact with the right people and the right business that completely switched things around for the better for me. Both Tariq and Eric were equally patient and VERY polite. They went above and beyond to be accommodating and it felt very genuine! In these current times it is very hard to find people that will go out their way to help you or provide great customer service to the extent that they did. It appeared to be very natural for them! Tire Kingdom aka now known as Mavis is VERY lucky to have them, and I hope they really appreciate their work as much as I did! They are representing the company very well, and that goes a long way!Thanks again guys!!

My wife cut a tire while going to see some friends and West Palm Beach so I called Tire Kingdom, having dealt with them in the past and had fairly good luck. They were very good about getting her right in to put 2 new tires on it so they were matched side to side. She picked up the car and got back to where she was staying when she noticed that they put one new tire on the front right and one new tire on the back left. I called them up and said why would you do this and they said it was a mistake some people like them both on the front some people on the back. My wife took the car back to have it fixed got back to where she was staying and noticed that they did the exact same thing, but swap the tires from side to side so I got one new tire on the front the back. Third trips, the charm they actually got the two new tires on the front where I asked them to put them. A lot of wasted time for my wife, who is down in West Palm Beach, visiting friends

This is my second time coming here. Both times I was made to feel like family. Eric offered amazing customer service and explained everything to me clearly. Jimmy is the comedic relief with hard work ethic and genuine kindness. Seriously guys, thank you for a quality but laid back, low stress experience!

I went to Tire Kingdom in Greenacres on the recommendation from my partner. He had a positive experience doing business with TK. First of all, I got an appointment for the very next day after discovering that my car needed a new tire. I had a number of questions which the young man answered knowledgeably and totally professional. Glad to be doing business with them.

I made an appointment to get a tire patched and was in a hurry. I received prompt professional service and everything was done extremely well. I am particularly pleased with Jimmy who couldn't have been any better at his job. I would highly recommend him and this store to anyone with a vehicle or tire issue.

Husband & I had to have a new tire asap to return home to Ft Myers over Christmas. Jimmy got us in right away, they changed & balanced the tire in less than an hour! Many thanks to the team, Jimmy & Eric for excellent customer service! We would definitely return to this Tire Kingdom in Green Acres, Fl

The guys at Tire Kingdom went above and beyond to help me with all my tire and brake needs! It was late and they were about to close and they made the time to fit me in and treated me with the best service I ve ever had with any car repairs!! So i went to Tire Kingdom today, needing a battery that was purchased in Orlando. Jimmy assisted me and even tho the purchase was not at this business, Jimmy was more than helpful. Friendly service with a smile . Highly recommend this particular location and whatever you do, see Jimmy!

Gavion was very helpful and friendly. I brought my car in because my tire was continuously losing pressure. He had the team take a look, found out it was a nail and he was honest and didn't try to upsell me on anything.

If it wasn t for the manager, Angel Fernandez, I probably would be in a ditch. Thankfully, he fixed my alignment after the previous employers at the shop, continued to mess it up. He made the process this time a lot smoother on my 2020 Range Rover.

I have been to many tire kingdoms in the past and I ve never been treated respectfully and in a timely manner. They are knowledgeable and give excellent customer service. Jimmy is very nice and does his best to help out with what he can. Definitely the best in town.

Went here to get a tire repaired. Was told that the rear right tire was not repairable. He looked at the front tire and said that that tire had only about 1-2 % tread left--that tire was purchased last year and was pretty much new! Yeah right. They must rip unsuspecting people off everyday. Tire kingdom/ Mavis that's it for me.

Jimmy (store manager) & Eric (service manager) are rockstars and made this experience so easy. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be using this greenacres location all the time and will be sending my friends and family there too!!Great job!!!

*Update*The Mavis/Tire Kingdom regional Manager Chris reached out to me. We have a great converstation where I felt my concerns were heard. He sent me a $100, which I do appricite but also told him was not needed.But feeling heard was the main thing for me. He does care about the stores he watches over. And I hope he works with this location on their shortcomings.--------Ah, nothing like sitting down to write a rare 1-star review. Yet here we are.I went in on Wednesday 11/22/23 at 16:30 for a standard oil change set with an appoiment.This location managed to do the change, but wasn't able to remember to tighten the oil filter. So that fell off next time I drove the car to work the following Monday.Jimmy "Big Jim" is useless had the car from 0930-1700 and managed to confirm "There is no oil filter"Service manager Eric was nice enough to try to sell me tires when he told me they were done, and kept trying after I told him I wasn't able to fit that in my budget at this time and I was aware they're bad.Between the clueless store manager and the tactless service manager, I wouldn't trust this location to install a tire with all the lug nuts tight since they can't manage to do a single oil filter.Thanks guys.PS. T is a great front desk guy and did more with his interactions to attempt to save this store reputation than the other two combined.0/10 Location is not worth the risk to my car.

I asked for them to check if my car was finished multiple time because I notice it was out of the shop after I waited in the lobby for 2 hours. They made me wait another 40 minutes before they cashed me out (I had to initiate the conversation again). Completely terrible customer service. Won't be going back again.

The manager Angel was professional and gave me a great deal on services for my 2013 gmc Yukon. Definitely will be back again.
