Took my car in, said it would be a couple of hours, took 3 days, manager had the edacity to say to me "oh, you don't have anything to do so you don't need your car" When he told me it would not be ready till Saturday, (3 days).He did not listen to my car complaints, he did not test the battery starting issue the day I brought it, in nor the next day or even the 3rd day, until I came in to pick it up because he told me the car starts and there was no problem with the battery, He did not answer the phone when I was trying to call to see if the car started for him, then when I got there to pick my car up, he said it would not start and that he would still need the car there, I waited most of the day for a call then around 3:30 pm, I texted him and told him I would give him the review he deserved because it was very apparent he had done nothing and was going to keep the car still another day, 1/2 hour later he calls me and tells me the battery is bad! Why did it take 3 days to see if the battery was draining while parked? If he would have tried to start the car, he would have seen that the battery kept dying and why do I have to get ugly with someone to get my car looked at and for the manager to listen to the customer's complaints with the car??? Really? for a dead battery 3 days????

Still waiting for a manager to call me. Going on the 5th day. Did not hit it off with the service writer because of a discrepancy on how long a recall would take. He originally said 1 hour like the recall notice and then when we were filling out the repair order it went too 3 hours and he argued with me about it. When I got home I realized that the email address on the repair order was incorrect by one letter which the service adviser changed so I did not get a customer service Survey .I Made the appointment online and received numerous emails from them so they had the right one on file.I do not think it's fair for The service advisor or the dealership to muzzle me and how I feel I was treated . Maybe I can get a call back from a manager now!!!

Overbooked appointments on purpose. Car did not get on the rack til almost 3 hrs after appointment time

Sold Brand New vehicle but didn t get any services/warranty. wants me to pay extra every time for service. Everyone gives 36k or 3 years even Blue Heron Nissan but Greenacres Nissan sucks.
