This is NOT a Goodyear depite the big sign. You will not get a free tire repair on your goodyear tires. and do NOT go there on sunday. Acting manager always complain about customer walking in about the amount of tire repairs coming in. Unprofessional.

I needed two new back tires they gave me a great price. I asked Elliot if they do mechanic work? He replied what's wrong, I told him that is was over heating and could be this or that. He said no problem let me take a look. After finding the problem they we prompt to repair it at a great price. then to make things even better , my bumper was hanging off after my wife hit a curb stop. To my surprise they repaired that also at no charge . They did above and beyond to make the car repairs affordable and then to fix my bumper ..wow great customer service and great mechanics. Thanks update: I just spoke to Alex the head mechanic. I called them to thank them. Alex was the gentleman that repaired my car but took it to another level by repairing my front bumper. They are great people and professionals. I would recommend Good Year in Lake Worth and Elliot and Alex are the best.Sal Barnetti

Stay away from this place at all cost. They make Abba and a 40 thieves look like children. I went to get a tired repaired but they said they couldn't repair because it was all on the sidewall, okay. I took that same Tire to Pep Boys and they repaired it for $29. Goodyear wanted me to buy four new tires for $9oo.00and it was unnecessary. So go anywhere else if you need tires and or tire repair. Was having a massive vibration in my front end, went into Goodyear and Gavion diagnosed the issue immediately. Had a belt separation in my left front tire. Was in a pinch, as I needed the work done quickly, so I wouldn t lose time of my workday. Got me in right away and an hour and 20 minutes later I was on the road. Thanks, The Tire Choice ! You ve just gained a new customer!

I had the best experience with them today. I had a nail in my tire and they quickly helped me and didn t even charge me. They were very quick and efficient. If I ever have car trouble I will definitely be calling them. Thank you so much for Your kindness Edwin!!!

Went in to have a flat fixed. They told me I needed a new tire, dry rot etc. etc. They wouldn't repair a tire with a worn tread. The car was for sale and I didn't want to put money into new tires but I bought 2 to replace the axle's tires where the flat was. They then tried to upsell me to 4 new tires. "Hello, THE VAN IS FOR SALE." Not putting money into it. I live less than two miles from this station. Less than 10,000 feet. Wouldn't you know, the two remaining tires we didn't want replaced had flats the next morning. One was a bolt the other was a screw. I called the area manager and he told me "I've seen stranger things happen." LESS THAN 10K FEET AWAY. Being responsible for 4 cars, I let him know that no further business would be done there by us.

Poor service. I went there on 5/26/18 around 4:30pm and employees wanted $20 cash to rotate all my tires (I am sure he pocketed the money). After the rotation, the employee recommended that I replace all my tires (I wish he would have told me that before charging me to rotate my tires). After I got home I noticed that they only rotated one side of my car's tires.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

My company has 11 vehicles plus my personal vehicles we go to Goodyear all the time stop bye Goodyear today because I had a screw in my tire easy plug-in fix said there was a two hour wait I asked if they would just change the tire they told me it was another same two hour wait I changed it myself in 15 minutes very poor customer service if you ask me especially for someone who brings so many vehicles to them my company is Tile And Marble Works

I came in today for a battery and left without getting one because of the terrible customer service. Thank goodness I left, they were trying to charge me 280 for a battery and labor, I went over to Pepboys and paid 130. The salesman at Goodyear was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience.

Came in for getting my flat tire fixed and the lady in front said she asked me if I have an appointment who set up an appointment for flat tire not good service !

Came here for an oil change. The mechanic told me that underneath my car was caked with oil because it was leaking. Long story short there were absolutely no leaks. So this is how they rip off people that don't know any better!

I took my car for an oil change and it came out with damage for something else... something that I hadn't budgeted for, I had to find another mechanic to fix it.

Stopped going here even though it's around the corner from me. It was never a good experience. Always felt like they were overcharging me or scare mongering to get a sale. Ugh.
