I just had the most wonderful experience at Braman Honda Green Acres. The salesman Reynaldo was informative and patient, his manager Ramzi gave us a great deal and made us confident in our choice, and the finance manager Steven Sagas was the best I ve ever dealt with, I told him I disliked having to sit through the process and he and his wonderful team had me in and out in record time, Steve was a consummate professional and as charming and intelligent as they come. You are crazy to go anywhere else to by a new or used Honda. Steve and his team are simply the best, hands down.

My car unexpectedly died last Thursday. After 2 days of panic about my credit score, and fear I would not get into something I ubered to The dealership. From the moment I walked in and Renaldo, my sales rep was super professional showed me cars I could afford and did not treat me any different. David the sales manager was phenomenal in getting me the best deal I could, right down to Steve (forgive me if I forgot his name) the finance manager fought for me to walk out with the car I wanted and could afford. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for new or used. Great Experience . Not to mention I LOVE MY CAR!!!!

So happy with my new car!!! The process was easy and relatively quick. Jorge Ruiz the sales rep helped me a lot and did a great job at helping me pick the best vehicle for me. He explained all the differences of trims and took me on different test drives so i could make the best informed decision. Samuel at finance and Nayla with insurance are also amazing and did a phenomenal job and made the process smooth. thank you so much for the friendly service and a great experience!!! :)

The experience I had with my sales rep Oswaldo Echeverria was extraordinary. He made sure my family and I were treated like family during the entire process and even followed up afterwards to thank us again for the business and see how my new car was treating us. Out of the many cars I ve purchased in the past I have never had the pleasure to work with a sales representative like Ozzie. I just purchased my second vehicle from Braman Honda within the last 6 months all thanks to the superior service provided by Jeffrey Donoso. Mr. Donoso was a pleasure to work with the purchase of both vehicles. He went above and above to help me acquire the cars that I both needed and wanted (first vehicle being my daughter's first car and second vehicle being a trade in and upgrade from my vehicle) and with the guarantee that it was of the finest quality. Along the whole purchasing journey, he kept me updated on the status and next steps. Working with him was awseome, and I enthusiastically recommend him, his superior and honest demeanor with dealing and selling Honda vehicles! 10 Stars and 5 thumbs up! I am definitely coming back to Braman Honda to work with Mr. Donoso directly. :)

My car purchase experience went okay, it wasn t supper great. My issue is with the Finance team. I was talked into purchasing a MagniShield Motor Club Roadside Assistance membership policy that I didn t need and want. The explanation given to me on why I need that coverage were not entirely true and deceptive at best. Also, there was this Carefree Appearance Protection Limited Warranty underwritten by Fidelity that I failed to read through the fine print and rely on the Finance manager explanation of what the coverage entails, that was a bad mistake. I read the contracts that evening and noticed I ve made a huge mistake. The following day 12/09/2023, I called to have the two policies cancelled. Today is 3/11/2024 and the lender has not yet received the credit back from Braman Honda. It is my understanding that both companies that underwrote the warranty have cancelled the contract and refunded the money back to Braman Honda but they refuse to send the funds to the lender.I ve tried calling Braman and also have send emails but no response. The Finance Manager that I work with is Steve Sagas.

Nightmare service experience.I brought my Honda Accord in to have the lock cylinders in the door and steering wheel replaced on Thursday, April 4th. Not only was the work not completed when they said it would be (they said a day or two max), I couldn t even get a hold of a representative to help me from April 6th-7th while they held on to my car.When the service was finally finished on April 8th, I arrive only to find that the technician had misaligned some steering wheel components and left parts of it sloppily unlatched. I had to bring the car back to the shop, where they then had to do more repairs to fix their work.Is the story done finally? No, of course not. My nightmare continued when I came back to Braman Honda for a third time to pick up my car, drive it home, only to realize that the cylinder I had just paid them to install was not properly coded for the new keys they gave me. The major thing I went to get my car serviced for was left incomplete. I had to drive all the way back to the dealership to have them rectify the issue.In the end, I ended up wasting many hours of my life on this issue, and was without my car for much longer than anticipated. Braman Honda has not responded to my comments since last Saturday, April 13th, despite claiming that their goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied . I am completely unsatisfied and I do not recommend Braman Honda. The reason to go to a dealership is to get quality service and OEM parts, and Braman Honda has NOT demonstrated quality service for me.

We recently had to take our car in for service and our service manager Bill was awesome. From the moment we checked in, he was communicative and friendly. He kept us posted on updates and made us feel like we were a priority. Very happy with Bill and the team at Braman.

I recently leased a new civic from Braman. In my opinion, the purchasing process was friendly but was not entirely transparent, which I felt was disappointing. Specifically, in regard to the dealership-added accessories listed on the sticker, these were priced at nearly $5,000 and I stated that we did not want most of these accessories at all. I was told they were already on the car, so couldn t be taken off, and the price of the accessories was reduced to get us to agree to the deal. However, when we returned later to get the car we discovered that none of the accessories were on the vehicle at the time we were negotiating. For example the pinstripe which we stated we didn t want was quickly added before the pickup, and part of it came off in the washing and the sticker was all over the place. We asked if we could have a different accessory instead and were told No. We asked if the stripe could be removed entirely and were told No. We had to return to get the unwanted stripe reapplied. The post-purchase email said that the general manager could be called in the event of any issues. We called the general manager to try and ask about swapping the accessory, but were told by a supervisor that he doesn t take calls from customers. The supervisor said she would check into our question but then did not follow up with a response. I would say that in my opinion the process was friendly and somewhat responsive, but was not transparent, and we had to overpay for things we did not want, so I could not say I enthusiastically recommend this business.

I came in for the first maintenance service after purchasing my 2020 CR-V. I was told I needed an oil change plus lots of other things done. The total was close to $300. They made it seem like this needed to be done or it wouldn't be safe to drive the car. A few weeks after the service I received a phone call telling me that my breaks were due for service because they were severely damaged. I asked to speak with the service person, who was not available, and never returned my calls. I then received literature that said the first oil change should have been complimentary.Today I'm at the Honda service in Delray. They confirmed that the oil change should have been free and that the service I paid for was done prior to my purchasing the car. There was no need to do and charge me for that service. Shame on you Lake Worth Honda!

5 star is not enough. His service, Compassion, Understanding and Overall customer service was nothing short of TOP Tier! He treated my mom like family and you don't find that type of sincerity just anywhere. His work Ethic was 1000/10 and even that rating is too low. If you want Quality service and the Best Rates ask for Prence. He will make sure you get the absolutely best! 2024 Honda CRV Best possible rate! Will most definitely be referring everyone to him.

Professional and straightforward. No hidden fees. I bought my first car from Gonzalo Cativa and we could not have asked for a better salesman. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy their car-buying process felt. Compared to other dealers that stated one price but then added on so many fees, this dealership was exactly what we had been looking for. Their prices were reasonable and their service was friendly. This was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson was Mathais and at first he was cool, until I mentioned a recall i noticed on the car he and I were negotiating on after looking at the carfax. After that it turned into him giving me the runaround for a week. First he said they were working on it and it would be ready that Thursday so I canceled an appointment and paid a cancelation fee for it because I needed to secure a vehicle. Well Thursday came around and the car still wasn't ready. From there he gave me a different reason why the car wasn't ready each time I talked to him. After all this frustration I finally reached out to David, the Sales manager and he informed me that the car possibly wouldn't be ready for a few weeks because they needed to find the part, none of which Mathias informed me of. Instead of being honest with me and telling me the situation, he gave me the run around and cost me a couple hundred dollars in appointment cancelation fees and Uber rides due to not having a car. I know people who have done business here and had great experiences, which is a shame. If you go here, make sure they don't give you Mathias as a salesperson if you want honesty and communication because you won't get it from him. Only lies and deciet. I wound up going to Ed Morse Honda in Rivera Beach instead and got an amazing deal

I don t know what happened to the service. A few issues 1. Dealt with Scott Weisbrot because I requested for someone with more experience after my brother s experience. When you can t make a sale within the first 5-10 minutes, you should never give a bad attitude or wave your hands at the customer out of frustration. I had every intention of buying, but the attitude completely turned me off. Also, when I asked him what interest rate specials are going on. He responded I don t know. That s not my job. I asked if they could get an Accord Sport Touring after the Passport not working out. He responded we can t get one and don t see any coming in for the next few months . The person I spoke with who set my appointment with him said she saw some at a sister dealer and could have it transferred over. Then I asked if I can have the numbers that we worked out to think about it. He literally snatched them from in front of me and said no. You can t have those because of they have our vin numbers . I never heard of this before as other dealers let me take them. Also, I realized he took a picture of my drivers license and wanted my phone number. Not exactly sure for what because I never had to do that before. When I asked, he responded it s for our records .2.They didn t even match prices of another dealer despite showing them. My brother went Delray after having a bad experience a few days prior at Braman with wait times of acknowledgment and inexperienced salesman, and Delray price matched even though it was 10k less than what Delray was trying to get him to pay.3. I was told that they d pay above market value for my trade didn t even match CarMax like other dealers (I guess just a sales tactic).Just last year when I was looking at cars, I would ve given a good review because the service was good. The timing wasn t right, so didn t get a new car. I bought my previous two cars from Braman and was a loyal customer because of a good salesman and good customer service experience. This really put a bad taste in my mouth. Service went down so much and it s very disappointing.

1. Worst place ever..2. Bad customer service.3. Sales Manager behaving like he owns the place.4. I have brought people to buy cars from over 20 different Honda dealerships. This was the worst experience ever.5. First, they tried to put the customer in an old car with a ridiculous interest rate telling her that she couldn't get a new car, just because they wanted to get rid of their old cars.Note: Brand new cars are easier to finance n get better rates.6. They offered her $5k for trade in, then they wanted to force her to get ceramic coating for $2,000 door handle guards $980 LoJack $1000 around $5,500 in options we don't need.7. Trying to negotiate with the sales manager, "the black island guy" with no name tag, will tell you to take it or leave it. He refuses to give us his information. He also refuses to give us his manager's information.8. Calling to talk to a manager won't happen because the operator will tell you that everyone in a meeting n refuses to transfer you.9. I spoke to Steve, n he basically telling us to take our business elsewhere.10. The only reason I went there is because they had previously ran my customers' credit when she went there on her own.11. I have gone with over 100 customers to buy brand new cars n this was by far the worst experience.We are open to changing our review if this situation has been addressed.

I had an Awesome Salesman by the name of Donnie. The process of start to finish was amazing. I met Donnie 2 years ago at this dealership. I didn't get approved for the car that I wanted 2 years ago. My eyes has always been on the Honda Civic I've owned 2 in the past.However, this year I was able to qualify for the car I wanted to get. Donnie told me whenever I'm ready to call him and I did that once I was ready. Donnie is very customer driven & orientated. He came in on his day off twice just to make sure that I was taken cared of. This is my 4th time being a Owner of a Honda & 3rd Honda Civic.
