Can I give zero stars? This was my go to place and I will never step foot in this one again. My wife needed brakes and I had to walk out the service was so bad. They had three people at the counter. One was helping a guy, another was doing her training on a computer at the front and not helping anyone. A lady comes out of nowhere to give the lady that s doing her training a cup of coffee and disappears in the back. The other guy was was helping some people that had all types of little parts that was going to take forever. And people continued coming in. At no point did anyone say hey we will be with you or stand here to be helped. I just walked out and got great service at the Oreilly that s like one minute from there. Oreilly store was super clean and helpful. They were busy and still gave good service and price. I know where to go now and where to avoid

I bought an Alternator for an Honda Odyssey at an AutoZone, I was given the wrong Alternator, so I found this store that has the correct one in stock. I had the invoice showing that I just bought Alternator "A" just a few hours ago, n I just needed to exchange it for the correct one. The guy in the picture refused to do an exchange, n told me that I have to buy Alternator "B" from them. I had to end up buying a second alternator just because he refused to do an exchange. He told me that I had to take the other Alternator back to the other store that is an hour away. This guy was very inconsiderate he was only thinking about sales n store numbers. I have been buying parts for over 25+ years n had never experienced such garbage ...

Yanet and Jose really took care of me. My battery was leaking acid and my warranty expired exactly today but Yanet and Host went above and beyond and somehow made it work to honor the warranty. I am so grateful that we still have people that care and will go through the trenches to take care of you. Please keep providing the wonderful service you guys always provide.

Couldn't hv been more helpful, needed new wiper blades. Mine are a little tricky to put on. Young man had them on in a few minutes and even tested to see if work correctly.

I am beyond grateful for Jean J. aka JJ. I went in with a park light that was out. I had no clue which light bulb it was on my car. He was able to retrieve the bulb and went above and beyond and helped me replace it on my vehicle. My vehicle isn t an easy one either, it required several tools and JJ was more than happy to retrieve them from his personal toolbox. Again, he went above and beyond with his personal items to go out of his way to help me fix my taillight. I really appreciate this notion as I m struggling at home and don t have the tools necessary to do a change. Thank you JJ!!!! God bless.

The Best service so far that I have ever received I was assisted by Leo. Grate customer service, very honest. He hooked up my new battery and checked my check engine light. Grate vibe will be coming back again Grate staff overall

A little line, when you first walk in, however, Auto Zone, has been able to take care of people faster, and the associates, are always willing to help you find the parts you need, even going as far as looking under the hood. Great service, keep it up AutoZone.

From the moment I walked through the door I was helped and greeted with a smile Edward hdez was amazing!! Came out to my car checked my battery found out I needed a new one and found me a battery I could afford and changed it for me in the parking lot. From now on anything that need for my car will be purchased at this specific Autozone!!! Thank you so much

Bad customer service I had for 30 minutes before I can get help, a bunch of employees in the store no one to help, red shirt doesn t know what they doing gray shirt has to leave to go help, every time I go to that store it s always the same story if employees are texting on their phones while helping you its something else.

Stick with Walmart for automotive batteries. Better Price better warranty. I don't know where AutoZone comes up with their claim to be number one in automotive batteries.

BRINGING CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK. Went for a battery exchange. Dealt with Yanet. Although she was training someone and before that was changing a battery when I walked in. It was the most easiest transactions. She was very professional, even though there were two other people in line. Alot could be learned with a manager like that.
