Jonathan D. and manager (Zack?) were incredibly honest, friendly, & helpful. AutoNation offered me the best deal on my car by far, and these guys helped get me to the number I felt was reasonable considering the unfortunate circumstances regarding my car that I didn t know about. The process took a little time but I didn t mind considering the time & assistance that they fought for me. All the staff were friendly and kind, and the lotion was clean and inviting. I am without a doubt going to recommend this location to anyone who wants to sell a car and/or make a used car purchase. Thank you all so very much.

The customer service offered by Guss was outstanding, his recommendations were very accurate and was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item. I was very impressed with the quality of the customer I received. Obviously on my next visit to service my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado will be with the best service advisor Guss. There is no doubt. Thanks Mr. Guss.!

Several years ago I was fortunate enough to purchase my DREAM car. I've never had an affinity for cars until I saw this one. I knew I had to have it! It is a navy blue, faux rag top, with gold accents, Lexus LS460. Her picture was on my Prayer Board for many, many years until the day I bought her!!I needed some fast work done on the bumpers (nothing major), unfortunately I was taken advantage of by two crooks off the Nextdoor APP. My car was a mess, ruined, I was very sad. God will deal with these horrible people.My Lexus guy Jesse, the very best, sent me to John Colon at Auto Nation on Lakeworth Rd. Oh my goodness. Just talking to John on the phone was calming an wonderful. I'm no one to him, but he made me feel I was his #1 priority and everything would be fine. I'm not kidding this man has that kind of power. He called me every other day and sometimes every single day! This kind of service is unheard of. He would actually apologize for it taking longer than anticipated! All of this happened at the beginning of the Holidays. I was not expecting anything faster.The day my car was ready he called like a proud father, Patricia it is all ready for you and I think you will be very pleased This place worked a miracle on my car! I had my Dream Car back! I will be forever grateful to John and all of his leadership through my ordeal. This man is a man who makes his parents proud, he makes God Happy, and anyone lucky enough to come in contact with him walk away feeling better. We went in looking for our dream car. Karen took care of us. She was very helpful. The car I wanted was in another location. She requested a transfer. The car was there the next day so I could take it home. I would recommend it every time. If you go, ask for Karen! She s the BEST!! My car was low mileage and in great condition. Like new!! Thank you for my Range Rover. I love it!!

Had a great experience with Michael and Justin. They listened to me (The customer) and helped me find what I was looking for, at the price I was looking for. In a day and age where customer service is rare, it was very pleasant to actually receive some good customer service leading to the purchase of a new car.

Took my car there after a minor accident for repair. My car is an older car being a 2012 but I bought it here and thought their collision center would be best. WRONG! They claimed there was a part GM no longer made and the car was considered a total loss. The airbags did not deploy nor did the accident bust the radiator or headlights but my car was still totaled. They would not check all after market suppliers, only certain ones. They would not tell me what the part was so that I could search for it and would not use the part if I found it. I was told these things by the gentlemen I dealt with and that it was company policy, not his. He also claimed that his estimate was higher than insurance was willing to pay. My insurance agreed with them because of what they were told by the collision center. I feel this is all B.S. because 50, 60 year old cars and older are restored regularly.I do want to say that the employees I dealt with were professional and I have no issues with them, only the dealership. I would not recommend them to anyone. Parts disclaimers and policies should be made known at first so you could make other decisions if you wanted. I could take the car to other body shops but now I am responsible for towing and transport with no guarantee that anywhere else would be different. I think I could find a shop that would fix it but I took the insurance buy out. I will not be buying from them again or any of their dealerships or using any of their service centers.

I had a great time grabbing my new Silverado Custom. Al was amazing. Knowledgeable, funny and down to earth. However, what impressed me most was his ability to get me the things a wanted and keep everything within my price range. I would suggest asking for Al when you visit their lot. You will not be disappointed.

We were able to negotiate and nail down a firm price before ever visiting the dealership. In addition, we were able to complete a lot of the required paperwork prior to going.This was a much better experience than our previous car deals which involved several counter proposals and waiting for "manager approvals", while sitting for hours in the dealership and drinking five cups of terrible coffee.

We had an amazing experience with AutoNation, especially with Bill Beattie, our salesman. He went above and beyond to make my husband's dream of owning a V8 truck come true. Bill was extremely professional, patient, and funny during our time there. He didn't push us to close the deal, instead, he made it happen organically, which is not standard behavior from what we've seen in other dealerships. Our special thanks to him!!

I made an appointment for service. I showed up the day before and asked if I can leave my vehicle for service. It was more convenient to leave at that time. Chris Primbas was my service advisor. He was very accommodating and understanding. When I came back to pick up my vehicle Chris had my vehicle washed due to how dirty it got parked under the trees in the parking lot. I didn t expect that. Very much appreciated. Thank you Chris for great customer service.

This place is great! Between the great customer service and easy buying process I d be sure to return here or even recommend to friends and family. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and make buying a vehicle as easy as possible and as comfortable as possible. The financing department made it easy to come in and sign papers and leave. Didn t take too long. And like I said everyone there is very nice and communicative.

Took vehicle in for a scheduled oil change. Appointment was confirmed for 12:30. I arrived 10 minutes early for check in. Technician pulled vehicle into back lot and parked it for 2 hrs and 30 minutes. When I complained about the wait and asked for my vehicle back, the service guy drove it into the shop for the oil change. Oil change took 20 minutes. Place overbooks the day. No one wants to wait 3 hours for an oil change. In addition, the price quoted when I made the appointment isn t what the tech tried to charge me. Would not go back to that dealership. Sad for a certified Chevy service center. Disappointed!!!!

My experience at AutoNation Greenacres could not have been any better. This is because FRED FERRESE took excellent care in seeing that we were well informed about our purchase, and made us feel like we were his only customer! This is our second purchase from Fred and we refer our friends to him. We are long-time service customers of Darren Evans as our Service Advisor and now will see Christian Garcia when we bring our new used vehicle in for routine maintenance. Thank you!

I bought my truck here today and I gotta give props to the guys. If you want low pressure . Zach is the guy to see as far as sales. The process took a little longer than I would like at points (I have a short attention span lol) but the manager Richie was also over talking to me and letting me know what they were doing at that point (always honest things and explaining why) and it all came together. Both are people you want to deal with which isn t common in this business.

Came here with my aunt to help her buy a car, and she came with cash. They gave her a price over phone, she came with that exact amount on check. Ended up being less. So she confirmed multiple times if that was the correct price. They said yes many times. Now after signing when she went to finance it s more and the manager is being rude AF! He said it s a mistake, I get that. But you know, you salesman went back to you confirmed everything, and came back and said yes twice. So take it out on him not the buyer. She made sure. One thing though, they did give the best cash price around here. We live close to Orlando, and no one in Orlando or central Florida would do the deal they did. She paid the best cash price around. Drove 2.5 hours here. But they re all rude and make smart snarky comments. Not professional!

Karen was wonderful! I called her prior to our appointment and told her what we were looking for and she was prepared when we got to our appointment. She had 2 cars ready for us to test drive and she didn't yank us around with the price or payments. The process of car shopping to me is normally painful. Karen made it an enjoyable experience. My son and I were out of there with a new car within 3 hours. I was a faithful Schumacher customer for the past 10 years. Now, the only dealership I will be going to is AutoNation Chevrolet.

I recently moved to Southern Florida from the North. I wasn t due to trade in my Mazda for six more months, but someone hacked my key frequency. I knew my next car was a Chevy, but wasn t ready financially. Needless to say, my salesman Guy Struble put his own financial interests aside to make it affordable for me. Being a single woman, many times car salesmen have tried to rip me off. I can honestly say Guy Struble has been the most empathetic salesman I ever had and his customer service is on point. Not to mention his personality, knowledge about cars and his love for corvettes. The finance lady, Christina, spent HOURS trying to make my sale affordable and even an option. She didn t just make the sale happen, but she individually focused on my personal needs and was also very empathetic.Both of them went out of their way to not just make me feel comfortable as a customer, but part of the Chevy family.

Worst experience ever. I had the displeasure of dealing with booth man, Robb "Robber" Schwartz. My car was held hostage there for 6 days before I heard anything, even after asking customer service every day for anybody at all to call me back. Robb never asked if it was OK for me to leave my car overnight, much less for a week, causing me to miss doctor appointments. The brake light sensor that they repaired last year came back on again but they refused to honor their warranty and wanted to charge me almost another $2,000 again. Robb also sent my information to a third party finance company without my permission. Robb also gave me an estimate for a brake flush for $234, that I already had done a month ago. Last but not least, Robb told me that there would be a $205 diagnostic fee, but never mentioned anything about tax or Misc shop fees, which brought the total up to almost $250. I was told the shop fees can be any amount depending on the diagnostic, but will not be told what the Misc fees are for. Beware
