This location has fallen off since new management. Really used to be top notch service. Last two times it s been nothing but excuses and let downs. I dropped off a trailer rim/tire for replacement and I was told they would order the tire and have it done by lunch the next day. 6 days later - finally finished. I had to call (twice) to remind them I was waiting and to get the ball rolling or I d be coming back to get my rim and going elsewhere.

Outstanding service. Had the 8000 mile service done on our Hyundai Tucson and everything was done to perfection. Carlos, Jerrod and the crew are great. See ya agin for tires for out Santa Fe.

This place is truly amazing great and reasonable prices they have really helped me out today and I'm greatly appreciated on everything they did a great job if I could give them more than five stars I most definitely would I most definitely recommend them give them a call and make an appointment ASAP thank you guys so much for all the help today this is the girl in the Dodge Durango thank you guys so much and God bless you..

These guys have competitive prices, they are convenient and the guy at the counter is super easy to deal with. The workers are pretty cool too if you take a moment and speak to them. They are the BEST and we have been there several times recently. I have a wife and 2 daughters I watch out for and they don't watch out for nails in the roadway. You will not be disappointed to stop here first before driving 20 miles thinking you're getting a deal

A hidden gem in Green Cove Springs FL ! I had a full synthetic oil change on my Honda Accord Sport today .. made a very convenient appointment with no problem and was very pleased with all aspects of Tire Outlet . The coupon was a BIG HELP for me and I didn't have to worry about anything else .

Great staff and very professional. Had an appointment and was delayed a bit, but was to help out another customer as well, which was fine. David was very accommodating and even offered a discount, much appreciated. Will be back!!Thank you.

Great service. The young man that worked on my tire (Darnell) was extremely helpful and went the extra mile. As soon as I arrived on the property, he was so helpful by providing excellent customer service. Darnell certainly went the extra mile. Very friendly and professional. I will be back!!!!! Great job and great establishment.

I was referred to this establishment by Nextdoor. Boy am I glad they did! The service was wonderful and the prices you can t beat. I m so happy I m here in Green Cove Springs, if I need their service again, I m 5 minutes away! Thank you guys Edited: I went back to get two more tires, happy again! Great guys and service!!Edited: Back again for oil change. Service was great as usual Edited: This review wasn t offered, go figure had a 12:00 pm appointment last week for an oil change, didn t get out of there until 3:30, why? Totally unacceptable!!

BEWARE!!!!Took my truck in for oil change and fuel filter it s a diesel but never have I been charge $425 for this work anywhere that s just the start , they preformed an inspection On My truck that I did not ask for sent me email that I needed $3,900 worth of front end and brake repairs , as my truck handles great that did not set well with me , I took it to another shop had them inspect and they found that my rear brake pads at 50% total cost of repairs $233Than I found out where I work took a truck there for 2 tires same thing happened got a email saying it needed over $4000 in front end and brakes , they sent truck to dealer who called back and said no repairs needed - coincidence I don t think so - I will never go there again NO INTEGRITY-I never do reviews but this place is out of control STAY AWAY from this store !!!! I would give them no stars if offered , haven t been this upset with a business like this ever

David and the rest of the team at Tire outlet (clay tire) are amazing I called Tuesday for tires for our camper, he had them there Wednesday, we took n camper over there on Thursday morning and he had us Ready to travel by noon Will DEFINITELY be using them again

This is hands down the BEST place for auto services and tires in Clay county. Ladies, you will not find a more honest business or group of mechanics that you can trust than Tire Outlet- Clay. The manager David is genuinely a kind and hardworking individual. He works alongside his team with a smile on his face every day, rain or shine. Please stop searching as the BEST PRICE and SERVICE is at Tire Outlet - Clay.

Called around 8:15 am and was told they had the tire for my car. Made an appointment and when I arrived at the store in Green Cove Springs they didn t have the tire and said they never heard from me. I was told that I spoke to the call center and they never passed the information on to the local store. They asked if I wanted to speak to their customer complaint center but they couldn t help me. Bad business and unprofessional. They lost me as a customer.

Beware of buying tires from this place. We bought tires last year paid $1200 for 4 tires and they were already 3 years old when they sold us the tires and here we are 1 year in having to buy 4 new tires. They sell old tires and charge you full price and then take no ownership. They would not do anything to try to make this right. We will never spend another dime at the company again.
