Mike G has been my GO TO guy for quick lane. There isn't anything this guy can't figure out and fix, very understanding and kind and I never have ANY issues with any repairs he's made or services he's done on my vehicle. Over all, service is AMAZING. Hands down you will NOT find better techs anywhere else, ask for Mike to be your tech. Heather (sw) can always be trusted to guide you in the right direction and is an absolute joy to work with. You have car issues? GO HERE!! you won't be disappointed

Amazing mechanics and great customer service Heather, Kyle, and Kayla. The customer service and the mechanics worked diligently in providing comfort and convenience with my oil change, spark plugs, and alignment. I highly recommend Quick Lane for any of my car needs. Thanks Quick Lane!

I had a seamless and quick experience here. Heather is always extremely informative and pleasure to worth with. I was so happy that she moved over to this new location! I honestly keep coming because of her! I never have to worry about unexpected costs or delays. 10/10 would recommend over and over.

Professional and courteous. The service writers are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The technicians execute their jobs efficiently and thoroughly. The new location is phenomenal and allows for much better service turn around. Would definitely recommend for all your future service needs!!!

Best experience as a new visitor to Garber Quick lane with Kayla. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was taken right away and didn t have to wait very long. I would recommend Garber quick lane to all my friends and family members.

Thank you for the quick and efficient service Kayla. The technicians (Mike and Richard) were also super helpful in showing me the problems and keeping me updated every step of the way. Heather has been my Service Advisor now for 2 yrs at Garber Ford in Green Cove Springs, FL and all I can say I have had numerous service visits and advisors all over to different dealer ships..and Heather is far my #1...she is very professional...caring of my visit scheduled needs..she goes the extra mile and is head and shoulders above anyone I have dealt with in any past locations...she is top notch and deserves praise and accolades because she embodies what she produces in being the best she can be..and it shows!..Garber is lucky in having her on their team...thanks again Heather for all you do..I appreciate you!

Great customer service! Kyle took care of me and my car needs. I drive a good way just to come here. Bozard is closer, but their Quicklanes are not great for customer service. Thank you, Kyle!

Great place to get your oil changed and tire rotations done. They stay on top of your maintenance and don t change maintenance items unless needed.
