Mike is really great to work with. He is easy going and wants to accommodate your needs while working with the insurance company. All of the work I had done was very professional and met all of my expectations. If needed I ll have my body work and service done at Garber going forward.

My car has a recall, I took it to Garber. They had the car parked for more than half a day to say that there was no technician to make the diagnosis, when I went to pick up the car. The advisor Chivvon told me that he could leave the ticket open and that he would call me because he didn't know when there was going to be a technician to check my car. It's been 3 days and he still hasn't called me.

These folks are really good at what they do! My Ford Escape was in nearly perfect condition before I wrecked it. Yes, my fault. A moment's lapse in attention and being in a hurry. Destroyed the whole front of the car. I knew nothing about the collision center but have been a Garber customer for many years so I thought I would try them. They met or exceeded my expectations. A certain part was non- existent or hard to find but Dana persisted and found one! The rebuild looks like new...Good fit on all the parts, no squeaks, no rattles, no vibrations and it tracks straight as can be. The painter is top notch. The color match is spot on which is often difficult with a metal flake, flake evenly distributed and matched the factory with good flow out and no trash in the clearcoat! A top notch crew all around. I hope I will never need their services again...but if I do, I know where to go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND OUR CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED PROPERLY AFTER WAITING 3 MONTHS TO BE FIXED AND NOW WITH NO AC AND REFUSAL TO FIX PROBLEMS!!! Body shop associate Michael Esse was very very rude and disrespectful to me and my father who's in his late 60's (Mr. Esse even raised his voice). They were paid THOUSANDS of dollars right away but our car is not fixed properly the AC is not even working,Windshield cowl is still broken/cracked (wasn't replaced),Hood Struts are broke, The Hood under liner is missing multiple clips and liner is touching top of engine,RED OVER SPRAY PAINT ON BOTH FRONT WHEELS,Driver side fender doesn't fit properly and missing clips/pins on fender, the list goes on...he even admitted they used the cheapest parts possible even though it was suppose to be all OEM parts. The paperwork says they replaced the ac condenser BUT THE AC DOES NOT WORK AND ONLY BLOWS HOT AIR! We brought the car back the next day (Which is Today October 25th 2023) and Michael Esse refused to fix the problems and said "I'm Done Messing with this car!"....We even had to wait an extra month so they could fix damage that was done by employees on the hood even though they were suppose to be fixing damage not causing more! This has truly been a horrible experience and we regret even choosing Garber Collision Center as the ones to fix our car. If Mr. MICHAEL ESSE treats all his customers the way he treated my father and I, then I suggest he get a new job NOT in the general public or anything to do with customer service because he acted very unprofessional and downright nasty attitude that no one deserves to be treated in such a manner especially a paying customer!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Had some repair work done as part of sale, touch up paint, and now 4 months later the clear cost is peeling. As far as I can tell they did the very bare minimum. Sad that quality suffers now.

This is my second experience with Garber Collision (which probably says a lot about my driving), and for the second time, they did outstanding work on my vehicle. The tail end of my 2020 F-150 greeted a tree in New York a few weeks ago, and the moment I saw the damage, I knew I'd be returning here. The damage was mostly "cosmetic" but it was enough to need an expert hand to fix it. I arranged a drop-off before I returned home and they had the vehicle a bit over a week. Their work, as it was on my 2013 F-150 seven years ago, was flawless. The staff there are friendly and responsive and the quality of their work is tops. Having an accident and needing collision work can be a painful experience, but these folks make things a lot smoother.Service: Body & Trim

I was very pleased with the work of this shop. After the nightmare of someone running into the back of my new car I asked around and everyone highly recommended this place. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I mainly dealt with Steve at the shop who worked directly with my Insurance Co. He keep me informed of repair progress and explained what I could expect. I am totally happy with the work done on my car-looks good as new! Thanks again !

Had a broken gas cap cover on my Jeep. Although I didn t have an appointment the day it happened, Garber Collision Center told me I could bring it in right away, and that they d order me a new one if it wasn t fixable. When I arrived, the office manager, Mike, didn t make me wait for someone in the body shop. Although it was a scorching hot Florida afternoon, Mike took the gas shield out of my hands, walked with me to the parking lot and patiently figured out how to reattach it. Didn t charge me and wished me a good day. What struck me the most was that he didn t have to do anything for me. All his job required was to put my name on a list for the next available body shop technician. He didn t even ask me to write this review. I ve had other, more serious repairs done here and have always been incredibly happy with Garber Body Shop s work and service. Great people here, especially Mike.Service: Body & Trim

Wow, excellent service! Steve kept us up to date, and delivered our car back to us a day ahead of schedule. The car was hit hard on the rear quarter, a very tough fix. It now looks good as new, even better! Great job guys! Thanks

It is always unnerving to find that you need mechanical automotive repairs when you are far from home. Even worse, though, is when you need auto body repair. I am from NC and found myself needing body repair due to an accident in early March 2017 while visiting in FL. I had grave reservations, but had no choice but to choose a body shop. Based on a recommendation from a friend who had used Barger Collision in Cedar Cove Springs, FL, I took my vehicle there.I was met by Mr. Mike Fitzgerald, the body shop manager. He was a very friendly, professional fellow. He understood my hesitations about having that kind of work done out-of-state, and quickly put me at ease. He explained in detail what would need to be done, how it would be done, what it would cost, and how long it would take. I decided to leave my vehicle in his care.Long story short, the results far exceeded my expectations. Barger Collision even had its own color-matching lab where they mix their own paint. Mr. Fitzgerald matched the paint color so perfectly, I could not tell there had ever been any damage at all. My vehicle was cleaned up/shined up after the work and looked great. To my great surprise, the job was even finished one day ahead of time, when I fully expected it to take longer than quoted. The entire process was handled much more professionally than I ever would have imagined.I cannot say that I ever want to need their services again, but if ever I am once again anywhere near Cedar Cove Springs and need body work, I will most certainly go there.Van WilliamsPinehurst, NC
