Wow! Highly recommend! Local Businesses are so deserving of the job well done on my vehicle today What a difference in driving it noticed the difference immediately. Went here because of the good reviews and they did not disappoint. I moved here from up north and was worried because I wanted an honest mechanic like I had back home. Well, I found it! Honest & affordable. How it should be! Will definitely be returning and my husband is taking his truck there soon!

My wife's car just stopped running while she had been waiting in the elementary school pick-up line. They were fast, friendly and got the car running again in short order. She's been telling me how impressed she was all afternoon. And after she showed me the invoice I was impressed too.If someone from Community reads this: thank you!Update:The transmission on my car went to the great junk yard in the sky. Community was able to source and replace the entire transmission in record time. This place was very friendly and fast! I have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years. I always strive to give my customers the best service possible, unfortunately I don't receive the same when I'm out. John was extremely kind, communicative and professional. The car needed several things done to it. I was pleased with the price and the car runs great. The worst place I have brought one of my car to. The bosses front desk man was very rude to me and wouldn't fix my car correctly. When he was getting my money he was nice and after that he didn't care. This is not over yet. It's a shame how someone acts. I spent over $2000.00 dollars. The money is not the only issue, when you trust someone to take care of you, there is not much more to say..

Looking at this place, you may not think much, but don't let that fool you. In a time where everyone begs the question, "Am I getting ripped off?" by your mechanic -- I can guarantee you will be satisfied by the results of this shop. It's tucked on a corner across from the Green Cove Springs Fire Department and I've taken my car here for about 2 years now. They're fair, honest, and good people. They'll work with you and give you an honest assessment about your car and do the job quickly and right the first time. If you're tight on money, they'll recommend what they can do to keep the car running and tell you flat out what will need to be done and by when. Trust in this place, they haven't let me down yet and even though I moved out to Jacksonville, FL I still make sure to get my car towed out to Green Cove for their service. Would recommend the shop to all my friends and family. And trust me I do.

I just serviced my 15 Yukon A/C, and John was so awesome! He appeared to be working alone... He was multitasking and very efficient. I commend his work ethic because he wasn t bothered by the high demands of the shop. My initial visit was maybe 15 mins. He located the issue, explained the service, and ordered the part. The next day I received a call with confirmation that my part arrived and we scheduled my repair. My repair was completed and at a fair price and within the quoted time frame. Upon pickup John explained his warranty policy and how to get help nationwide. Thank You Community Automotive Repair Specialist LLC for speedy, fair, and professional service. I ve never been cooler in FL sun! I will return for service here.

I'm not one to write reviews about every place I've taken a bite of food or stayed the night at, but I felt compelled to give this auto repair business the credit they deserve. My wife literally broke down in the parking lot of Community Auto repair. We've had lots of work done on our vehicles at numerous places around the Orange Park and Green Cove area. This was by far the best repair shop I've had the pleasure of dealing with. From the estimate, to the worked performed, and especially the professionalism from the mechanics Chris and John. Kept us up to date with what was going on and worked OT to make sure they got the job done when promised even with extenuating circumstances. Timing belt, water pump, and another belt I had no idea was trashed. No small job and I was pleasantly surprised of the outcome. I have to be honest, I did not think they were going to be able to pull it off in the time and for the money they quoted, especially with the unforeseen. Great job and I have now found my new place of business for ALL future repairs. Thank you and kudos to you fellas!! 6-29-18

My son's car broke down a little ways away from this shop. It was a blessing that the shop was close, as it was midnight. We were able to leave the car in their lot and drop off the key in their night drop. The next day I spoke with Chris. He said he would get back to me on what the problem was. Within a few hours the car was diagnosed and a few hours after that, was fixed. We were able to pick up the car that afternoon. The service from Chris was excellent and the price was extremely fair.

We have been bringing our cars here for a few years now. My husband is very picky on who touches his vette! We trust them all completely! Pricing is very reasonable and the customer service is amazing! They are very accommodating whether it's for emergencies or routine maintenance.

I had two other mechanics AND a dealership tell me different things were wrong with my car and paid them for services that didn't fix my car.Jason and his team were awesome! They were quick, efficient, and fixed the actual problem..and without charging me an arm and a leg! I would highly recommend Community Automotive Repair for your auto repair needs.

I have had my truck serviced here and they did a great job, got my truck back to me the same day. Not long after that took my moms car up there for a wiring issue, and oil change. they got me her car back the following day. over all they do a great job, customer service was great answered all me and my moms questions, and prices fair for what all was done.

You know how they say the hole in the wall restaurant has the best food? It's like this with the shop. Doesn't look like much from the outside but they are just amazing folks. The service is honest and friendly. They let you know what's going on up front and if they can take a less invasive, less expensive approach they will. For me, it is an AC issue. Been out for a year and we finally have the means to fix it. They went with a leak test and Freon top off to try to see if that was the problem. No go. The next step was an AC kit (evap, txv,compressor, Freon and labor) for around $1100. They even gave me half off the leak/pressure test and subtracted it from the AC kit. They really are willing to work with you on price. Hell, I know places that would just charge $1000 for a compressor!! Highly satisfied. They are also willing to give me a ride to get the vehicle since it's my only mode of transportation. Bravo Zulu to this down to earth mechanical shop!

These guys are the best! They inspected my car and found several things wrong with it. They explained and even showed me what they had found and what needed to be done. They even tried to bring the cost of repairs down for me. Honest, good service, and trustworthy. And they do their best to keep their word. They replaced my axels and bearings today, unfortunately, they got sent the wrong axels and the right ones were 100 miles away. It took a little longer than the 4 hours they said it would take due to the wrong parts, but they got the right ones installed today so I did not have to be without my only mode of transportation for more than a day! Thank you Community Auto!!

These guys quoted me $600 less than than EVERY shop in green cove/ Fleming island to have my radiator and thermostat replaced.Greeted with a smile and pleasant attitude first thing in the morning! I even mentioned that I would need to get my A/c fixed soon since I have an infant, and they made sure my ac was blowing ice cold to fog this Florida heat! Would definitely recommend!

Great experience! Jason and John took the time to figure out the issue with my truck. They made sure it was fixed correctly. It was worth the drive from St. Augustine for a local shop that does quality work.

My son's 2009 Hyundai wouldn't start and heresearched possible auto repair businesses in.the Green Cove Springs area. Found Community Autowithmany highly positive reviews. Car was towed on for troubleshooting and repair. Less than 24 hours later was notified that the stsrterhasbeenreplaced and the cat read ready. Price was very fair and service was about the best I've ever experienced. I wouldn't hesitate taking my car to this shop even though I live in Orange Park. My Dad told me if you find arrlisbke mechanic, then stick with him . Great advice.

I was having shifting issues with my 2007 GMC duramax truck.. With just a brief conversation I could tell that they were knowledgeable on the Allison transmission by the type of questions that they asked.I got my truck back the following day and it shifts smoother and better than it ever had.Great guys to deal with !!!

I took my Lexus in to have the brakes changed and all four tires changed. The staff was very knowledgeable friendly and quick to get me in and out of there so I could continue on with my day. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and will return in the future.

This place in my opinion is bad, they took my money did not work on my car for weeks. Excuse after excuse took my CaR running now does not, they blamed me for them not using due diligence. As professional they had my car 13 weeks left me stranded kept telling me a week car be done. Never happened, talked to other customers and did same thing. Make CaR not run want more money. Then want to charge storage for car for broken car being there. They made not run.I would never go here. Owner is rude, didn't care he misleading, blames customer. For their mistakes MAke SURE YOU ask to see tech certificate that works on the car.

Very knowledgeable and great service!! I take my family of cars there. 2007 Expedition, 2014 Cadillac CTS, and my baby 2005 Corvette. They are the greatest people with very fair pricing.

When I needed a new timing belt this past summer, Jason and the guys at C.A.R.S. quickly diagnosed my car and got me back on the road with a high quality job at a fair price! I would highly recommend them for all of your car repair needs!

I appreciate the people at this shop very much. They worked on my car on their off day when they didn't have to, and they also picked me up from my house since I did not have a way back to the shop. Very nice people who do great work!! I <3 my new AC! :)
