Mr. Phil and his entire staff were knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and caring. They did not perform the requested alignment as I needed new tires first, which they do not sell, so no sales gimmic involved and told me once the new tires were on to bring it back for the alignment. They have definitely earned my repeat business.

Mr. Phil is an AMAZING man. He was very quick and efficient. Easy to talk to and explained everything. Would defiantly recommend his place of business.

Phil was very very nice. Even though they were packed they had Us Drop off Our ATV tires. We thought it would take all day with how bad they were packed but they called us within the hour. Will definitely use them again .

So, I get there 10 minutes till closing and ask for 2 used tires. Owner/operator Phil had no problem at all! Went out back, and selected the best two got them swapped out and off I went. (after going to the ATM.... Cash only)

Do you have a old school ride? and need a front end alignment? this is the place. Phillip knows what he is doing. Bring cash or check no cards. Doesn't have a lobby or waiting room, best to just drop it off or spend time looking thru the junk yard around the shop. It is very hard to find a good mechanic shop but mr. Phil and his two sons will and Corey at Graceville alignment does excellent work are very honest and a very reasonable price
