Super popular place. If you are into all you can eat this is the place for you! My mother in law has been coming here for years, and it is her favorite place around. Lots of great memories. My wife did enjoy her peal and eat shrimp. Sister in law enjoyed her fish okay. My burger... generic. But that's not why people come here. Hard to describe my feelings about this place. Just not for me. Obviously is the place for many others!

Introduced Stan's to brother in law about 8 years ago and he takes almost all of his visitors there now!!Always a great atmosphere and great crowd and most of all great staff!!!This trip as we drove down the road there was at least half mile of Easter eggs hung on trees, signs, and bridges. Very cool folks!!!

Have been here twice now coming down to Florida to visit. Dive bar type of place. It's really just a big party. Sunday Funday has been the event I've been here for. Sunday Funday is from 1pm-6pm, with a Star Spangled Banner kickoff!Outdoor seating and standing, live music and flowing drinks.The food is actually pretty good too. I had the Blackened Grouper with onion rings this time around. It was well seasoned and cooked right.Service is exactly what you'd expect for a dive, they're busy, so you either wait or you flag them down.

We love dive places and this is one of the best! Outside seating provided a beautiful view and to the side they were line dancing. We started with alligator bites then had the Captains platter and Blackened Ahi with beans and rice. Everything was cooked to perfection! So much that we may visit again before heading home.

I had an awesome time here. I came in on a Sunday and ended up staying for "Sunday Funday" which is a big fun celebration. 3 local restaurants participate in it.Stan is a big fun place. It is the first restaurant/bar you will come across. It's at the entrance of this, I want to call an inlet. it has I think 4 plus bars, food a a stage, a dancing area, plenty of sitting areas, sideways and back. On sunday they had a great band playing. It was let's if fun.The free parking is limited. I did find for a $10 donation plenty of parking around. The place is worth checking out. The staff is friendly and you are going to have a great time here.

Stan s is all about the party and live music on Sunday afternoon. Very busy and there is always a band.Lots of servers, always easy to get a drink or bucket of beer. Food comes out very fast. It is typical bar food.Big dance floor, lots of tables and so much fun -

When you are in the Sunshine State, restaurant with outdoor seating and live music are not hard to find. We were introduced to one of the popular spot by locals, where they had plenty of food, booze, and music!When we arrived, they had a live band playing some oldies, and patrons were dancing their heats out! Around the stage and the dancing floor, they had more outdoor seating, with a view of water.We got there around 3:30pm, and lucky for us, they have happy hour from 3pm 6pm. Actually, they call that Idle Hour here. After some wait, we got attention of a server, and we ordered Margarita, Popcorn Shrimp, Clam Strips, and Fried Mozzarella. The orders arrived rather quickly, which was great.Margarita was strong and tasty, but not big in size though. All the "snacks" we ordered was nice, but kind of small in portion as well. And since all the dishes we ordered were all fried, they almost tasted the same They have a souvenir shop on the premises, selling Stan s special gift items, including t-shirts and hats. They had loads of really funny items as well, it is worth checking it out.We certainly had a fun afternoon with nice snacks and drinks. Our server, Brandon was very friendly and helpful, he took a really good care of us.

Going to this place on that Sunday afternoon made my vacation! This place is amazing great people watching, amazing entertainment and very patriotic crowd. We ordered a few buckets of beers and some oysters and they were great. This place is an absolute must visit. Great crowd, live music and good service!

Great waterfront place to have fun for all ages! All outdoors with sun coverage picnic tables and bar. Very dog-friendly place. Entertainment is top notch and gets the crowd dancing. Maybe you will learn their famous Buzzard Lope!

Local place been in business for over 30 decades. Home of the Buzzard Lope dance and just good music, food and lots of people watching!If you have a boat you can pull up on the waterside and listen and enjoy the music. If driving recommend getting there early as party is tight and parking will extend up the road. Instead take a taxi and or take one home is easier especially if you drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Which you will! (Did I mention lots of people watching??)Local bizs support Stan's and there is a small shop called the "Island Woman" where you can get an official Stan's shirt, tank or other souvenir.Great place for drinks, bring cash too as some of the satellite bars are cash only.

I love reading 1 star reviews to see what people complain about. The drinks taste good and I've tried the steak, fish, gator, and frog legs. Everything with sweet potato fries , two dollars extra and worth it. There's always been live music that's been good. I just walked over from where im at so the parking isnt something ive dealt with but for sure its a busy spot so get here early if you want a good spot ( not unlike most popular places ) the people who complain probably complain about everything so if you are like that just stay home and order from uber eats. Will be back for sure best bar in Goodland. It's not cheap and shouldn't be.

It s a fun place to eat outside and enjoy live music, that s what you go here for! The peel and eat shrimp is great, grouper was very good, fried or blackened. Chicken strips are average, onion rings we very good. They make a great margarita, beer and wine selection is limited. You can dock a boat, not many slips but good option.It s a ten minute drive from the north side of Marco Island, watch for police if coming back to Marco.

Always a lot of fun. Great servers and food. On the water in Goodland. Sunday Funday must be experienced.Parking: Parking is scarce during Sunday Funday. There are private paid spots for $10 - all day

I loved the environment (but was there on a Saturday). You sit outside and a band plays. There's a gift shop. The alligator bites were great but not the best, the steak fries were alright and the onion rings were fantastic.

Fun place to stop and eat, get there early for Sunday Funday (Saturday is busy too) otherwise it'll be tricky to find a place to dock. Food is good, service is friendly and the band was great! Several bars to choose from, so you won't go thirsty. Bathroom not handicap accessible, but it'll do.

DONT LEAVE BAR TAB OPEN!!Scammed by the bartender! Went to close out open tab at end of day, she said she couldn't "find" my card on file. So, she rerang my drinks. Looked this am....she double charged. Should have gone with my gut, knew I was being scammed.Also agree with others...smelly and toilets were DISGUSTING! For the kind of dough your bringing in, class it up a bit!Giving 1 stars cuz it was a fun place to hang out. Learn from my lesson!

Dive bar and local treasure! It's a must visit when you're in Marco. Cheeseburgers are good. Live music and amiable crowd. Wear your Harley leather, faded t-shirt or Tommy Bahamas - everyone is welcome. But don't count on a quiet and relaxing time!

Stans is always a good time. Fun, outdoor venue with some of the best live music in the area. Stans has always been a staple of Sunday afternoons, but they are now expanding the fun on Friday night and Saturday days. So, if you dont the big crowds and limited parking on Sunday, but still want to see a great band - come out Friday or Saturday. You won't be disappointed.Parking: If you go Sunday, the show starts at 1. Get there around 11 if you want easy parking and a table

Food was just okay; had blackened grouper that was tasty, but bun was so dry and hard nust of been sitting out for a while. Server recommended onion rings; cold and greasy. Food runner brought our food asked him for another round of drinks, he said we have to order from the server. OK, the problem was that we never saw our server again until we ran him down 10 min after we were done eating.
