Don t go here. Last time I came I didn t have any problems and there was a completely different staff. But today when I came in I was treated poorly. I was an hour late to my appointment. (Oil change and tire rotation) Okay, I must ve misread the time and that was my fault. Was told I d have to wait 3 1/2 hours. Okay fine not ideal but again I m at fault for misreading the time. The lady named Jenny (steer clear of her, she s rude and arrogant) asked me for info about my tires (I didn t have to do this last time) so I had to go outside and check. So when I came back in to give her the info she asked for I got ignored while they helped other customers. (Update 12/2/23) came back to say the Causeway location is much better, wonderful staff and had the opposite of this experience. I ll be going there from now on. Avoid this one like the plague.

Was told 2 hours, then 1 more hour, then your next in line, then an hour later they pull my car in, then it sat in a bay for another hour before they touched it. Never again. I hope my car doesn t fall apart down the road after this.

Busy place, I recommend making an appointment. It was a saturday afternoon and knew it was going to be a 2 to 3 hour wait. Planned to walk across the street to the AMC theaters to watch a movie. Awesome way to spend the time the afternoon.

Got a new battery put in and an oil change was done in 20 minutes. They were helpful and fast . Been going here for 5 yrs now never had a problem

They overfilled my oil and cracked my oil pan, ruined the spark plugs. Made me run around to get quotes, then pretty much ghosted us when it was time to pay up.. Had to call and email the adjuster/case manager (Dustin) every other day to no avail. Finally got a representative on the phone that understand what was going on and couldn't understand why he hadn't done his job after a month. She was able to get the check cut for the repairs literally that same day. Then tried to reach his higher up (Monique) about the service, she never even bothered to email or call back.

I'm solely going off customer service! I called 2 other locations where I was put on Hold and no one even came back to the call. Thanks Stanley for answering the call although close to closing he was professional and helped me Keep up the Great work Stanley

Unbelievably incompetent, I drop my tire and rim off, hoping this would t take too. Agreed on pricing all seemed well. This a job that should take 20 min. Lady never gave me any estimation on when it would be done. I come back an hour later. I politely ask if I can get a roundabout time when it would be completed. Lady responded like I was an idiot and quoted me another 2 hrs. No problem I show back up 4.5 hrs later and state I never got your call. Ohh well it s not done yet. not done yet? I came you told me 2 hrs. It s now been 5 hrs for a simple job. She walks back to the bay and came back out and said yup not done yet. okay give me tire and rim back I m tired of being lied to. She tried to hand me back the little slip. Again. yo lady are not hearing me? What the hell do I need this slip for ? well so when it s done you can pick it up wow is all I said and just walked back into the bay they told me I can t be back there. no problem, picked my rim and tire up and left.Service: Tires

I called about replacing a car battery and was told they had a replacement in stock and just bring the car over. Only to find out they had a four hour wait. But actually they turned the car around in about an hour. I appreciate the quick response.

It took them an hour and a half just to put a tire on my rim. That's not even putting the tire on the car. They refused to do that because of a broken stud. There were others waiting 3 or 4 hours just for an oil change. The only reason I came here was because I had a couple of gift cards.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went to Walmart Gibsonton Auto Care neither they could find my tire warranty/road hazard replacement records in their system nor had the type of tire needed for my vehicle. Took it to the Brandon Causeway Blvd location they replaced my tire and put new hub caps but didn't put it the right way. I had to go again to get it right. The Causeway Blvd location seldom receives the calls so is very hard to reach them.

Called to see if I needed to make an appointment to get a new tire. They said no but it's a three and half hour wait. I said ok I'll just have my daughter pick me up. They called after about 45 minutes letting me know my car was done. They also didn't try to sell me a bunch of other services.

Called them last minute. They were about to close and they're by appointment only. I told Jerry we were 2 hrs away from home and only visiting the beach and ran into a tire issue. She told me to hurry over and they'll help me out. They got me in right away and made sure we were safe. Thank you all.

Terrible work and customer service. I took my truck in for a tire rotation and balance. I was 1st in line according to the CSR. 2 hours later I received a text telling me my vehicle was ready........nothing had been done. They claimed the tires were too big to balance (Ford Factory tires) and just decided not to do anything. Typical Walmart service reputation.

I have always had a great experience at my local Walmart auto care center. I researched best times to have my oil changed and have never sat longer than 1 1/2 hours. Generally, I m in and out within 45 minutes. I love the service I ve gotten each and every time. (The tech called me when I needed more oil than what I brought with me. He gave me time to get there and then finished the oil change. *That s great service right there!) I can t say enough good things about my center.

Wow, so where do I begin. I ordered tires online and set an appointment to have them installed. The tires are late, so they cancelled my appointment and was told by customer service to reschedule. I then called the tire center, nobody answered the phone. I waited about 30 minutes just in case they didn't open at 7 am, and still nobody answered the phone. I called 14 times. FINALLY at 9:30 am a gal exasperatedly answered the phone. She then tells me "we don't do appointments, first come first served only." When I explained that I did have an appointment that had been cancelled because my tires were late I was told that I can take the tires somewhere else. The online customer service reps literally told me to call and make the appointment because the site keeps telling me no appointment times exist. My wife just haf THIS STORE put tires on her truck, and they gladly made an appointment for her, so unless something changes in the last 3 ish weeks, somebody is lying. I'm going to the store to sort this out. Last time I get tires at Walmart.

I went there to get two tires replaced. The staff was very friendly. I was told it could take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour since someone was in front of me. After 35 minutes, I went to the back and they said that it was done. I was shocked at fast they were. I was also very impressed that for two new tires, I pairs less than I have ever paid!

Very big store!! Has more self checkouts than human cashiers. Which is great if you only have a few items. If you have a whole cart full it's more difficult because they don't have any space to put your things so you can scan quicker. Like a small conveyor belt. There are only 4 registers that do have a person at them and usually only two open. Like I said earlier it is a big store. They have just about anything you might want or need. Prices are pretty decent. Nice store in my opinion. Nice people work here.

I arrived at 6:58p with a flat donut that I was driving in the thunder storm but by the time they came to my vehicle it was 7:03. After I was denied service because "they were closed" they proceeded to tell me to come back when they opened at 7 in the morning but that I should arrive around 615am because there's usually a line. (They put air in my tire to hold me.) I arrived at 6a to make sure I was first but unfortunately they didn't open thier doors and service my vehicle until 7:28a. There was no explanation or apology of why they opened so late and why it took them so long to change my tire which made me an hour late to work. After speaking with the manager he took off the service fee but I expected better from Walmart.

My battery went dead and I had to get a jump. I drove straight to Walmart to get a replacement. I called on the way and was on hold for 15 minutes. I walked inside (still on hold) and watched the man ignore the phone. After waiting in his long line I explained I needed a battery to go swap out real quick and asked if they help me take it out to swap. He sent me back outside to go wait at the bay for service to help me with it. After waiting there another 10 minutes with my car still running, the service guy told me I have to move my car and let some other people in that had a ticket just placed while I was inside. He said he will get to me later. I just needed a battery swap. No other service. I explained that I was late to get my kid from school and that I ve already been waiting but he still insisted on writing up an order just to give me a battery. So I left and went to AutoZone.

Pricing was decent. Two of the employees working in the auto center were fantastic.They accidentally overcharged me and when I called to speak to someone I waited on hold at least 10 times before being transferred to the wrong place over and over. I spoke with a very rude employee who found fault with me when I asked to just have a manager call me back when they had time. She didnt even bother to ask me to hold, she just handed the phone over and ran her mouth the to woman now holding the phone . So unacceptable.The manager put me on hold and transferred me back to automotive twice without so much as an apology for the wait or rude employee.30 minutes later and I'm waiting for a call back from another manager that actually wants to try and fix the problem instead of handing it off.

2 stars for the pricing but the customer service is negative 40. Everyone in the service department after 5 acted as if they wished people would stop coming. Dragged there feet checking cars in and out. Even the check out process was the slowest I've seen. If I didn't really need tires I would have keep my $900. Next time I need tires I'll pay more!

It went from your tier is here come on down to oh its a 2 hour wait. And out of nowhere. This white man trying to. Pay me no mine like I'm not even there I say excuse me sir he finally looks at me I try to tell him I order the tire and was called to come in to install . he cuts me off says its a 4 hour wait. I say how that happen he just walked away. A lady notice and call at me and asked how can she help. I explained she said the problem is they are ready to leave and only 2 guys will stay working. She told me Sunday hours its busy be here way before they open. Which is 8am she says when she gets here already a line all the way down. After all this I feel like just giving up my Wal-Mart card and just get tire someplace else and

Guys are friendly service was good but the lady checking in cars is extremely slow. 25 minute wait just to get 2 cars in the the bay. Everytime you call it's please hold. I see six people three standing inside you think someone else could grab a scanner an get cars checked in to get service moving.

This place would have a zero if the workers weren t so kind and attentive. I arrived at 6:50 for their opening at 7am and it is currently 7:36 and the management, Malcom or Frank, hasn t arrived to unlock the gates to the auto repair. The associates paged on the loud speaker twice for a manager to come and open the gates for myself and a truck delivery. They even walked around the Walmart center to find a manager who could help and no one could be found. Finally the over night manager, Stephanie, came and unfotunelty did with an attitude, stating she didn t hear any of the loud speaker pages, despite the associate and I telling her he did. Horrible organization, management, and customer service from the managers!!!
