I used this service twice. Unfortunately, their explanation was not clear. Because of this poor communication I lost a new battery and a new alternator. It doesn't matter if you charge less if the customer has to repurchase new batteries and alternators. Also they were unwilling to negotiate even though they gave me wrong information about driving the car. I hope in the future Will and Paul will provide necessary information to their customers about vehicle maintenance.

I called him to ask if he can come to my home and put a spare tire on my vehicle for me & he said no. I m a single foster parent of 3 & was in need of help because I had already used my free AAA s. People really miss out on their blessings by not helping others in need. I would ve paid him good for his time but he told me no very aggressively. I would never refer him to anyone!

Despite communication and scheduling issues, I had high hopes to begin with. However, the office seems quite disorganized. Scheduling appointments that did not match the time the mechanic had listed, which caused them to show up very early or very late. Scheduling appointments but not confirming with me before. Now we ve called back because what they fixed is no longer fixed. They said they d call back but haven t and haven t answered or returned my calls.

Excellent customer service, Adrian responded quickly to my messages Andrew my mechanic was extremely polite, on time and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend, will definitely be using again for all future projects.

I so wanted to leave a good review for this business, but a lack of response from the owner prevented that from happening. I needed my shocks and struts replaced on my car as well as my a/c checked. I was given the price for the suspension work (which was not the lowest quote I received) and told, since they were doing the work, the a/c check would be free. The mechanic came out to do the shocks and struts but he was not the guy to also check the a/c. When I contacted the owner twice about having the a/c checked I never got a response. It feels like they got my money for the suspension work & that was what mattered. Due to a lack of response & integrity I would not recommend this business. Good customer service goes a long way. Never commit to doing something and not deliver.

Listen, my car brakes were grinding and I needed it fix fast. At the last minute I call Mobile plus and got an appointment for the next day. ANDREW came and completed it in the blink of an eye. Called them to have someone come down and check my car, which was not taking off, totally un-drivable . They got here super fast on the first call. Did a diagnostic. Said was the CAT-convertor so they told me to go install a CAT and that should fix the problem. Cost over $400 to get s new one/installed and it wasn t the CAT. Car is still having issues. Called them 5-6 times to see if they can come down to properly diagnose the car since it s costs $80 for them to just check the car.After several calls, they keep saying they are going to come, but never show up. Stood me up 4 times! They say they will call back and never do. I m not one to leave reviews at all, but this time I just felt like I was put off and stood up since now there s an issue.I am sure they are great if you know what the issue is or for maintenance like changing breaks, tune ups, alternators, but as far as customer support goes, its definitely something they need to work on. Sorry for the bad review, mechanic seems like a nice guy, but $480 later and my vehicle is still unusable because of a wrong diagnosis.Just know that if something isn t done right, or needs follow up, they are probably not the ones for that job.

I have now had 2 of my cars worked on by this company. Adrian is very professional and pricing was always reasonable. They ve done a battery installation, as well as a Starter. The mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing ... Great price!!!!....I will call these guys for any future car needs... they told me where to find the fan assembly for my Jeep, all the items they needed to fix and scheduled a time....done in less than an hour...a week later so far so good...Thanks guys
