I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tomlinson Motor Company for both a vehicle purchase and subsequent service needs. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The sales team was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right car without any pressure. The service department continued the excellent experience with their efficiency and transparency. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I m speechless. My son called Thanksgiving week with a headlight out and check engine light on. He needed help days before Thanksgiving in order to come home. Despite being fully booked and having a decreased staff during the holiday week, Scott brought him in! My son s light was replaced and they looked his car over and told him it was safe to drive home. My son said Scott was positive and polite, as he was when I called later to thank them. It is rare to find this level of customer service! We are thrilled to have a place away from home to do car repairs.

I can't say enough good things about this place!From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm atmosphere.Not only did they provide top-notch service, but they did it at a price that was significantly lower than other places I've been to. My Toyota has been serviced exclusively at the dealership until today. I decided to switch to an automotive repair shop now that my vehicle has more than 100,000 miles on it.After extensive research I found Tomlinson Motor Company Service in Gainesville.Ms. Tami, and the two gentlemen I worked with Tyler and Scott, were amazing. Not only were the repairs made today, they were made with short notice, patience, thorough explanations and smiles.I found my new repair shop in Gainesville. They are truly the best!

The service department here is one of the best in Gainesville. They are much better than any of the dealerships around them and their customer service is unmatched. They were quick and friendly, never making me feel like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I will definitely come back to Tomlinson before I go anywhere else. Thank you!

You need to go to the Service Center for your car needs instead of Toyota dealership just down the streetI had a problem that the Toyota dealership missed and charged me for and when I decided to take a chance on going to Tomlinson Service (you need to pull up to the service side)Scott was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutesGo see Scott at Tomlinson Service you ll be glad you didNo more Toyota Dealership for this Corolla owner , I m going to Tomlinson

The front desk and the mechanics (led by Scott) there are awesome! They are very friendly and professional. The part that I like the most is that they are so honest and don't recommend me any repairs unnecessary. I am beyond greatful. I have been taking my car to scott for many years now and as a single woman it gives me peace knowing that everyone here is honest, reliable and goes above and beyond to make sure my car is running properly. I could not say enought good things about this place. I was driving back up to school when my cars low coolent alert went off. I stopped here during my drive and they filled the water reserve for me free of charge. The service was quick and they were very friendly. The waiting are was also nice and clean. They also took a look at other things in my car and gave me a list of somethings to take care of once I was back at school. 10/10!

5 star- Great Customer Service.... Derrick is a knowledgeable sales associate of their inventory and conditions of cars. Jon, is also one of the most professional Sales Manager's I've came across in a long time. I've purchased 2 vehicles from these guys thus far and will definitely purchase again, if I'm ever shopping for a nice ride. Also, I would recommend them to family and friends for a place to shop.Keep up the great work Tomlinson!!!
