Stay away from this place. This is as poor service as I have experienced in a long time. My car sat for 1 1/2 hours until I had to say something for someone to move. Several of the guys were just sitting around the garage joking instead of working. Once a guy did work on my truck he couldn't get my oil filter off, but when I examined his tool it was an old worn out tool. A 100% lack of caring about their job. So I had to pay $157 for oil and my old filter still on the vehicle. AND they never got to rotating my tires. After I witnessed this problem I told them to lower my car, so I could get out of there. Buyer beware. You have been warned.

I needed to reschedule my original appointment when I had a family issue. They cancelled the original appointment and later rescheduled the new one without a hassle. Destin was able to reuse some of my parts which save me a significant amount of money. They were able to get my car in and out as promised. Great job!

In my opinion they are CROOKS! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING! Ever heard of the mechanic that breaks something EVERYTIME you are there so they can charge you to fix it? This is who these people are. I took my jeep in 3 weeks ago for oxygen sensors. They say you need cam position sensors. Mind you It's only got 111k miles on it so yeah maybe it's time. Mistake, big mistake. They replaced them and when they did they apparently destroyed my engine. I left that Saturday and it was running worse than it had ever. I took it back in Sunday and they had it for 3 days before they show me a picture of all of this metal in my oil. Mind you they just did the last 2 oil changes with no issue. So they say 6600 for a new engine. 2 weeks later, I go to pick it up its now $10,164 not 6600 and I go out to get in my jeep and the AC doesn't work. I am flabbergasted at the negligence of this establishment. You go there and you will have more problems, after reading other reviews this is regular behavior (destroying engines) Buyer beware, not only will I be writing a Google review, I will be seeking a lawyer and reporting them to the better business bureau. If the owner reads this I sincerely hope you make some changes. They didn't connect everything, my slave cylinder is covered in oil. They scratched my grill, they lost screws in my hood hold down, and scratched those hold downs. ****Update**** now 4 days later my check engine light is on.

From the initial call I made to set up an appointment to being there in person, the customer service at Tires Plus is phenomenal. They were quick and efficient and I will most definitely be a return customer.

I have been a customer at Tires Plus for a long time, and the guys at the one on 13th Street in Gainesville, FL are the best! I never feel like I am being taken advantage of and they always work hard to work me in, even when they are busy. The best customer service, truly!

My service here was great, I needed an alignment and I was in and out the same day. I appreciate the guy that checked me out, he went over everything with me and even checked on my car the next day. 10/10 service.

I have always had a positive experience at this Tires Plus. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure my Jeep can get back on the road in the the safest way possible. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable.

I had to bring my wife s car to Tires Plus over a month ago due to warranty restrictions. The most disappointing aspect of our experience is the lack of communication. They don t document their work, making it impossible for other employees to provide updates. I ve been trying to reach the mechanic, but he s never available and doesn t return calls. While I understand the warranty may slow things down, clear and timely verbal updates should be a basic expectation. And they still have my car. But hey, my mechanic will for sure be in tomorrow. I was told if i were him, I d call in to make sure I talk to him instead of waiting for him to call me back. What? Hold up, your in the customer service business. I shouldn t have to chase you down with phone tag where I m the only player.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I went in last minute and indicated I couldn't do service if it carried me over a certain time. They beat my targeted time by 30 minutes. In addition, we discussed what upcoming car needs may be etc. Today they get 5 stars from me.

I called ahead and spoke to someone about having my truck issues diagnosed and about the company I have a warranty with. I was told by Erin, the manager after waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours that they will not be accepting my warranty company. I called the company and I called the lot I bought the truck from. They were both confused because this tires Plus was listed as a participating vendor. He denied me service claiming my warranty company, Silver Rock, doesn't pay fast enough so he is not doing my vehicle. His delivery was rude and inconsiderate of the time I had wasted. I contacted my warranty company and they said that this was a personal decision that manager was making because they were still listed as a participating vendor. The store manager responded that this is his store and he makes the final decision. After I suggested he removed his self as a participating vendor so no one else's time is wasted he said no maybe the warranty company should remove them as a participating vendor. I highly suggest using another repair shop maybe even the other tires Plus on 8th avenu. But I wasted the better part of my morning on my first off day in a while trying to address an issue that should have been fixed but due to someone's personal feelings I am left to figure it out on my next day off...... To Tires Plus as a long time customer I suggest you train this manager on how to be more professional and treat everyone with the same amount of respect but I definitely would not be revisiting this location and will suggest to anyone that listens to do the same.

On a busy Saturday my tire light went on.and took it here to have them look at it. Took it right in. And they plugged tire for me. Took quite awhile but was expected as this place always slap full.

I had a very bad experience with Tires Plus in the past and I always associated them with shady mechanics who prey on women, until I met Aaron Arriaga, the manager of Tires Plus on 13th St. His approach is great because he explains to me why my car needs what it needs, rather than the typical steamroller condescending behavior in the chain shops. I can tell he truly cares if I am going to be safe when I leave his shop. I am not just a number. I value his advice on my car and I watch the great attention to detail when they change my oil, rotate my tires or anything else my car needs. Aaron has all my future business and I will send people I know to him as well. Nice to finally find a place I can trust with my car. The staff is amazing, you will really be happy with the service. Pay no mind to the bad reviews, sometimes people don t see the value in quality work.

While visiting Gainesville over the weekend our battery died. We got a jump and went to auto parts store that ran a check. It came back as a bad alternator. They suggested tires plus. At tires plus the found the alternator was fine and replaced the battery.I call that trustworthy!!!!This all happened on a Sunday. They were slammed busy but still got us on our way quickly.Highly recommend.Service: Electrical

Plan on waiting for service well past your appointment time and get ready to double check all of their work. They failed to rotate my tires and were willing to let me drive off with them as I rolled in. I specifically asked them to check ONE tire for a leak and didn't bother to soap the wheel to check for multiple leaks. I'm out $300 and still have a flat tire. Grab a can of fix-a-flat and drive far away from this dumpster fire.

Tires plusThursday, 9/ 19/ 2023- Car goes in due to rough shaking while driving and engine light coming on.Friday, 9/20/2023- Kevin calls I have real bad news and it s going to be expensive because of all the labor I inform him that I have a warranty and that they should have all of the information as my car was serviced at this location just a few months prior. I mentioned that someone named Destin helped me last time as I was certain there would be notes in their system. Kevin at this point told me I had to wait until Destin returned to work the next day (a Saturday) to start the claims process. I explained that waiting til the weekend would mean that the claim would likely not get done until the following Monday and that I really needed this done before then. Kevin then informed me that I could come get the car and use it until they could work on it. I explained that I thought engine work needed to be done and that it was unsafe (he covered this when he went over how expensive of a job this was). I waited a bit, and called back. I spoke to WC, and asked if Destin was the only one able to start a claim. WC informed me that any one of them could start this. I explained what Kevin said and he apologized and said he would help. A few hours later, WC calls back and says, sorry about Kevin, he is stressed. I was able to open that claim for you . He also stated that the warranty company had asked him to start pricing engines.Saturday 9/30- Destin calls to say that the car warranty covered MOST of the job but I would need $698 to pay for the timing chain kit. I explained that this should be covered. I was told that I didn t understand how these things work and that they had spent HOURS haggling with the adjuster for my warranty company. I immediately call the Silverrock warranty company to be told that the claim had been approved and that my only cost should be my deductible of $100 out of the door. I called back and told Destin what I was told. He said he would get better clarification.Wednesday 10/11/23- My husband stops by to get an update and sees my car in pieces. He was told that they were awaiting parts but that it should be ready in the next few days. I confirmed with Silverrock that the estimated date the car would be ready was Friday 10/13.Friday 10/13/23- my husband calls and WC tells him that they are waiting for parts. I was then very confused and called to clarify. WC was rude and said that he already told my husband that he didn t know anything about the car and that there are no notes on file . At this point I called corporate and was told I would hear from someone by Wednesday 10/18.Friday 10/19- Destin calls to claim hero. He came in on his day off just to help me. He somehow got the warranty company to cover all, and I would be expected to only pay the deductible. My car should be ready in 10/23.Tuesday 10/24 4:30pm I miss a call from Tires plus. My husband calls back to be told by WC that they are waiting for parts.I don t even want them working on my car at this point!

If you have to go to Tires Plus don t go to this location. I made an appointment for 9 am on Wednesday to replace a tire that was leaking air. At 3pm I called and they said it would be done soon. At 4pm I arrived at the location, the service wasn t done and they couldn t even give me an eta. At 4:30 the manager said my car was done they just couldn t find the ticket. 5 minutes later the manager came back out to confirm which tire they needed to replace. (so that was a lie about it being done) Finally I was able to leave just before 5pm. Thursday morning I was about to leave for work and the same tire was COMPLETELY FLAT. When I called back they weren t apologetic at all nor did they take responsibility for making a rushed mistake. On Friday when I was available to bring it in again they needed to fact check me. I wasn t treated like a priority I was treated like an inconvenience. Their mistake has taken me away from my work and taken up too much time in general. If you value customer service or want your time to be respected don t go here.

Got tires here before was great place but Not a friendly place any more got new tires last year still on warranty came back to get tire rotation and balance also had one tire problem making noise went back was told by the Manager who called me on my phone when i was still in the tire shop saying very Rudely that i didn't have warranty that I should live with the noise or buy new tires will never shop here again beware new staff are rude and don't give dam about there customers.

Never go here again or deal with Aaron Arriaga again! I took my Z06 Corvette which has very wide rear tires, he told me he had no problem changing the rear tires out. He didn t put the car on a lift but jacked it up. As they pulled the tire off, two other guys had to take the tire off the wheel, he had me worry because he came inside the waiting area and told me he put two other guys on it because its a very large tire and the rear tires are very difficult.Then I noticed they used a impact wrench when you cant on those wheels only a torch wrench. As soon as I had the car back and drove it, I contacted Aaron and told him the rear end/ rear tire is acting weird! Its vibrating like crazy, ridding like the tire is square and feels like its wobbling! A few times I turned the car right, the whole rear end lost control. Called him up multiple times, even called him up and had him meet me at town of Tiago when it was extremely bad. He assured me the wheel wouldn t come off and it was ok to drive to see him tomorrow at the shop. While I was at the shop, it seemed like he was having trouble balancing it, he said I have to reset the machine give him a few. After he rebalanced it, it still had vibration in it. It just kept getting wose, it seems like the wheel was going to fall off. Called him back again, He wanted me to come back on Monday to rebalance it because he now admits he seen a wobble in the wheel and had 3 different numbers off the balancer. I finally just bought it to the dealership. They said my rim was bent and cracked. I called up Aaron and told him and he was so rude to me and didnt want to take any responsibilty for messing up my 90k Z06 Corvette! Going to cost me over 2k to fix it! I cant believe a person could even do this, let alone show no responsbility, he didnt even want to go to the dealership to see it.

Made an appointment for oil change. An hour and a half later still sitting there with nothing from the manager on delay...no apologies or updates. When I questioned him he was extremely rude. I asked for my keys back, told him I would never come back there again and his reply...good

I have been to several tires plus , but none compare to this location!! The customer service I received was amazing. The employees up front were very informative and kept me informed on how long it would take to get my car back and how much it would be. I stepped out to check on my car and the mechanic updated me as well! I will definitely be coming back.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

This location are scammers and I advise anyone not to go to them because they are fraudsters .. I took my Mercedes van and they kept my car for 7 days and it required a simple repair of 2 hours And it cost me $1,700, and the problem is that they crashed my car from behind without my knowledge, and no one informed me, and then I did not check my car, and I discovered it the next day, and the second problem is that they were not repaired properly. it s still leaking againI am advising everyone to stay away from these people

Extremely friendly and courteous. The staff, particularly the gentleman who handled my visit, seemed to possess a peripheral awareness of my situation and that of the other patrons. Service visits of any kind are often stressful. The person at the customer counter made my stay there a less stressful stay. I'd recommend Tires Plus, not only for the service, but for its employees attitudes. Kindness goes along way! Give the guy at the front desk a raise!
