I came there on a busy day to get my tire repaired. The guy at the desk (sorry I forgot his name) told me I may need a new tire, but that he would look at it. He let me know that the crew would carefully assess the tire to see if it was repairable. I just figured they would end up telling me to replace it. But they didn't! I got my tire fixed, and they were nice enough to put the tire back on my truck. That is not an easy job, and I so appreciated them doing it. I have taken my business here before, and I have never been disappointed. This location is very busy for a reason. They do great work, and they have knowledgeable and highly competent employees. I will continue to use this location and recommend it to others.

Called the number on their website the day before and made an appointment for an alignment. I got an email confirmation of my appointment. Arrived at the scheduled time and were told that I didn't have an appointment, but just an opportunity for an appointment. I'm still trying to figure out what that means. Guy at the location told me I should have called the store directly instead of their call center. I asked why the person that answered the phone made an appointment and even sent an email confirmation. He told me that's not the way it works and "you're not as mad as most people are when they get here". It took almost 5 hours to get an alignment done. Go somewhere that understands appointments.

I called on Thursday morning needing all 4 tires replaced before Saturday. Gus ordered my choice of tires, explained the next day delivery time for my choice, and told me the installation could be completed the next day by about 3pm.I dropped my car off at 0715 on Friday and then got a call to pickup my car just past 3pm. The tires are top-notch, work was completed in required time and service was friendly.I definitely recommend Tires Plus for service and efficiency.

I can t tell you how happy I ve been going here over the years. Over the last 15 years, I have taken 2 of my own cars there and recommended them to many friends/acquaintances who have always agreed with my opinion. My recent issue took weeks to resolve only because my car wasn t replicating when there. But once it did, they nailed it! In the end they got me back on the road. Thank you Gus, Chris and Matt!

No, the problem was not, wasn't the cV joint. Some other places could charge you because they could be shady. They found out my mat was bumping under my steering wheel. And plus I've been using this place for almost 20 years.

very unhappy. 7:42am until 10:14am. the first customer and was not informed until 9:15am they did not have my tire size. The individual had to go to another store for the tire. only give a 10% discount for 2 1/2 hours at the store. I had to asked what was going on with my tire.

Very friendly professional and helpful. Tire hazard lights came on and I tried to make appointment, but they were booked. They offered to work me in. I popped in right after they opened and they kind enough to check my tire pressure real quick while I was there and added air. Great place, will be returning.

I booked an online appointment with this Tired Plus and received the standard email saying appointment pending then the next day another standard appointment telling me to call into the shop to confirm and verify some questions, all standard and usual, so I called in and the next day and unfortunately I don t remember who I talked to but they confirmed my appointment was good and I was all set, so I come in the day and time of my appointment (5 minutes early) and they said they didn t have me but they saw my name on the online side but couldn t fit me in since they didn t confirm the appointment even though I had called to confirm my appointment and someone else was booked. All in all very disappointing.

Had four tires replaced today at a very reasonable price. All staff were very courteous, honest and professional. I have been coming to this particular Tires Plus for years and I personally have not had a bad experience.

Heed the bad reviews. This is one of the worst places you could go for honest, reliable work done to your vehicle.I paid well over the agreed-upon estimate of $670 for work on my suspension only to find out that they replaced the wrong parts - meaning I paid OVER $1k for unnecessary and expensive services to a car that was in need of a completely different repair.Twice now, I've made an appointment online for a simple oil change, and they've kept it for multiple hours beyond its scheduled time.I've spent thousands of dollars on services to my cars at this place, and each time I've left more and more disappointed. This place should be your last resort. Avoid!

Do NOT bring your car here to get anything fixed. The mechanics do not know what they are doing and will try to scam you. My gf got her brakes done for $800, they were completely shot after 6 months because they didn't replace a $30 part when they did them. They said the piece broke and that's why they wore down so quick, "but the part was fine" supposedly when they checked. Yeah ok.Now the car is leaking and overheating. These people said they ran the car for 4 hours and all hoses were good and no leaks. Claimed that sometimes the coolant just doesn't go from tank to the radiator, but there was nothing they could do to fix it. They said to just add coolant directly to the radiator and they suggested a $200 radiator flush...Took it to a local family shop and they said it was a hose that tires plus couldn't find that was leaking and the radiator cap needed to be replaced. That's it. For $150 and it took less than 15 min to figure out. They also said a radiator flush wasn't needed and would have done nothing to fix the problem.Tires plus is a joke. Go somewhere else. They get people with the 1 year interest free payments and then do terrible work and suggest doing everything besides fixing the actual problem.

Took my truck over due to an alarm stating I had a tire low pressure. The service tech asked if I could leave it for an hour or two. No problem. 2 hours in they called and asked where my tire key was, and I retold them in the glove box. I called at 3 hours and they still had not finished the repair, they failed to call me about it. Lack of communication with me, I finally got my 2022 F150 back 3.5 hours later.

My Daughter and my 3 yr old Grandson were left stranded, and her car had to be towed into the shop. "33 Matthew" our Service Advisor and "03 Sean" our Technician worked hard to get up an running in the same day. Guys, I had to use your employee number because last names weren't on the service report. Thank you both very much for taking care of my family.

The guy who helped us, Matt, was absolutely fantastic. The way he explained the service that was needed was helpful on a different level then what one normally receives at an auto shop. He was great

I've been going to the Tire Plus at Magnolia Parke in Gainesville, FL ever since I moved here in 2001. It's convenient to where I live and when I was younger, I could walk home and back when the car was ready. There was always a spot near the entrance and my car was back near the entrance when ready for pick-up. I'm now 85, ill, and have trouble walking so I waited there. When the car was ready, it was not near the door and I couldn't see it anywhere after walking halfway down the lot, so I went back and asked the manager where my car was, and he said he didn't know. I said that someone there had worked on the car, so someone must know where it is. A young man came out and walked with me toward the end of the lot, pointing out my car in the very last space behind a larger car. He saw that I was having trouble walking and offered to bring the car to me, so he is the reason for the score of 8 which would otherwise have been much lower.

It takes 8 hours to patch a tire. Dropped off at 10:30 am, had to convince them I paid for the insurance on the tire. They call me at 6:50 pm saying can we keep the truck overnight night the patch isn't done after they told me at 5 pm my vehicle was next.

Wow these guys did a great job! The tire specialist did a fantastic job and the Technician behind the counter took excellent care of my tire problem. They stayed a little past closing to make sure my car was fixed and I was back on the road. I really appreciate the integrity of both these guys. They were kind enough to give a discount off the retail price, stayed late, and went above and beyond. Not all retail stores do this kind of service anymore and I appreciate these guys. If you're in the area and you need automotive work done, you may find cheaper, but I don't feel that's always better. Its sometimes better to get honesty, than a cheaper deal, But I got both this time, how about that!!

Been taking all my cars here for years.Took one of my cars to get a tire fixed because I had seen it had a nail in it. Was told the tire was unfixable and needed to purchase a new one so I took my car somewhere else they pulled the tire out and told me it did not even need to be fixed because it was only the tip of a nail and hadn't even penetrated the tire. So they took it out and ended up paying only $10.Going to look for a new place to start taking my cars. I can't trust a place that gives me dishonest information when I bring my cars in.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Got new front brakes and an alignment done with my oil change about a month ago. Alignment of car was fantastic before this appointment and then pulled very hard to the right after this location did work on the car. Brought car back for realignment to fix this issue and they made it even worse. Brought car back AGAIN for a third time to get the alignment done properly as I pay for a service that was not rendered. On this third time, they tell me the tie rod is seized up on one of the front tires. HOW CONVENIENT that the piece this location worked on several times in a row is now broken and needing repair. Tires Plus location calls me to say $300 in repairs are needed for the tie rod. Not only did they never properly align my vehicle, a service I paid in full for, they damaged my tie rod and blamed it on natural wear. If it was wear over time on the car and not their fault, I should have been told this the very FIRST TIME it was aligned and not have ever been given back a car that was misaligned and dangerous to drive to the point of taking my hand off the wheel I would end up in another lane or off the road. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had.Service: Wheel alignment

I love this Tires Plus!! I've been to them many times over the years and have always felt comfortable with them. I trust them over my dealership any day. They have gotten me in and taken care of various issues, and they're nice and quick! I'm always running 24/7, so it makes a huge difference to let people handle my car that are knowledgeable and don't take advantage of a single mother. Thank you guys!!

Be smart - don't waste your money. They are sketchy and rude and honestly dirty. You can find way better service at a lower price anywhere else it seems like.

Had all four of my tires replaced here. I brought it in very early morning and was told they were booked all day. I was told on the phone they could have my car ready before noon, come 8 AM, my car was ready.I was very impressed with the service. Most likely somebody canceled, but I still think it s pretty good for being booked all day long and me being a walk-in with no appointment. I m sure this time frame is the exception, and not the rule, but the fact that they tried and accomplished more than they said they would, is worth five stars to me.

This place is fast. Real fast. Dropped my car off at around 10:30 with three tickets in front of me. Wasn't even an hour later they called me saying my car was ready. Really good service and my car looks great Service: TiresService: Tires

They are ok but don t offer alignment for vehicles with lane assist. Also, they never reset my tire pressure monitor. Find Bally, I bought the best tires they had and they are wearing down too fast.

Went here today for the first time to get help with a nail in my tire. Was really pleased that they were very honest with me and were able to patch it and did not try to pressure me into thinking I needed to buy a new tire (like I've experienced at a different tire chain here in town)! Both employees I talked to were nice guys. Glad to know this is somewhere I can come for any future tire issues.

We have taken our van to 2 other mechanics asking for an alignment as our van was pulling dramatically to the right. After two failed attempts by other mechanics, we called tires plus. We re so glad we did. They rotated the tires and aligned it perfectly.We appreciate all of the work and time Jon put in to help us out. We ll definitely return for all of our maintenance needs.

Took my car there to plug a tire that had a nail in it. Left and my service tire system warning light was on as well as tire pressure warning saying 0 pressure for that tire. Was told they would reset on their own. They didn t. Took it back the next day and was charged for sensor that they obviously broke. Won t ever use this place again.

This location sold me a bad tire. Drove not even 2 miles out and the tire started deflating quickly. Called the manager of this store and he blatantly just started laughing at me. They charged me to replace the tire. The General manager was supposed to reach out to me and he never did. Don't take your car here, don't give these crooks your money. I am looking for a different business to have my car serviced at, after the broke my confidence in their service.Service: Tires
