Sunshine state RVs did a great job with the rally they sponsored in Ocala for class B owners. We appreciated having nice grounds to camp on while window shopping all the new models. Thank you Bethany, Nick, Austin, Brandon and all those who contributed to this event.

As usual, I had a great experience at Sunshine State RV yesterday. We asked them to complete one repair and to assess for another problem. From beginning to end, the visit was easy and pleasurable. A young man whose name I didn't get, graciously interrupted what he was doing to show me to the service area. Justin greeted us in a friendly and easygoing manner. I could tell from the computer screen that whoever had taken our initial call had very clearly comprehended and documented our issues. Justin ran through these with me, clearly registering our concerns. I left the van and was delighted to get a call in fewer than two hours that all the work was complete. Ben did a great job working on our van - the repair was successfully completed and he assessed for our other problem, asking Matt for assistance. Both issues were addressed effectively and the van is running beautifully. Everyone I interacted with and those I observed were pleasant and responsive, showed good humor (which I love) and overall made the visit a great experience. Thank you once again, Sunshine State!

Many Dealers talk about supporting owners. Very few do. Nick Schmidt and Sunshine State RV is one-of-a-kind ... a unicorn.This entire year Nick has supported all four our our MAD About You Tour rallies with cash donations, mugs, meals, t-shirts, etc., etc. etc. Three of the four rallies were across the country - and Nick sponsored those, too. It's no surprise that he's #1 in FL and #3 countrywide for B-class vans. Our rally participants who have purchased from SSRV overwhelmingly love Nick and speak highly of his van delivery and follow-on customer support.Thank you Nick Schmidt!**********************Thank you Sunshine State RV for supporting our American Coach owner s rally! I purchased my new American Coach Patriot from SUNSHINE STATE RV based on their service reputation. It is difficult to find the level of professionalism and customer care in the RV industry that Sunshine delivers. Both Justin and Ryan in the service department and technicians Ben, Mitch and Bobby satisfied my requests and answered all my questions. Sunshine State RV is amazing. We have owned 2 RVs in the past and NEVER have we been treated as kindly and fairly as with Sunshine State. We purchased our Zion and used it within a week and absolutely love it. We had one small hiccup with it and Sunshine State immediately took care of it by picking the RV up and returning it within in a couple of days - wow. Never has any dealership ever put us the customer first in our experience! I will always take the RV there for any work it may need and would recommend them for purchasing and service to anyone. Trust is the most important factor for a purchase such as this and they have earned my trust completely!!!!! Thank you Sunshine State RV!!!

We thank all of you at Sunshine State RVs for hosting the 2024 Coachmen Round-Up. It was a great opportunity to meet with other Coachmen owners and share ideas and travel adventures.It is reassuring to know that Sunshine State and Coachmen truly stands by their products. From our first meeting with Austin, our salesperson, to the present it has been a positive experience. We are so grateful to keep the dream alive traveling in our Nova.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Nick and Bethany (with Sunshine State RV) at the Florida RV Show recently. Knew what model we wanted and bought our 2024 Zion Slumber. Ritchie with SSRV worked out our financing flawlessly. The customer service certainly exceeded our expectations! Corey was exceptional in helping us with questions and concerns even after we left the sales lot. Would definitely recommend SSRV to anyone looking for their Class B. Customer service definitely made the difference. Looking forward to dealing with the company in the future.

Wow, what an amazing place. If you are looking or already have a Class B RV, this is the only place to go. We were met in the parking lot immediately by Robert, who started the process of finding out all our concerns. We then sat down with Justin, who was completely though explaining everything, even to quickly educate us on things we did not know. Oh, and helping us order parts to add on like a ladder and storage box. Thanks to the guys in the back, Keith, Matt, and Ben, who fixed our van. They also showed us how to use and Not use parts of our Van. I also wanted to thank Shellie for making us feel so welcome. Thank you again for a completely positive experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Sunshine to everyone with a Class B.

Very positive purchase experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Physically, this is a small dealership, which possibly contributes to the personal service we received. They listened to what I wanted to order without pushing extras, explained the process and what to expect, and the delivery was extremely painless. Gave me a sense that they actually care about their customers.Update, March '23: We attended a "Round Up" of Coachmen class B RVs in early March sponsored by Sunshine State RVs and Coachmen. The support from both continues beyond the purchase, keeping owners engaged and informed. Thank you, Nick and Nick, for bringing together owners from all over the country to share experiences and modifications. Just another example of how Sunshine State RVs is way ahead of others dealers.

I just had an amazing experience with Sunshine State RVs - from the time spent viewing various RVs at the Ocala show, to the decision to purchase a 2024 Chinook Maverick while at the show, the calls updating me on the requested changes to the vehicle (addition of wifi for example), and then the day we went to pick up the Chinook - this was an amazing pre-delivery experience. Richie was great checking in on us, Austin answered questions re: pick up date and status of changes. Once we arrived the whole team was fabulous. Bethany and Victoria took great care spoiling our dogs for not 1 but 2 days of visits to the facility. Cory did a thorough job on the walk through, Austin was quick to answer all emailed or text questions, Tim handled the detailing of the vehicle and removal of various stickers. The folks at Santa Fe Palms RV Resort were helpful. It's a very clean, modern resort around the corner from Sunshine State RVs. We stayed 2 nights, tried out everything, and asked tons of questions. All of our questions were welcomed and answered. Best of all we met other customers who traveled distances to get service done at Sunshine State RV stating they trusted this company and that they enjoyed the people - securing my feelings that we picked a great place to buy our new RV from.

Sunshine State RVs has lived up to my expectations.After researching others then seeing and hearing several reviews as well as videos by customers and Nick, I knew SSRVs was the dealer I wanted to buy from.Austin showed me their RVs and guided me through ordering the one I wanted after Nick offered me a very fair price. Austin was consistently prompt to respond to my inquiries and kept me updated every step of the way. He truly seemed excited for me.When my Chinook Bayside arrived Robert did a great job explaining everything so that I, as a newbie, could understand. Robert was patient and thorough and made sure I had all of my questions answered. He clearly enjoys his job.Victoria handled the paperwork and shared some of her RV adventures.Everyone we encountered at SSRVs (including happy customers in the waiting room) was extremely nice and helpful. They have been as customer service oriented as advertised.I am so happy I chose Sunshine State RVs.

Our experience with Sunshine State RV at the Coachmen Round-up was amazing! The fact that they would go so far above and Beyond (get it? LOL) for so MANY owners of B vans (regardless of where they bought their vans!), year after year, is proof positive of the great experience anyone buying from SSRV could count on.

After 2 years of research and getting on all my friends/family nerves about discussions of RV s, I made the decision to purchase the American Coach MD4 from Sunshine State RV in Gainesville, Florida. Exciting to finally meet Nick and Ron but Hank was missing. The selling point for me was the factory tour that Hank did with Ron. Everyone here was very welcoming. I appreciated Angela Williams for contacting me about its availability and Richie Gillman made signing papers fun. I must give a shout out to the young man Corey Gamble. He did an excellent job on the orientation of the RV with us. He has the patience of Job. I got on my own nerves not listening/paying attention. I was just too excited as if he was Santa Claus. We were going to drive back home the same day of purchase due to hurricane Nicole but Corey encouraged us to stay in order to utilize what the RV had to offer. I am so glad I listened because the shower door rubbed against the air conditioner, the shower head broke off, sink cover need to be polished on one side and water was leaking through the back screen and back right screen. Of course we informed them in the am and they placed us in the Hyatt Hotel and feed us while repairs were being done. Air container cover needed to have screws tightened, shower head replaced, sink cover polished and roof/back light sealed off. On the next day while trying to leave Atlanta, GA at 0600 I was unable to release the emergency brake. We read the manual and still couldn t get it. Waisted 35 minutes. Finally after going back/forth about to call/or not to call, my friend made the ultimate decision to call Corey Gamble around 0640 am. Believe it or not!! He answered and walked us through it. I realized I didn t have the strength to push button in with one thumb (previous black ice crash) so I placed my left thumb on top of my right and it worked. Once again Corey was kind, professional and had a patience of Job when dealing with me. He gave excellent service and went above and beyond to help. Oh, I want to thank the 2 young men that took us to/from hertz/hotel. (Yes, you are reimbursed for travel fee). Also the young lady at the front door and across from her the tall guy with the beard and the man in the office behind the waiting room were all nice and I enjoyed their company. Nick referred us to Sonny s to eat. Good good good. I enjoyed the experience!!!!

We recently bought a Clash B Roadtrek Agile, we had the opportunity to talk personally with Mr. Nick one of the owners and with the other owner I had the opportunity to talk on the phone, extremely professional and very attentive to us all the time five stars for Ms. Victoria and five stars plus for Mr. Justin. Here some outdate 600 amps lithium.

Ben at Sunshine State did a great job servicing my Coachman Beyond - addressed each of my concerns and then winterized it in anticipation of travel to the cooler northern temps. Service was timely and complete, and he reviewed everything with me at pickup. He was kind and courteous as well. And thanks also to Ryan for getting me on the schedule and setting the stage for success. I am so glad I purchased my RV from Sunshine State and am able to have it serviced there, as well. Thank you!

Best RV Dealer in the country. They bend over backward to help you out. This is my third Travado. My first and third came from Sunshine RV, they are the best. The second one Nick did not have what I was looking for but I will never buy from anyone else ever again.Experience Ive had with any other dealer has not been good.

Thank you Justin, Ben, and Robert for exceptional customer service from scheduling my appointment, to researching my concerns, to proactively protecting my 2021 Coachmen Beyond 22C from issues caused by a faulty awning. The customer lounge was more than comfortable for the wait which was not long.

This is an update to my previous review. As I mentioned before, Angie was great during the purchase part of my dealings with Sunshine. I had my Nova delivered to me. They worked around my schedule and the delivery driver was very polite and took the time to do a quick walk around and answered all my questions. My next item that I wanted to check was the service that I would receive after the sale. I drove the 340 miles to Sunshine for 5 warranty items that needed to be addressed. My appointment was at 9 am. They were ready and took the Nova right back to start. Robert was great and kept me informed as the problems were checked. Several times I walked out and found that Keith, the service tech, took the time to explain what he was doing. They completed 1 out of the 5 of the items that needed to be addressed. This may sound like a failure, but it was not. A dealer such as Sunshine, with the many manufacturers and inventory that they stock, cannot be expected to have every part in stock. They knew that I needed my van to get home, so unlike other rv dealers that want you to leave you rv at the lot for weeks on end while they order parts (been there, done that) they put everything back in order and I left at 2pm for home. Robert will get all parts needed and then schedule another appointment for me to complete the work. Meanwhile, I am using the Nova to enjoy the great fall camping season. Sunshine State RV is not your typical dealer. They are honest and do what they promise. I would highly recommend that you meet Angie, Robert, and Keith for your next class B purchase. Highly recommend Sunshine State RV's!! Above & beyond in customer service and variety of class B motohomes. We were welcomed and given first class service from Shelley. She went out of her way to let us tour the rvs with no pressure. Shelley is professional, honest and detail oriented. She as well as the rest of amazing staff are much informative on class b coaches. We had the honor to meet Nick as well.....check out their YouTube page for the tour online! Nick and his team at Sunshine State RVs are Top Notch! In addition to visiting their dealership last year, with questions about our Winnebago Travato, we also recently attended a "Vanboree" hosted by Nick & Co. In both instances, they were extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. The event we attended was so well done and I witnessed Nick talking with the attendees, answering questions and being a very gracious host. He was the same when we stopped by his shop last year. If you've ever seen his videos on YouTube - you know he is extremely knowledgeable about Class B vans, he has a great personality - and his smiles are genuine. Everyone should enjoy their job as much as Nick does his! Thank you Nick and Bethany, and the entire SS RVs crew, for always being so helpful! We highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a van or need service on one. - Gail Wilkins

Brought my Coachmen Beyond in to solve a leak. Robert the service manager was great to work with, Ben who did the repair was super nice and both he and Robert kept me updated. The repair was completed by mid afternoon! Such a pleasant experience!

I would like to thank Mr. Ryan Pigott, the Service Manager, for his excellent, and unbeatable service/support. He took care of all my RV issues without any hesitation in a jiffy, given how busy the Sunshine State RVs Service was . We needed our RV van for our medical trip on a certain date, and Mr. Pigott accommodated our schedule had our RV fixed right on time before our trip!!!Ryan also provided timely and helpful update regarding the repairs progress. He was extremely attentive and listened to all my concerns about the RV with a great deal of patience. Ryan has a caring approach and he is a true professional.I am truly pleased with the knowledge and skills of Sunshine State RVs service department. Great service makes customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a service sale.Sunshine State RVs provided a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations and made me feel valued as a customer.Nick, please accept my gratitude towards Mr. Pigott and his staff for their speedy and efficient service. Many thanks for all the hard work putting the event together. And thanks to Sunshine State RV and Coachmen for sponsoring it. Great location, great camaraderie, generous swag, and sharing of ideas among like-minded travelers. I would have enjoyed seeing more Novas. This event was focused on the Beyond rather than Coachmen Class B coaches, generally. That being said, this newbie has already started working on some mods I saw at the Roundup! #CoachmenRoundup23

I waited a while before writing this review, but now it's clear to me that everyone at Sunshine State (including Sales & Service) truly cares about the customer. We've purchased several RVs over the past 10 years (up here in New Hampshire), and decided to make the trip to Gainesville to purchase our new 2023 Coachmen Nova 20RB. I'll be honest... we're experiencing issues with RAM (they can't seem to manufacture replacement parts, which is EXTREMELY frustrating), but Sunshine State has done everything they can to get the issue escalated (and the Coachmen side of the van is working perfectly). It's been a pleasure to work with Sales & Service, and we wouldn't hesitate to make the trip to buy our next RV from these amazing folks.

Robert, Shelly, and Ben did an amazing job. Robert took the time to listen to the purpose of my visit while Ben explained what he did to resolve the problems. Shelly always brings her positive attitude and makes you feel like one of the family. Sunshine State RV may just be the best company I have ever done business with.
