Called Tuesday about new tires and was told I could come in Wednesday as they had my tires in stock. Arrived Wednesday to get new tires. On the way over had two new problems come up. He said no problem. With in 3 hrs he had the new tires mounted and balanced and had solved the other 2 problems. Absolutely excellent customer service. Will be bringing my bike back again.

Amazing service. Amazing work. Couldn t find any other words but awesome. These two guys are the real deal. Highly recommended. They found out exactly what was wrong with my Harley. Called me back a little while after I dropped it off with the diagnosis of the problem. Had the parts on the way. And a great price. I couldn t ask for more. 10 out of 10 this is the place to take your bike!Service: Engine repair

I brought my bike in to get my fork seals replaced. Mr. Stuart was able to find out that I had a bad neck bearing and that my front brake was seized on top of my bad fork seals. If it was not fixed I could have put myself in a lot of danger. He did excellent work and took great care of my bike. Thank you Stuart for going the extra mile for me and my bike I really appreciate it and I look forward to doing more business with you in the near future.

Just hands down best motorcycle mechanic in the area. Old school and very knowledgeable. Been coming here for about 4 years and never had any issues getting my problems fixed. One time I bought a VMax in Jacksonville that needed work done and Mr.Stuart stayed open until i was able to drop off the bike and within a couple days I had it back up and running perfect

The very best mechanics, period. Big time honest. They don't tell you what you want to hear; they tell what you need to hear. Chuck and Roland are two of the smartest people I know.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repairServices: Electrical repair, Engine repair

Roland is great, he s a little gruff but straight up and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly answered my questions and did a fantastic job with my Honda rebel 250. It s been put through the ringer a bit (I m the 3rd owner) but after he serviced it, it really runs like a different bike. I was really happy with the service, as a new rider I liked that he was willing to answer questions and did so in a way that was simple but not patronizing. I highly recommend this local place.

Stopped in the shop after buying a bike. I spoke with Roland, who was kind enough to stop what he was doing, come out to the parking area, and look at the bike, right then and there. He made some key recommendations. Although it took several weeks to get on the schedule, it was well worth the wait. Some modifications had previously been made to the bike that weren't done properly (ones that I did not catch at time of purchase). He took the time to go through the bike thoroughly, and identified exactly what it needed, and how much it would cost. Although I decided to wait before doing all the work he advised, he was cool and respectful about that, and did some essential service that got it running really well, and safer, too. Roland is not only an expert at his work, but is honest and fair about the prices he charges. I would definitely go back again for future work. We are lucky to have a shop like theirs in Gainesville. They're a good father and son team. Keep up the good work, guys, and thanks!

My husband and I have not needed Stuart s a lot of times over the years, but when we have, it s been fantastic service every time. Always friendly, professional, and considerate. My bike had sat around mostly unused for the past year, so I took it in for a general check-up and when I got it back, it was almost a different bike. It felt almost new, and it s a 2003. I really love these guys.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Engine repair

Go to Ocala or Daytona if you want honest work. Just because a mechanic is good at what he does doesn't necessarily make him an honest guy. I'm sure everyone else has had good experiences here but coming here for me ended up being a nightmare. Never again. I went to a better shop and not only ended up getting a better deal but was treated fairly.Edit: Why would I inquire and waste even more of my time and money??? I think the inquiring came when the job that was accepted was switched up on me halfway through, that's why I pulled my bike out. We agreed on everything up front and you guys did exactly the opposite. lol. No thanks. Another shop did the job just fine.

I just wanted to take the time to write a review for these guys because I feel they went above and beyond. First, I'll state that I don't own a motorcycle. I went to this business because I was looking for some small o-rings to a carburetor that I needed, but couldn't order from the manufacturer. When I walked up, I noticed a sign on the door that said they were closing for a holiday, but the guy inside said to come on in. I proceeded to tell him what I was looking for and he went in the back and came back with a whole selection of small o-rings. He spent about 15 minutes going through each ring until he found exactly what I needed. I was very impressed with his knowledge and dedication as he wasn't even technically open at the time. That's the kind of small-town, honest service you just don't see much anymore these days. If you need any kind of service from these guys, I would highly recommend them!!! Thanks Stuart Cycles!

They get no stars, rolland stuart, speaks rudely on phone, and over the counter to customers. He believes because he is best game in town. He is not, based on that,he believes he can speak to customers anyway he wants. I retrieved my parts,no work done. Gave $35 dollars deposit of$35 dollars,he refunded only $30. It's not the money, just shows me he is a bad business owner, and A thief.

Spoke with them on the phone to get a rear tire change on a VTX 1300. He said they had the tire, he said he was gonna put his hands on the tire first to confirm. He did asked if it was tubed said yes. Bring it in within the hour i was told at 1130. Dropped off before 1230. Received call at around 5-530 that they didnt have the right tube would have one tomorrow. So I then had to pay for a ride to work the next day. Got to the shop after work to get my bike. He tells me they had to buff my rim out while they were doing the job so they charged me an extra 10 bucks lol. Seriously? They just HAD to add a 10 dollar charge after keeping my bike a day over what was agreed. They did not have what they needed but didnt tell me till the end of the day so I couldnt even say nevermind and go somewhere else. I bit my tongue paid my bill. 297 dollars for a 100 dollar tire btw. So 197 for labor and a BS buff charge n some taxes. Dont recommend a family business that operates sticking someone with an extra minor charges, which may or may not have been necessary, when you already failed them with your service. Had an issue with a new tire from another shop. Stewart s took it in tried to correct the issue, but the tire was defective. This shop helped me get the tire replaced and back on the road. The manufacturer reimbursed under warranty. Highly recommend them.

Absolute professionals. Were able to diagnose and repair issues that other shops had failed to even identify. Did so super fast, and were amazing through the whole process. 100% my only go to choice for all my motorcycle needs from here on out.

Brought my little boy s PW80 in, after the bigger motorcycle dealer wouldn t work on it due to its age. It had carburetor issues and not only did they fix the carburetor, but identified other problems and took care of them too. Including some issues that needed welding. They got the bike running fantastic and gave it back to me in top condition, for a fair price. My little boy couldn t be happier, and I will be coming back in the future for any motorcycle repairs I need.

I went in to get some o rings for the fuel rails to my carbs and a shim for the carb needle. Roland was extremely helpful and went out of his way for me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs work done to their bike. The customer service was top notch!

Called about installing a midpipe on my bike. Spoke with the owner, who was very dismissive and rude to say the least. Not sure if he was having a bad day or this is a regular occurrence for him but this isn't the way to get or retain customers.

Excellent quality of work and fair prices. I've trusted them with numerous repairs on my Buell XB12R and they never fail (even on a bike that isn't made any more). I've since moved to a different state and I'm constantly disappointed that I don't receive the service or attention to detail on my bike as I got at Stuart's. I don't trust stealerships and I've yet to find a small shop that loves motorcycles more than money than this place.

Look nowhere else for professional motorcycle maintenance and repair! Ronald is as knowledgeable about motorcycle as they come. Knowing that he was a professional motorcycle racer gives me peace of mind knowing my vehicle was looked at by an expert craftsman.

Superior quality. I brought my 2010 custom chopper to them and the quality of work produce by this business surpasses that of any place around. The are currently working on my 2007 Hayabusa and I wouldn't trust anyone else with it, doing custom fabrication as well as any mechanic work I could ever need. Will always recommend this place to anyone who asks. Straight to the point and honest, will give it to you like it is.

Great shop. Prices were fair and around what I expected to pay (~$450 for making a throttle cable, syncing and jetting carbs, setting ignition, and fixing a spacer issue on my rear wheel). Make sure you call in advanced because it can take a few weeks before they are ready to work on your bike. They are pretty much the only shop in town that will work on older bikes, they synced up the Mikuni carbs on my 76 Honda CB360 and got them jetted perfectly as well as getting the ignition timing set on my pamco electronic igntion. Will return if I ever need anymore repairs!

I just purchased a 1983 Suzuki Gs850. Looked great but ran badly. Mr. Stuart did a fantastic job fixing it up and now the bike runs great! I am 100% satisfied with the job!
