Tom assisted me with my Prius.He was so polite and straightforward. After about an hour, he told me everything I technically needed done for my car, and then allowed me to pick and choose what would happen that day based on what I could afford. Even the men who walked up to my car to assist me as a walk-in were so polite. The customer service here is super amazing.

This is my 2nd Toyota 4Runner. I thought the World of the 2016, but the 2023 TRD OFF ROAD PREMIUM only made me enjoy the 4Runner more! Even though I have had it for 7 months now, it has taken me to New Heights of Toyota Ownership and Loyalty to the Brand. That Loyalty comes from the quality of the manufacturer and build of the vehicle. If I seem protective to some Service People, it s only because it s a Toyota and not a Ford or Chevy Pickup Truck!

My experience with the sales team was very good. Rochelle was very helpful and they went out of they're way for me on Christmas Eve and stayed late to help me get the vehicle I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Always take it to Gatorland for them to figure out what s wrong. Was able to talk to the mechanic about the problems on my Sienna, and work out a plan for the repairs. Found out they do a brakes for life deal. Will be doing that soon. Shoutout to Nancy Voss my service writer, she is always on top of things. Thank you. Love you guys!!

Service was completed in a timely manner. Arnaldo was super efficient and to the point. Lobby was comfortable with quick WiFi. Bathrooms were clean. Staff were friendly. I ve been using Gatorland Toyota for the last 3 years. I ve been happy so far.

My car was damaged in an accident they repaired it. The paint and body look real good but when they replaced the back window my radio station stop coming in, front passenger door rubs a little bit but other than that it was a good experience. Everything was smooth. From getting appointment to getting servicing done, i was pretty happy with the overall process. They had donuts, coffee and good wifi which helped me get by 2 hours waiting period. Would recommend.

The service was great and quick. Everyone was professional and friendly. The only thing that I don't care for is that the cleaning does not include vacuuming the interior. During the 8 years I had my Prius, (my trade in) this was always included.

Very large waiting area and the most surprising of all happened while I was there. They said it would take an hour and it only took an hour. I was pleasantly surprised with my entire visit. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

Terrible service. They tried to tuck me into buying this premium maintenance plan for $20/mo. After several hours I was tired and accepted. When I got home I realized that things don t add up, and it wasn t $20/mo, it was a mark up of $3,000 that they pocket and that goes towards the full financed amount.Don t fall for their deceiving techniques, go somewhere else. Also their stock of vehicles is very poor and they want to charge that new dealer fee of $3,000 above MSRP.I should have gone somewhere else honestly.

My service manager was wonderful. I did have to wait 3 hours to get a tire patched. 2 hours after my inspection video. Apparently I needed to have my air filter inspected before I have a tire patched even though I had my highlander service by them last month. Waste of my time and the waste of the technicians time. My service manager did apologize for the lengthy visit.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Gatorland Toyota service department did a fine job. The only less than great aspect of the service was the rather long wait for needed parts. This is clearly out of their hands and they did tell me that would be the case.

i use to enjoy this place but the upselling has gotten ridiculous. and then while you wait for service someone comes and tries to get you to buy a new car and upgrade. all it takes is one experience where you won't be back.

I generally trust Gatorland Service to do a good job on necessary repairs, however, I was shocked when told that certain struts and stability elements would come to $2400. When making the service appointment, I had asked what was involved for the 150,000 mile service and was told only tire rotation.

Making an appointment is a good idea. Friendly and polite. Waiting area is welcoming. And Since I'm not a mechanic, I have to assume everything is ok with my car.

Everything at Gatorland Service was great, except they switched having to now wait for your Service Consultant to come to your vehicle. It was better having the assistant bring you to the Consultant!
