This rating is for the service deparent:My service tech was Andy Camacho and I can tell you he was excellent. I had several questions that I needed answered prior to making the appointment and his responses were detailed and pricing was fair. The repairs were completed as promised earlier than expected and there were no additional surprise repairs recommended. I am very satisfied. I would recommend Andy and Gainsville BMW for anyone in the central Florida area.

Not a good experience. I bring my car to you to fix it. You give me a loaner vehicle. You rush me to bring the loaner back stating my vehicle is ready. I pay 1300 and my warranty company pay another 1500 or so just for me to drive 6 miles down the road and my car breaks down again, sending me same error message. I live 70 miles from dealership. No i was not then nor am I now happy. Tom the supervisor assumed he appeased me with his why this happened answer, but I was not pleased. It's not Andy nor any of the other reps job to explain a mechanics SCREW UP. If I have an issue again. I want to see the old part taken off and the new part added on with the invoice stating it was shipped from whatever factory and received at that particular dealership. I trusted this facility prior to, but now I do not. Same thing with my radiator. How you fix the radiator and never to check to see if the water pump may need replacing? Why not fix it all verses attempting to retrieve money from the consumer each time he/she brings back their vehicle. I felt they were more worried about me bringing their loaner back verses truly fixing my car correctly.

JD is our Service Advisor at Gainesville BMW. He is an absolute Rock Star!! I brought my sons car in because we found a nail/screw in a tire and another one had a slow leak in it. JD and team checked the issues and found a nail/screw in a third tire. We have the tire protection plan and JD immediately took pictures, and opened a case on our behalf. Since we were claiming three tires our claim was flagged and needed more information and JD was all over it. It was clear this wasn't going to be quick so JD got us in a BMW loaner and on our way while he worked on the issue for us. It ended up taking close to 48 hours to get resolved and JD was giving us status updates every 3-4 hours. I can't tell you how nice it was to have one less thing to chase down or follow up on. Again JD is a Rock Star and the only negative thing I can see is that he is a Miami Hurricanes fan. Gainesville BMW has a really good one, and I hope they know it. I just wish we lived closer so they could be our primary maintenance dealership.G LeightonGo Noles!!

I love that they provide you a video that is explained so you see clearly what needs to be done to keep your investment in tip top shape. Always transparent regarding the charges and treat you like you are special!! My first visit here. Andy gives excellent customer service. They had a really busy day and I was unable to get my vehicle to the dealership early enough to get service completed. He made it all happen and had my vehicle back to me at an early time. I recommended this dealership 10/10. Thank you to all for the amazing customer service.

Great experience with Eric from Toyota, Tony BMW manager gave us a great price on trade in not much haggling to make a fair deal.but had to pay out of my own pocket for a 2nd keyfob. Wich wasn't a huge problem overall good experience.

Walked in to get an oil change. Andy took me in and added to the schedule. Luckily too it wasnt that busy. Service was quick and efficient Took only 39mins and car was done. Well bec didnt have to had it washed thats one thing i guess. I Didnt received a video though. That would be nice if I can get one. . Thats called Creating / Building Trust esp a first timer like me.

I received a great customer service from Andy and Jose while checking my X1 s minor issue. They kept me posted about the issue and explained thoroughly, even posted a video clip of the car to see where the issue is. I brought my 2016 Z4 in for scheduled maintenance. My services advisor, David Hepler, was AWESOME. He really understands customer service and made me feel like a friend instead of just another appointment.The service was performed quickly and accurately. The video inspection of my car before work was done was a nice touch. It let me see just what the technician was seeing. I trust the service technicians, but it's nice to see what they are seeing. I won't trust my BMW to be serviced by anyone else but David and the technicians at BMW of Gainesville.

Maintenance was done on my car. They changed the oil and filter as well as replacing an air intake module. Upon further inspection I needed tires. They replaced those as well. BMW of Gainesville has restored my faith in BMW but most of all in great customer support. Andy Camacho is an incredible service advisor. Knows his product and processes. I can t say enough about him and the Gainesville BMW team behind him. I live full time in Fort Lauderdale. I refuse to use the local BMW dealerships. Instead I drive to Gainesville and stay up there to service my vehicle. That should say enough about how I feel. Thank you to the entire team at Gainesville BMW for making me feel valued as a new BMW owner. BTW my mother just bought a BMW X5 from y all because of my experiences.

Jd is wonderful, the car is always ready as promised and washed, the video of the service done is really nice.I don t care for the 3% fee if you pay with a credit card, which with BMW can be a hefty bill, luckily I m able to pay cash.I typically don t do loaner but have in the past and don t recall a gas charge.This time I took the loaner my car ended up needing additional work which was fine and having the loaner worked out ,they charge $7.50 a gallon for gas consumed, I recommend to pay attention at the gas gauge and bring it back at same level.I don t recall in the past being charged for gas.

This oil change took two hours. The last oil change was one hour. Also, I was charged a ridiculous amount for adding washer fluid. I could have bought a gallon of fluid at AutoZone for that amount.
