NOT looking good for a Hyundai Tucson 2022 vehicle that only has 25,000 miles, it has been in the shop for warranty repairs of the A/C and they keep replacing parts. The award winning service dept. took two weeks to return a call so I had to talk to a manager. A vehicle in the shop for a month. Once I get the car back I'll sell it, Not looking good as an award winning service dept. Not looking good if you have a hyundai in Gainesville and want service. I had to get Hyundai involved and they assigned me a case representative. I will review in YELP, and update this review in the next days. Good by Hyundai.UPDATE! Picked up vehicle after 40 days in the shop. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER/SERVICE DEPT. I called after picking up the vehicle to get an answer on why did they put complementary (No charge) car wash and oil change when they did not wash the vehicle, and did not change the oil, I pulled the oil dipstick out and it was dirty, also they did not change the oil sticker in the windshield. For over three weeks they would update that they had the parts and the vehicle would be ready. This is not the way to run any business. Your Reputation Is Everything.

Honestly amazing purchase process. Their pricing was transparent, they could not have been more easy to communicate and negotiate with. I live out of town, and without asking, they offered to do all the paperwork electronically and deliver the car to me, almost 100 miles away. I was very happy, and if/when I purchase another car, this will be the first place I look. Lowell was great to work with.

I went for a routine maintenance under my warranty. The process was smooth. I had a great experience. Olga was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She saw my car was dirty and offered to run it through the wash. An oil change, tire rotation, and more took under two hours. Will be coming back for my next maintenance.

If you're in the market for a Hyundai, even if you reside outside of the Gainesville area, you'd be wise to consider Parks Hyundai. After contacting numerous Hyundai dealerships from Orlando to Jacksonville, we purchased our Tucson from Parks Gainesville. Why? Firstly, Lowell Lackey, the Parks Hyundai sales representative I worked with was bar-none outstanding. He was always available by phone, text, email (whatever works for the customer) and truly listens to her/his/their customers needs. He knows the Hyundai product-line more than anyone I had encountered, knows his competition enabling him to work to arrive at the best deal possible and is just good people. In my 40 years of car shopping, I've never dealt with someone as courteous, responsive, informative and respectful as Lowell. In addition, I arrived at a deal with Lowell via text/phone and had about an hour drive to get to Parks Hyundai. When we arrived, Lowell was in front of the dealership to greet us, had the car we intended to purchase pulled in front for us to look at and already had it detailed so we didn't have wait for that to be done after purchase....honestly, just exceptional. The other point of angst for many in the car buying process is that when you finally have arrived at a decision to purchase and are sitting to finalize everything, you're waiting for the shoe to drop with the finance department. Cameron in finance presented the numerous financing options and warranty packages, but he was never overtly aggressive, pushy or condescending, as my experience has been with other auto finance folks. He made the financing component of buying the car pleasant and a non-stressor. Needless to say, purchasing a car is a significant financial and emotional decision. If you're looking for a dealer that will be a partner in the process that is honest, fair and will make it as stress-free as possible, it is worth having a conversation with Parks Hyundai, and more specifically, Lowell Lackey.

We had the best car buying experience at Parks Hyundai of Gainesville!! Lowell Lackey was super informative and friendly. There was no pressure to make a decision. He provided us with all the information and answered all our questions. We bought the 2024 Santa Fe and love it!! We definitely would recommend Lowell and this dealership to our friends and family.

Great experience at this dealership! I stopped in to look at Hyundai models and compare a few in person. I was originally interested in the Elantra or Kona (wanted to see in person which size would be better for me) but ended up test driving a Venue - a model I'd never even heard of. Lowell was an awesome sales person - super kind and knowledgeable, and had all the time in the world to explain the differences of various sedan/crossover/SUV models and help me narrow down my search. While I wasn't ready to walk away with a car that day, it was still a great experience as part of my researching what's currently out there, and I'd highly recommend Lowell and the staff at the Hyundai dealership here to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Had a great experience buying our new Hyundai from this dealership! Eric Long (our sales person) was fantastic and did a wonderful job answering all our questions about the car and walking through the purchase process. Cameron at financing was also very professional, not pushy, and explained everything in detail and got us in and out in a reasonable time. We typically dread car purchases but Eric and Cameron made our experience so good, we will absolutely consider them in the future if we're in the market for a new car, and I would highly recommend Eric and this dealership to anyone!

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. Long story short, my check engine light came on my 2022 Santa Fe. I called to book an appointment as it is still under warranty. I was told that I couldn t make an appointment for that and had to drop my car off and leave it for 3-5 business days for them to scan it. Absolutely absurd. They really think that is a viable option? The lady was rude and pretty much told me to go to another dealership. I did. Highly recommended Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala. They got me in the next day. The service department honestly needs to be evaluated as clearly there is a huge issue. I will continue to inform people to avoid this place at all costs. Highly disappointed.

February 26, 2024 I took my car into Service at Parks Hyundai, due to the excessive cost to repair. I chose to go and pick my car up and have it serviced elsewhere. I arrived on March 4, 2024 to pick my vehicle up. The Clerk original was not available at the time I arrived so I was told that I could only get my car released to me by him because I had not made an appointment to pick my car up, the other clerk did not know which time the other clerk would be in. I asked that so I would not be waiting all day to pick my car up and that I had wanted to speak to the manager. The manager never spoke to me. He immediately began to process my paperwork. The manager retrieved the paperwork and advanced me to the cashier. $310.00 later I went out to my car, where I noticed that the hood was not closed properly I closed the hood and proceeded home. Two days later I went out to get the information from my motor for Repair, when I opened my hood I noticed that my engine cover had not been placed on my vehicle it was just dangling.To note also that the manager never apologize to me for my wait, Did he acknowledge me in any manner other than for me to follow him to the cashier, Not even have a nice dayWhatever happened to being professional In the future, I need any auto repair or parts I can assure you I will not be going to Parks Hyundai of Gainesville Fl.

Our salesman was Lowell. He was absolutely fantastic! He was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the car we bought. No one likes sitting through the car buying process, but Lowell made it much more bearable. The dealership seemed to really care about customer service, as well, which sadly isn t so common anymore.

Communication was terrible, no one could find my ticket multiple times when I called. I took it in for a new key, warranty work and an oil change. No one looked up my extended warranty and they tried to charge me over $100 when it's covered under my very expensive extended warranty.My new 2023 Palisade was returned with problems I didn't have before: 1) 3 warning lights lit up on the dash 2) no wiper fluid b/c they drained it to do a wiper arm replacement warranty and did not put any back in. 3) All 4 tires are low 4) I'm not sure what one of the sensors is for? l5) My car was towed in b/c I lost the key and they sent me home w/ huge 'o-ring' sticking out the front. I called customer service when I saw it, who told me 'we didn't do that, it was like that when it was towed in' - really?HORRIBLE! From beginning to end. And I have to go back so they can fix the issues they caused and still do the warranty work I was originally scheduled for....3 weeks later still no part? I think I gotta call again, that's a whole other part of all of the fun I did NOT have a Parks.

Mario Lutchman always, always, always goes over and beyond for me in making sure that I receive the best customer service and experience possible! I bought a 2024 Hyundai Elantra SEL with the convenience package from Parks Hyundai. My sales consultant was Alejandro Bravo. With his help I was able to pick out an affordable car for me. The manager on duty Dewayne was a tremendous help also. They both answered all of my questions and made the buying process easy. I even enjoyed my time with the finance manager Cameron. He is hilarious. This was my fourth time buying a Hyundai from Parks Hyundai over the years. Every car I've had was reliable and that's why I continue to purchase plus the 2024 models have great options.

Should be zero stars! Absolute worst service! I take my car to another mechanic for basic oil changes because they are always booked out. Had an issue with my car had it towed to them since I have extended warranty through Hyundai. Took a month to get my car back only to have the issue happen again within 24 hours and less than 100miles driven. My bluetooth doesn t work since I got it back from them. Took it back to them and asked them about the bluetooth. They finally let me have a loaner car. Took a week for them to fix it this time: all the same parts plus one new one. They drove 70 miles for an extended test. Bluetooth still doesn t work but whatever I take it home. Next morning it does the same issue; where engine cuts out when brake is pressed down. Again less than 24 hours and 100miles driven.I am done! Don t waste your time getting your car serviced here. Never again will a Hyundai grace my drive way. You couldn t pay me to have one of the their cars!Update3/8: After sending an email to my service coordinator which she saw Monday 3/4 and forwarded to her supervisor. No response to a follow up email on 3/6. I finally got a reply 3/8 asking if I could bring my car in on Monday. No, I will not be driving the death trip of a car to you. Or letting your lackadaisical management staff and incompetent mechanics fix my car.

My car salesmen Mr Rudy was amazing and very helpful. Grateful that I had someone as well versed and experienced as him to assist me with one of my biggest purchases. Very patient as well, I definitely made the right decision! And I m very happy with my new 2023 Hyundai Elantra!

Admittedly, I did not have a good experience when first visiting Hyundai of Gainesville. The first salesman I spoke to felt really pushy and overall, was not very helpful. But I am so glad that I gave it a second chance. Eric Long was fantastic and sold me my Elantra hybrid! I am very pleased with my purchase and would very much recommend Eric!

The sales process was find. I decided to cancel the extra extended warranty 48 hours after the purchase ( by law I have 30 days to get 100% my money, $3 grants).mMyrequest was ignored the they claim this process take several months. Of course he has an attitude, this is profit out his pocket .Be alert at the finance process.

Had a fantastic experience here with Lowell. He s very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, and ultimately ended up purchasing as well! Going in to test drive a car alone as a female felt daunting but once arriving I immediately felt at ease. I appreciated the honesty he had with me. The whole process went well, including working with the financing team. I will absolutely be recommending Lowell & team to my friends and family!

Horrible customer service. Communication was terrible. Could not get a call back from anyone for days. Only when I finally got to the manager did anything move forward. My car is great. Warranty is great. But service department is horrible. It is a shame because Hyundai have got the hard stuff right. Communication should not be this hard. Will try Ocala service dpt next time to see if they are better. A family member was interested in a Hyundai but after my last two experiences with the service department in Gainesville they opted to go with a different brand.
