5 Star service at Hyundai of Gainesville. Took my new to me vehicle in for its first regular oil change maintenance. My service advisor Luciano was able to see that the previous service package on the vehicle had one remaining complimentary service I was able to redeem which was a pleasant surprise. We waited in the store for our vehicle and all the staff was so friendly to myself and our daughters. I ve had terrible experiences in another service apartment with a previous vehicle in Gainesville so coming here made me enjoy these appointments again. Thanks so much!!

Purchased a GV-80 thru Alejandro Bravo. The first time we visited we did a drive thru and he came out to greet us and answer any questions. Came back a few hours later, test drove and purchased a vehicle. He did a great job explaining some of the functions on the car and working with us to get the transaction completed. Thank you! My car was in the shop for almost an entire month just to change a simple sensor. And this was not the first time they kept my car for close to a month. Getting in touch by phone with service was a nightmare where I would often be on hold for 30 minutes or more. I love my Genesis, but service has been far from satisfactory.

GV80 drives better and improved mileage after service. However, oil slick left under drivers side window. Metal object on right center was left in adjacent cup holder; passenger seat left in a fully reclined position.I worry about attention to detail!

Made an appointment 3 weeks ago for an oil change. Appointment was for 1:30 p.m.. didn't get out of there until 4:00 p.m. and it didn't seem that crowded in the waiting room. Two and a half hours for an oil change seems a little long. Would be one thing if I walked in but I had an appointment for 1:30. This is for a Genesis vehicle which is supposed to be competing with Mercedes and BMW. Need to pick up the service level if you're going to be competing with those two from a service standpoint.

After almost a month of trying to get an appointment for a warranty service when a loaner was available (and escalation to Genesis USA), they picked my vehicle up. I picked it up yesterday, almost 2 months later. It was difficult to get in touch with the service department, much less get a status. I finally got that the part needed was on back order. Finally 2 weeks ago they called and said the battery went bad (warranty repair) and they couldn t get into the vehicle without a valet key. They said they could get the service done that day if I could get it to them. So I took off work and drove 2hrs round trip to drop the key off. Didn t hear anything back. I finally got in touch with them the next week and they said it would be done on Wed. Heard nothing on Wed so I called on Friday, they said the car was up on the rack. Didn t hear back until Mon that the technician couldn t get the part off because he didn t have the correct proprietary tool and had left on Sat without telling anyone. At that point they said they didn t have an eta since they didn t know when they could get the part off. Finally on Fri I got the call that it was ready. When I picked it up I figured it would at least be cleaned for all the hassle. Nope. I realize some of this stuff was out of their hands, but much better communication and a little courtesy would have gone a long ways to make this experience at least a little better. I will say everyone I talked to was nice so I ll give them an extra star for that.

Excellent customer service by Olga. Made proper recommendations on additional items out side of that originally requested. Finished in about two hours.

Exceptional client service! The entire crew at Parks Genesis of Gainesville is top notch. Alejandro Bravo, my sales representative, took great care of me from the moment he greeted me at the door to the dealership. And I couldn t be happier with my new GV70! All the staff were very welcoming as it was my first time buying a vehicle by myself. Very comforting, honest, and efficient! Finance went smoothly and i was out in no time! 6/5 stars for sure.

Wonderful car buying experience !!! Dan Evans was my sales consultant and he was so helpful through every step of the process. He made sure I knew every feature and was very patient with a 65 year old trying to learn the controls of the vehicle. The safety features are unbelievable! Jackie was great on the financial end as well. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Check out the new Genesis SUVs-they are awesome.

Ordered a master cylinder cap and was forced to pay for it with the promise it would be in the next day and that someone would call me. It did not make it in and I received an excuse about a mix up with a shipment going to another store. Fair enough. Another promise was made that the cap would be in the next day. It did not come in then either and the rep in parts stated they contacted headquarters and have them express shipping it. Good news I thought. The following day I call them again and low and behold it did not come in and they don t know what s going on with the shipment. But again they promised the next day it would come in and someone will call me. Again I m forced to call them and they still don t have it! I called and asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold for 12 seconds and stated they couldn t get a manager but they d be sure to call me back! Lol I won t be holding my breath. I ll never buy a car from Parks Gainesville.

Dishonest DealerLeased a vehicle from Parks Genesis 3 years ago and it was a very smooth transaction. Finance took their time and walked me through the lease agreement including the purchase option at lease end. It was refreshing to see that there was a $0 Purchase Option Fee in the lease agreement. Now, 3 years later and I want to purchase the car at lease end and the dealer wants to charge a purchase fee. When I show them the lease agreement with the purchase fee line clearly marked $0 they indicate it was a mistake and they will not honor the agreement. Apparently as a consumer I need to pay the monthly lease per a legal agreement, but the dealership gets to decide what terms they want to honor. Extremely dishonest way to run a business and would not deal with them in the future. Buyers beware.

Love my Genesis GV80 - great car. Rudy Porter, my salesperson, has in-depth knowledge of his products. I highly recommend Rudy. Thanks to all the folks at Parks Genesis for pleasurable buying experience. And a big thanks to Rudy getting me up to speed/familiarization of the GV80.

It took the dealership over 10 hours to program a key fab and I was charged $200 to do it, even though it was a recently purchased vehicle from another Genesis dealership. I explained that this was one of the original two key fabs provided for the purchase of the car and it was not a replacement for a lost key fab. Their explanation was that it took the technician 2 hours to get it done.

I particularly like the atmosphere here at Parks Genesis. Gone are the airs of a stuffy luxury car dealership. Instead the employees try to relate to everyone that walks in on a personal level and that dedication shows.
